Young lady assisted me in finding warm up pants...she searched several racks to help me find what I was looking for

Got shoes. Good price for entry level shoes that are good quality but not crazy expensive. Only negative is I had to Google what I was buying to see the quality.

Upside was that they had the items I was looking for. But customer service was terrible. There were maybe 4 customers in the store and 2 of them were checking out as I walked in and there were 6 staff members and it took nearly 20 minutes to have someone help me and that was only because I decided to ask someone for help. Once I got the help they were very helpful, but 2 girls and I believe the manager were at the registers and just talking amongst themselves and the 3 guys were goofing around near the shoes the entire time.

Big 5 just like all the rest great store

Customer service wow there is none. 2 employees when trying shoes acted as though they didnt want me there. The employee at the register made me feel the same. Thats sad...but the shoes are great!

Place is clean employees are kind. Theres a ton of things to look at there delivery day is Wednesday so if your looking to purchase ammo that might be the day to go. They do have limits o. How much u can buy on delivery day though.

A good store that deserves a good mall management. The mall management needs exposure on how to run a mall. It needs to take care of the businesses by giving the building a good representation.

Friday afternoon i picked up some ammo, i called them Thursday make sure on stock what i need, the manager remembered me, everybody was friendly.

Its old and they dont have anything I want whenever I go. Ill probably just stop shopping at Big 5. Theyll be a closed business like Sports Authority in 3 years.

Good cs but the sote is too small very tight space it can cuase claustrophobic

Today was my first time at the Big 5 Sporting Goods Store in Tracy. I guess Im spoiled from living in the Bay Area all my life. Because I wasnt impressed with the Big 5 Sporting Goods Store in Tracy Mall. There was so much crowded inside of that little store that it was hard to find anything while trying not to trip over other people. My experience wasnt pleasant at all. It was stressful just trying to maneuver through the store. The next time I need to go to a Big 5 Sporting Goods Store it wont be in Tracy.

This place is great, the employees know their stuff, and actually try to help you save money while getting the best quality possible.
