This is a pretty unique store. It has a lot in a sorta small package is the best way I can explain it? There are a lot of friendly staff on the floor to help as well. I will say it did feel a bit dated with old and sometimes bare shelving. I will also mention that the parking lot was exceptionally well kept and very driver friendly. Also the checkout options were well staffed and efficiently got customers through.

Love free. 3 days free camping, water, electric and dump. Its across from a park with bathrooms. Level parking lot.

Good Walmart for truckers- easy in and out, going north anyway. Going south, theres some construction that has you making a SUPER tight (as in impossible unless theres no other traffic) right.

Excellent location right at the top of a tone pass, very clean, the parking lot was clean, thats rare to find it at Walmart right? Slow and small, but things are easily found. Store was clean and bright. Walmarts doing this funny thing now where the racks are taller, and you cant see all the way to the back of the store in all directions. I wonder what the merchandising plan is for this. If anybody knows Id love to find out cuz some people just cant reach this stuff. I had to help an elder lady and get something off the top shelf. Id have to say good not great. If you compare it to a Walmart anywhere else, Id say the options and diversity of products is extremely lacking. Ive noticed this in sporting goods, automotive, hardware, and household appliances. For being the only super center in Trinidad, CO. I feel that it would be more logical to have more products. Unlike myself, many people cant just drive up North to get what they need.

Only 1 register open at any given time in this new effort to cut cost and increase profits as they make the push to self check out. Be prepared to stand in line 30+ minutes. Constantly running out of products which is bad since its the only large store for an hour and a half in any direction.

Some of the worst customer service in town. Hardest thing in the world to get help with locked cases. Employees are toi busy talking amongst themselves and with customers they know to pay attention and sadly this includes management. Drive to pueblo, its worth the gas to not have to deal with this mess of a business.

Still only one entry and exit open. That needs to change but otherwise everything I needed was available and easy to find. I even purchased extra things. The self check out was available without a line so I chose to use that. In and out quickly.

The associates at this place were very helpful and even told me I can order stuff online and have it delivered-even groceries. Since I live 100 miles from nowhere, that was good to hear.

I went grocery shopping on Wednesday and two associates, one was Nicole, short lady, and the other was blonde, decided to talk about me as I was walking by finishing my shopping in produce. Called me fat, that I shouldn’t be getting what’s in my cart, and laughing. Made me feel terrible about myself, this is why I don’t leave the house. I tried to tell my cashier but she brushed me off. Very unprofessional will not be returning.

Same as always! They never have anything you can go and there wont be any meat, or the next no produce! The shelves are empty most the time!I depend on rides, and I expect to be able to shop at a Walmart like I have any other. I waste that ride money Everytime I go!. Ive been many Walmarts, this one by far is the worst Ive ever experienced! Unfortunately In this town you dont have many options! Safeway! Safeway and Walmart! Tired of them both. The womens clothing section is a empty, ugly mess! They have u carts, and ppl look like they are stocking but never is there a fully stocked area.

Ill give the same review I always give to all Walmarts. Im forced to shop here because there really isnt too many other options as they have swallowed up all small businesses. Yes they have everything and yes they have good pricing but they treat their employees horribly and wether or not thats true that is the perception. Until that changes I will give one star reviews.

Tried to purchase a patio set. We requested help from 3 different employees in the garden section and not one would help us. They simply stated throw it on a buggy like other people do. It was to big and heavy for that. Terrible customer service even after we struggled to purchase a table last week and having to wait for over 30 minutes for help getting a dolly/cart. Evidently this Walmart doesnt want money you are trying to spend. So frustrating.

They had a nice plant nursery display the one thing I would advise is benches near entry ways on the inside

I know this is a very busy Walmart but could you try to stock things a bit more often. Every time we go in the shelves are empty and the produce is yucky.

Their service staff Toni Tourville BDC and service advisor Jordyn Castellano are both top notch and some of the best I ever dealt with. They both deserve a raise. They make your service dept. look really good.

I had no other option than this place in my travels back from a vacation. Anout 2 years ago, I wrote Walmart off due to an issue I had in FL. Trying to get along w/o going to Walmart, but sometimes you HAVE to go. Sorry but Im not going to go out of my way, when they nor the employees, dont go out of theirs.

Its a Walmart that you can get to the store and I will just leave it on my phone is no problem with me being a little bit of an inconvenience this week so ill have a better picture for me and I can go to sleep

The automotive section is awful to deal with they messed up and put on the wrong tires, even though I took them to the tire rack and specifically showed them what I wanted. They proceeded to tell me afterwords that they told me the tire I wanted were out of stock and said I asked them to put 2 different sets of tires on my truck which would’ve made no sense especially spending that kind of money. So I talked to Hillary the person who runs the store and she apologized and told me she would just sell them to me at discounted price. So as I went to pay for the tires the dude in charge of automotive started acting petty and ran to Hillary and told her me the customer was lying and proceeded to run his mouth at the counter being rude . So finally I paid of the tires and as I went to get my rims with the new tires they just threw my rims on the ground. Honestly big o is just around the corner don’t waste your time with this place completely unprofessional it’s sad to say I didn’t have one positive experience they whole time I was there.

Auto Care center was very friendly. Had what I needed to restock before going back into the forest and I appreciate that about Walmart. Thanks for letting me boondock Walmart! 5 stars from an RVer.

This store has stacks of boxes in the isles. The shelves arent stocked, you have to reach on the very top shelf where they store extra products. Theyre are consistently out of products. They need to open the doors up as well.

I love Walmarts prices and they had everything I needed. They lost one star due to only one register open. I had to wait in line for other shoppers with FULL carts. The cashier was very efficient and pleasant, which helped.

Been there 3 weeks in a row and they are still out of light base to match my paint color. You call and no one answers the main store number. I tried other departments and they do not answer either.

They sell liquor but have minors on cash register. Minors cant sell liquor so you have to find an old enough cashier and possibly deal with a longer line

Tried to buy tires there. The workers seen me and a few other customers waiting. The workers in the garage were not even 2 feet away from me and just walked right on by without even acknowledging me or the other customers. There was only 1 person checking people in and she was swamped with no help. Well Walmarts loss was another companys gain.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR CAR!I went in for an oil change today and the incompetent crew in the auto department cracked my oil pan! Then the kid had the audacity to ask me if i add oil all the time! No I never had to add oil because it didnt leak until you broke it! It didnt leak a drop while sitting in front of the garage waiting. But after the service there is a puddle of oil!! $30 oil change is going to cost me HUNDREDS!!

I went to Walmart to buy a 10x10 out door canopy. I walked to the back and found they had locks attached. So I found an associate that was restocking the shelves, I asked him if I could have him unlock one for me. He looked at me and said, you will have to wait your turn. Then he walked off! I thought it was some kinda joke. Not the case. This Walmart is poorly managed, there is always stocking going on blocking entire aisles, stuff falling off of carts that are stacked poorly and entirely too high. Just waiting for an accident. There is never enough cashiers, I do not work here and shouldnt have to scan and bag my own groceries. Ive never had a good experience at this store and probably wont ever.

Yes you can park you RV / camper overnight. In fact, this is the first Walmart that I see where more than 5 vehicles parked overnight. This place looked like a campground. Thankfully almost everyone cleans after themselves. Thank you Walmart!

Poor management the store is never stocked simple items like gatorade not in stock for over a week now! Fishing section is a disgrace the excuse is always covid has everything on back order I dont buy it! bring in a better management team walmarts in Texas and Oklahoma are running strong. Our community deserves better.

An employees father started a fight in the parking lot, after illegally parking in a handicapped spot close by the people he wanted to fight with. The police were called. Not a good first impression.

The store is always a mess. Carts for stocking product all over the place with no one working them. Employees act disgusted when you ask for help. Worst Walmart I have ever been in. Only go when I have no other choice, and will most often shop elsewhere just to not deal with the headache of Walmart.

I think this store gets the scraps from the bigger stores. Shelves are always bare, produce is meh.....spend a few more bucks and go to Safeway.

My go to stop on the way down south to NM trinidad has an awesome kids park with water that shoots up, raton has an amazing rec center with indoor pool and both have great trails. So for the nessicities this does it. Check their electronics clearance sometimes there are treasures.

Lots of products showed available...but they actually were NOT when I got home with missing items. The website has major issues...a bunch! But service was great and what they did shop for was great....but really NO Butter, and no celery and well basic stuff....and btw I do not allow substitution...its not what I want so Big No for me!

Our local Wal-Mart Store # 962 is managed horrendously. The store is always poorly stocked, the aisles are constantly full of stock. At one time it was a pleasure to shop at. But not anymore!

My first visit today from Raton, NM. Parked near the Home entrance and was greeted with a sign that said exit only and to go to the market entrance. Said emergency exit of course. Shame on you Walmart for doing this. That in no way makes it safer during Covid. It does make it less safe in case of a fire or active shooter. I cant walk that well at 64 years of age and doing this makes me walk twice as far. Whoever decided this should be fired. Have them reply and Ill explain my expertise. Cant get everything I need via pickup either. Not going back.
