Really great service and the drinks were perfection. Felt like I was at my normal location where my barista new us already. Wish I could go here over and over. Really well managed!

We stopped here after camping for an energy pick me up. We were a large group and the two ladies working were great! All of our drinks turned out delicious. One of my teenagers dropped part of their drink on the floor. We rushed to get it cleaned up and one of the ladies came and finished cleaning up. I appreciate this business and the ladies that were working on this day (07/13)

The girl taking my order asked me twice if i wanted anything else after telling her twice that my order was done. They didnt even know what cocoa powder was and suggested mocha drizzle instead. Didnt take my name, didnt call out my drink when it was done either.

Zacharie was amazing. He was professional, polite, and took pride in what he does. I Don give starbucks 5 rating due to expensive coffee but he deserves it!!! Oh its located in safeway.

The cashier was incredibly rude today (sunday july 11 sometime from 6:30-7 AM). I asked what was in the breakfast sandwich and she refused to tell me. she kept saying “whatever is regularly in the in the sandwich” when i obviously did not know what was in the sandwich. i ended up just getting a chocolate croissant and coffee. i felt so unwelcome here.

They would not let me refill my own Starbucks cup even though their advertising said they would.

Me and my grandma waited in line for 10 mins after finding a nearby Starbucks, then when we get up to the order area the staff member said we cant be served because it had just turned 7pm and we were waiting forever. Worst service at a Starbucks ever.

My drinks were good but, I had stood in front of the counter for a few minutes as the two girls chi chatted away before deciding to help me. Then one kept talking and drinking, while the other who was clearly training was trying to make my drinks. Finally the other girl steps over to help, and continues with chatting and talking about she has to pee all the time as she has a baby the size of a bean in here etcetera....some conversations do not need to be heard by a customer.

Feels a bit old and dingy. Had difficulty finding some products. Workers were very nice and helpful.

I stopped in here before walking around the downtown area to use the restroom and grab a coffee. It took 20 minutes for a starbucks employee to acknowledge me. There was an employee in training, which I can be patient for. However, I do expect an acknowledgement. My coffee on the other hand tasted great and the employee in training was incredibly nice. As for the Safeway, the store is very dirty. Half of the patrons in the store weren’t wearing masks even though it is state mandated. The bathroom is located at the end of aisle 6, past their storage room next to freezers. Talk about uncomfortable as a female by herself. I would recommend having a clearer path for customers and cleaner environment. No grocery establishment I have been in has been set up this way.

So thankful that we were able to find this Safeway Starbucks location. We did experience a little hiccup on the roads due to construction in the area but were very pleased to get our favorite beverages and be helped by the great beverage baristas! We actually got a little shopping done while there.

Warning. Inside a Safeway... not a real Starbucks. Really sucks when you exit from the highway, have to drive across town... only to see it’s in a grocery store. One bathroom, in the back of the Safeway in the storage area. Psh. Unreal.

It’s not a freestanding location. It’s not really on Main Street. It’s in a Safeway that backs up to Main Street. People inside were super nice and helpful.

If you are looking to buy a cup from this store especially from a new launch dont waste your time coming to this place. They like to put new merchandise out but then nothing rings up when you go to check out so you cant buy anything. My sister tried to explain that we dont live in Trinidad and the rude worker could of cared less! Why have cups out if you cant buy any of them!

The people in the managers they are very stuck up and judgmental. They do not give equal opportunity equal employment, and the manager is there the manager there with the short hair is very rude and stuck up. I really hate to even go into Safeway half the time because of the people there they treat everybody like that thief and they going to steal something they watch you while you shop

I used to work there. The assistant manager attempted to bully an employee into quitting because she didnt have the power to get her fired, and thinks yelling at the other employees until they cry makes her fit for assistant manager. She has virtually made it to where myself and my girlfriend cant go there.Toxic work environment, and nothing is ever clean to standard, always understaffed.The manager and assistant manager will give you decaf if they dont like you or if youre traveling out of state during the pandemic, highly recommend going somewhere else for coffee.Any of the other baristas are fine and make good drinks.

I shop SW, my wife gets coffee often at Starbucks, she loves it

Worst starbucks every been too. Claimed espresso machine doesnt work. But seemed like they just didnt want to deal with traffic. And we assumed they would understand being baristas that we just ended up breaking it down to them coffee milk and caramel.. every starbucks opens up the lemon loaf out of the plastics and warms it up. But they said they are not allowed to do that. There was 3 employees 21nov2020. Unprofessional didnt know how to talk to customers and handle traffic pressure. More training is needed or train employees on non rush hour times if that was the case.

This Starbucks is inside the grocery store and it was extremely busy but even with only 2 people working they were still slamming out the drinks in no time!!

Waited for 30min here for a small latte. The reason? The don’t ask for names, and kept on saying a tall glass was a an unclaimed cappuccino- we stood there for 30min and they said that’s our latte.

I have once and for all started boycotting this establishment due to the fact that no one pays attention to the signs on the floor both customer and associate alike. Its complete chaos shopping at this location anyway. Ill drive 30+ miles to a different store in a different town before I ever shop here again.

This was the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They were all out of espresso but offered instant coffee. After traveling I really needed my Starbucks fix so decided to go ahead and settle for an instant coffee drink. The barista named crystal was unprofessional, rude, and extremely slow and lazy. It took forever and my drink tasted horrible.It was not worth the stop, I would have just waited until Pueblo where their Starbucks is 1000 times better!

Checked in late. Rung the bell for service and woke up the person working the desk (wearing pajamas). He was nice enough. The room is... a room. No more, no less. Shower was only about 5.5 ft high (Im 62). No breakfast in the morning even though free breakfast is advertised when you make your reservation. I paid the same amount for a Quality Inn in Santa Fe and got substantially more for my money.

This spot used to be decent, even if it never seems to be able to keep sandwiches and baked goods in stock. Recently, theyve had a complete turnover of staff. Have tried to be patient, but its been almost a month and it still takes a ridiculous amount of time to get a drink. Im currently waiting in line for 15 minutes and only 3 beverages have been made. Finding a new morning spot for my coffee.

I love this quirky little Starbucks. As has been mentioned, its actually inside the Trinidad Safeway, and probably smaller than most. But its a real hometown crowd, and there are some great conversations to eavesdrop on. The last time I was there a city police officer and a grizzled woodsy-looking guy with a fierce beard were talking pickup trucks. This time it was an impromptu group of neighbors passing the time waiting for coffee (and the wait is rather long here) and discussing lawns and some upcoming concert.So just slow down a little and take in the local color. This is a great place with the trademark Starbucks coffee flavor and a window into the local ambiance.Recommended.

Dont go to the Starbucks unless you have all day. And if you do bring all your kids especially your babies so the girls behind the counter can waste time looking at them and if youre patient enough to wait they will screw up your order and not care that they did it the people behind the counter didnt have any idea of what basic human courtesy is no eye contact no acknowledgement that youre standing there waiting very unprofessional and I will not be returning to the Starbucks again

Any time Im near a Starbucks... Its my first choice on getting my frapp. Hope that you get the coconut flakes out this year and those yummy snowman cookies for Christmas.

Were traveling through, on our way home and stopped here to get 2 Frappuccinos. The 2 women working at Starbucks here inside Safeway in Trinidad, CO were both VERY rude, impatient and not the least bit friendly, as nearly ALL Starbucks employees are!!!I would strongly advise everyone to go elsewhere on a Sunday if you prefer respectful employees!!!

App didnt work at this location. They were sold out of everything- had no fraps, only small or giant sizes, and were on their last bag of ice. Got a hot caramel macchiato when I ordered an iced one, and they added so much espresso to my white chocolate mocha I couldnt even drink it.. then they messed up the ladys order in line behind us too.

They always recommend great drinks plus they have an awesome special going on right now where you buy a breakfast sandwich and you get a free grande drink !

I like Starbucks. Starbucks is a four, except when its much less or a five. I dont remember which Starbucks this was, or even where I was 8 months ago. Four stars, then, because I dont forget the ones that are worse, and especially not the fives.
