I cannot express how much help Bob was from ALS. In a pinch he came to our church and helped us get some audio equipment up and running that wasnt even purchased from ALS. It is obvious Bob and the team care about people. If you are considering multiple options of Audio or Lighting providers, just stop at ALS and have them take care of your needs. They wont oversell you, or pressure you in any way. Instead they will work with you and help you SUCCEED!

I Couldnt recommend a better company! Theyve helped out my team at the Royal Park Hotel countless times for all of our audio visual needs. Theyre extremely reliable, well trained, and can answer any questions/concerns on all of your AV needs. Coming from an AV tech myself, I can definitely say these guys should definitely be your to-go-to guys for any rentals/services you need!

Their service is (and always has been) fantastic. We use ALS exclusively for equipment repair and they are the first place we look for rentals. We recently had a necessary piece of equipment fail, and ALS managed to get us a rental in a days time and even went out of their way to make it so we could pick up the rental on a Saturday (when they are normally closed). Not to mention the whole process was smooth, easy, and their rental rates are incredibly reasonable. All in all, an A Grade company.

I recently brought an Avid C|24 in for repair. Really great service and the controller/console is back working as good as new! Top-notch all the way.

My performing arts program and I have worked with this company for numerous years. This company is great to deal with and always the consummate professionals no matter who I work with. We have worked them on a few large-scale remodels of my performance space which they also were apart of the initial building project too. They are always a great resource to call if I need answers and/or new gear that requires a vendor to purchase the gear.On the rental side:Their rental stuff is always well prepped, clean, and well maintained. I cant recall a moment where I had a defective unit. They have a large stock of rental equipment so I can get things fast and at the last minute if I need something extra that I didnt know I needed until load in occurred.

I brought in my Peavey 5150 combo since the lead channels distortion kept cutting in and out...I brought it home and it sounds great. Actually it sounds better than it did before. Scott must have fix or touched up additional areas of the amp because it feels/sounds like it did when I first bought it. THANK YOU!!!!!
