Fantastic customer service and they always have higher end used cars that are not beat up or damaged. Super good to me when I had some minor issues with my Volvo (Older car has its quirks). I went to Independent Car Sales. It was recommended by a coworker. The person waiting on me was fine, but when I was returning the keys after test drive his coworker said to my salesman. Work your magic on that blonde. I know about cars and they thought I didnt. If I had my cell phone one record the entire time. I wiuld have sued the car company and the other salesman who said that about me. Dont judge people by mere looks!

I just purchased a 2008 Toyota Camry Solara this past weekend. I looked all over the country and found a great car with Independent Auto Sales in Troy, OH. TJ was awesome to work with. We kept in touch over a few days and came to an agreed price. The car was a purchase for my daughter. We flew from Atlanta into Dayton and met a the dealership on Sunday afternoon. When we arrived the car was sparkling clean and detailed. I dont know how many dealers would go the extra effort to meet us on a Sunday from out of state. The car is AWESOME! It was everything TJ said it was. We are so happy with our new car. My daughter and I drove the car all the way back to Georgia and it runs like a champ. I trust Independent Auto Sales. I might live a few states away but will look here when my other daughter begins to drive or I purchase another vehicle. This dealership has clean dependable rides. At first I was very happy with these guys, very nice guys. They even took care of a flat for me no charge. As i do think they are nice people, i am disappointed that my van that i purchased was in an accident and was not disclosed to me. Honesty speaks volumes.

Out of all the places we shopped looking for a used car, nothing compared to Independent. All their cars were clean and in good shape, and the customer service was excellent. I brought my car in a couple days after purchasing (as is, no warranty) because of an issue with a door not locking and they fixed it for me free of charge. Ive never had a better customer service experience anywhere else! Highly recommend them if youre ever in the market for a quality used car for a great price!

I came in here just to look at a few vehicles on the lot after looking for weeks at what felt like every dealership between here and Cincinnati. This lot has some of the cleanest used cars I have ever seen. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any money to put down on the vehicle I liked and I couldn’t make ends meet on my end. However, TJ was great! He did everything possible on his end to make the deal work for both parties and he treated me more like a friend than any other salesman I have dealt with. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for nice used cars. I also recommend you ask for TJ as he was fantastic.

First, I am not Judy. Im her husband Rich. I have bought vehicles from G&R and later Independent and can testify to their honesty and fair play in purchasing from them. Nothing insults me more than a used car salesman which treats me like I just fell off the turnip truck. With the information on the internet that is available, we all have an idea of what our vehicles are worth when we trade them. Independent does not do that. They treat me as an educated consumer.
