I have 3 Lambos. A 2011, 2019 and a 2020 and I have serviced them at Suburban since I purchased them. I bought the 2020 new from your dealership and that was a good experience. What Id like to mention is how Ryan Ransom took time from his busy day to help me vet the 2011 and the 2019 that I bought elsewhere. He knew the service manager where one of the cars was and had a chat with him to verify that the car I was about to buy wasnt a problem car. The 2019 is an Aventador S. Im sure you know that these are pricey, so his help in selecting an S rather than a SV or SVJ was really appreciated. Based on his input it seemed that a S model would better fit me as a driver. My interactions with Ryan and Dan are always fun and friendly. They really make me feel like a valued customer at Suburban. I also never get the feeling that I am being charged unfairly or being dishonestly advised in any way. Nothing but good service, courtesy and genuine friendly vibes from everyone at Suburban Lamborghini.

After seeing a 2020 huracan Spyder online I called in and Mark Davis answered. He advised me that the car was still available and to come in anytime and he would be there to make sure I was helped. I walked in and mark greeted me immediately. He began to explain all the features and specs of the car. The entire purchase from the phone call to driving off the lot was seamless. Parts department is lacking a tad, We had to send some parts back and get new ones. Mislead us about how our parts would be sent out & failed to call two days in a row. The rep sounds like Im bothering them when all I want is to know when the parts we ordered would arrive.

Best place to get a Lamborghini no doubt about it. If youre buying a Lamborghini or not, they treat everyone with love. Came past October to look at the cars and the salesperson gave me the opportunity to start the black Lamborghini Huracan Spyder up. Felt like it was a dream. The salesperson was really cool and had so much knowledge to what he was talking about and showed everything. I will definitely come here in the future soon to buy the car that Ive always wanted!

Mark took his time to show us around the different parts of the showroom complex and was very knowledgeable about the entire product line, including technical details that escape most people. I highly recommend this dealership for your supercar needs.

I live in Michigan and had been searching for a used lamborghini and called in and spoke with Mark Davis. They did have one that I really liked but it was a little out my pricing range. However, of all the people Ive talked to around the country about lamborghinis Mark was the most informative and helpful person Ive talked to. Even though he knew I might not be able to buy from him, he didnt hesitate to answer any questions or help me out no matter where I bought from. If/when Im in a place to buy a new lambo, I will be going through Mark over at Suburban.

Worst dealership experience Ive had thus far. Went in to purchase a brand new hurucan at around 3 o clock. Completely empty, no salesmen, nothing. All the other dealerships let you at least sit in the car, this one wouldnt even do that. The lady behind the desk was completely rude and disrespectful to me and my cousin. We had asked her about the car, if we could sit in it, if she could tell us a little bit about the car, she completely ignore our questions and continued clicking away behind her desk at the computer screen, I dont know her name because she didnt even talk to us, and at this point I really didnt care to know her name, we walked out and a piece of paper flew out of my window and she ran out of the dealership yelling at me to pick it up, which I was already doing, my car door wasnt open for nothing.......such a shame, honestly so dissapointed, so unprofessional, I dont reccomened this dealership to anybody, Ive been saving up for this car as it is my dream car since I was 15 years old, and to get treated this awful at the Lamborghini dealership it just absurd. Tell me why the infinity dealership was so much more polite and professional and actually had salesmen to talk to. This whole expierence completely turned me off. Not buying my hurucan at this dealership for sure, nobody here deserves the commission or business.

I went to look at some Lamborghinis.. Their cars are amazing. Theyve got a TON of Maseratis in the lot, and in the showroom, they had two gallardos, a huracán coupe, a huracán spyder, and the good ol lp700-4. They were just about to close, so the only guy I saw there was Justin. He was really nice. He helped me understand the engineering of the huracán compared to other Lamborghini models, and gladly answered any questions I had. If I had a half a million dollars, Id definitely buy a car from these guys.
