Joe Honeycutt was seriously the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with! Car buying/leasing is a little stressful post Covid with the supply issues that manufacturers are having but he made me feel very at ease! He was NEVER pushy and I truly felt like he had my best interest at heart. I never felt like it was “just another sale” to him. He spent so long helping me find the right fit and the right deal. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We purchased our daughters first vehicle from here and absolutely love it! We worked with Eli who was super nice and helpful. Only issue was we think the engine light was cleared out because after a few hours of driving it, the light came on. It was no big deal (to us) luckily as my husband could figure out the problem. Thats the only reason for 4 star.

We went over to the Buick dealership to test drive and purchase a car that we seen online. We ended up liking everything and placed a deposit to hold the car until we grabbed the check from our bank. On our way with the check to the dealership, Sales rep (Michele Hanks) called us and said the car is not ready because its being serviced (mind you they said the car was ready before we grabbed the check) She stated that she will call us in 30 minutes. She never called and the dealership closed. We call today about the car and she states that it needs parts. We asked her what is wrong with the car and she was clueless. She said call back tomorrow and she had a attitude like she was blaming us for their mess. We ended up backing out of the deal due to their ignorance. This dealership was trying to sell us a car that didnt even go through inspection and needed work. Car fax for the car states that the dealer had the car since 7/05 and today its 7/28. Almost a month gone by and they couldnt fix what was wrong with the car.

I bought a Denali with them in July. The sales manager passed me to a junior who had no clue what he was doing and if I would call the SM, he would not call me back. I still am yet to receive my license plates. I called 3 times to have them checked on...they merely told me there was a delay in the state. Finally I called the state and there was not, just that no one wanted to check on my plates or research it. When they finally did after I insisted, they never paid tax on a fee and that was holding it up. Come to find out today, they have still done NOTHING as far as filing for my plates...the state had NOTHING on my new car. They are almost impossible to get a hold of now that they have my $90K! Would not recommend. ZERO customer service.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted but got it with all the bells and whistles I didn’t even think I would be able to get within the price range I was trying to stay within. Andrew Gorgis was my sales guy and he was FANTASTIC!! He exceed my expectations. I looked all over for the vehicle I wanted and reached out to multiple dealerships but continued to receive disappointing news about how there’s a Chip shortage causing inventory to be nonexistent for the Acadia 2022 vehicles.After being discouraged and thinking I would have to stay in my current lease until I found the vehicle I wanted, I googled Suburban Collection Troy on 9/22/2021. Once again I was informed no Acadia’s were at their lot however Andrew ensured me that he would keep me up to date on finding the vehicle I had my heart set on and would notify me as soon as a shipment arrived. He let me know, “We are in this together”.Low and behold on September 29th Andrew reached out informing me a shipment just came in and for me to come to the dealership as soon as possible to check out the vehicle I had been inquiring about because he was sure it’ll sale fast. Unfortunately I had to work on the 29th and was super worried the vehicle would be sold before I could make it up there. Luckily I went to the dealership the following day. On September 30th I was filled with so much joy driving my new car home.My process was super fast turning in my lease and getting financed for my new car. The entire sales and finance team was awesome, patient with me and all my many questions, and the dealership was incredibly clean with up to date technology to make the signing process a breeze. I’m So glad I went with Suburban and happy Andrew was my sales guy. Everyone I know whose in the market for a vehicle I’ll refer them to Andrew. He got the job done,PERIOD’T, and I couldn’t be more happy.

This company is terrible at doing there jobs. It took me a year to get my tittle. They are good in gaving me the run around especially the manager Todd he owes my lender my gap insurance and refunds from other coverage I purchased. I still havent been refunded. I will update when I get my refund.

Scheduled time to get vehicle serviced but frankly did not have a good experience. Service person was on the phone for >20min while waited to my vehicle signed in. Others around acted like it was not their problem. When asked whether they could be of help they just told me to wait. Maybe this was a bad day for them, but decided to provide some feedback here as it is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. The team here needs to step up the quality of service if they hope to change the public’s overall aversion to going to a dealership.

Jerry maintained phenomenal communication the entire time. He gave me all the pricing options and his recommendations for the work I needed done. While fixing the vehicle, he called to keep me in the loop. The loaner car was clean and ran smooth, and the process of checking out was SUPER easy. Kyle, the service manager, checked to make sure I had a great experience. And this is definitely EXTRA, but Michelle at check out complimented my outfit and said she loved my look. The only problem I had was when I brought it in I had to stand outside my car for at least 5 minutes before anyone came out of their offices to see what I needed. There were no other customers in the area at the time so it wasnt like everyone was busy. It would have been nice if someone would have even said Someone will be with you in a minute. Overall I was happy because this had never happened when I brought my car in for service in the past.

I was handed between 2 different sales people and did not get accurate information on the accessories and technology package included with the truck. I was told it had the towing package, which it didnt. Also it did not have remote start or the radio controls on the steering wheel. When I arrived at the dealership, they then told me I could have driven my past lease vehicle to turn it in with them, which I didnt know and I had gotten dropped off already. Had to add accessories to the truck in order to meet my needs. They were able to negotiate a lowered price for the tow package, but it will still need to be installed. I was told I would get a loaner car when bringing it in, however the dealership has changed ownership and they do not have dealer plates so I will need to drop it off again, which adds to the inconvenience as I have 2 young children I also have to shuffle around.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car at this dealership. The salesman in used cars ask for my license before i picked out a car to purchase. He left me at his desk for approximately 10 minutes leaving the showroom returning telling me this is how we do business here I pick your car and you test drive it. I responded, to him The customers pick their own cars out with their money and walked out the door. This is unprofessional service along with false phone calls to get me to drive there to purchase a car of their choice. I arrived there in a late model Mercedes and the salesman tried to get me into a old model Audi convertible with rust on the body frame. This is the worst experience I have encountered in over 40 years of buying vehicles of all kind.

Extremely rude service employee. Not only was he rude, he didnt even remember that I had left my car there all weekend so that it would be able to be worked on as soon as the part came in. He called me asking to bring the car in and then lied and said the part came in an hour ago when I had had a voicemail from him 24 hours previous saying the part had come in. The amount I was charged was absolutely ridiculous. The mirror and white shell and all the wires were completely in tact and all that was broken was the black plastic around the mirror and it was $582. Unbelievable. Will not be buying another vehicle from this location and Ill be spreading the word to my friends.

The transaction of buying a vehicle went very well and we felt like that process was smooth. Four days after buying the truck the headlamp had major condensation issues...which means a broken headlamp. So I called to see what could be done and was asked if I purchased the mechanical warranty....not sure why that was said as the warranty wouldnt cover prior poor repair. It was just to get me off the phone. I brought the truck to a repair shop to find out the entire side of the truck was poorly repaired including a broken shutter and damage to the right frail rail end. I understand this is a used vehicle but the extent of damage unaddressed to the vehicle shows this truck was never looked at by a mechanic. Im just another number to increase their sales. Will not be returning.

I didn’t like paying $150 to diagnose a problem that I already knew was there. I just wanted to know the cost of the service. I felt both of the men (being a women) were rude to me. They did not listen to me and there was no empathy or understanding given for the issue. AND, they took it apart without my permission and actually made it worse than it was. I would of preferred a phone call before they took it apart and tried to what I was told “tried to fix”it without having to repair the whole thing.

Update 10/3/2021: I agree with the other reviews posted here, seems like a lot of people working here are bad at their jobs. All in all I still like my new vehicle. When I took delivery, the pushy guy in the office convinced me to purchased a extended service contract that I didnt really want, but I purchased it to lock in the best price possible while you can and it was explained that I had plenty of time to cancel it for a full refund. I took delivery of the vehicle on May 28, and on May 31 I contacted the dealership asking to cancel. I was ignored until I escalated and finally got a hold of the general manager. I signed the cancelation form on June 9th, and since I called the extended warranty group myself I know the service contract was canceled on June 11th. I have been waiting almost 4 months for my refund (to the tune of thousands of dollars), and despite emails, phone calls, voicemails, I still have no refund or returns to my voicemails. The last person I spoke with 9 days ago told me he was overnighting the check and that I would see it on my end ASAP.......still nothing. Seems like once you take delivery of the vehicle, you dont matter to these people. Maybe changing this review from 5 starts to 1 will finally get them to return my voicemails.-------------------------------------------------Im very happy with my new vehicle and the experience I had. Kyle Haley in service has helped me on my truck a few times now with paint issues. He has worked with me and worked with GM to resolve the issues in a timely manor. I will continue to drive past other dealerships that are much closer to my home for any service work needed on my truck in the future. Easy to get ahold of and set up time to take vehicle for test drive, once I decided to buy the process was quite painless. Matt came in on his day off to deliver vehicle and explain different functions of truck. Rest of staff was very friendly as well. I inquired about the possibility of having some pinstripping done and they were able to get the guy to come do it the same day, which turned out fantastic by the way! Only drawback was I found out that the infotainment system was supposed to be reprogrammed before leaving the lot and I will have to make an extra trip back to have that done so it works properly.

While the service on my car was done quickly the check out process was ridiculous. After 20 plus minutes of waiting for my car after I paid they still didn’t pull it up. Upon arrival I was notified that there was another recall on my vehicle that I didn’t know about. They explained the recall and asked if I had an extra 30 minutes to wait for it to be repaired. Any other dealership would have made me come back for that since it wasn’t already scheduled to be repaired. I appreciated that so much. A/C was not working due to loss of refrigerant. No leak was found, so the system was recharged as is. I hope it will last, considering that something caused the loss of refrigerant in the first place. At $515 it was an awfully expensive recharge.

Cameron was my service center adviser and he did a fantastic job. He was polite, helpful, explained everything to me in details that I could understand and let me know that I was welcome to call him at any time if I had questions or further issues. I did however have a problem with the loaner car process. I called several days in advance to let them know that I needed a vehicle that could comfortably candle 3 car seats and was told that would be noted on my service order. I was never informed that this would be an issue. I had an appointment in the early afternoon to drop my car off and when I got there I was given a very hard time by Mary in the service department about being able to give me a car that could accommodate my needs. I asked several times to speak with whoever was in charge and was told that Kyle was on vacation and nobody in the service center seemed to to be able to tell me who would be in charge if Kyle wasnt their. At that point after going back-and-forth with Mary for approximately 5 to 10 minutes I said I would like to speak with the general manager. She then informed me that it wouldnt matter, they did not have a car that they could loan me. I said I would still like to speak with the person in charge. She then picked up my paperwork and left me standing in the service area for over 15 minutes waiting for her to come back. During that time Cameron came to check on me and when I told him what was going on he said he would go into the dealership and see what was happening. He came back to tell me that Mary was still standing outside of the general managers office because he was on the phone and she had not had a chance to speak with him yet. I decided to go into the dealership myself and see what was happening and stood there with Mary waiting for the general manager to get off the phone. Once he did Mary informed him of the situation and he offered up an immediate solution which was to get a loaner car back from one of the employees who had it out in another location. At no time did Mary ever offer me any other solution. All she did was continue to tell me over and over again that there was nothing she could do for me and at one point told me that she was not going to argue with me any longer. She was very unprofessional and did not meet this customers needs in any way. When I came back to pick up my car Mary had somebody standing in the window of her office watching me at the counter to make sure that I paid for my oil change. I have purchased the last 3 cars I have owned from this dealership and I expect to be treated with respect and appreciation when I am there for any reason. I feel as a customer I did everything I was supposed to do by informing them well ahead of time regarding my needs for a certain size loaner vehicle. When I return to the dealership in the future for any needs I may have I will not deal with Mary and will ask to speak with the general manager directly.
