Absolutely garage service. Previous sales guy and manager butchered my account and ripped me off on a rebate. Spent months dealing with them because corporate Verizon couldnt fix the issue since it was a GoWireless dral. Multiple phone calls and in person visits and being told the issue would be resolved soon and nothing. Then the manager was fired, tried to work with them again after finding out there were issues with the old manager doing things like this. The new manager was supposed to get things straightened out. Here I am about 10 months later and my bill is still being charged $30 a month extra for service and I am making a full payment on a phone that was supposed to have a $1000 rebate over the 2 year paydeal. By this point I owe about $1200 between two phone and I have been over charged about $800 over the 10 month period. Ill keep working to have things made right, but Ill never do future business this company at all. Removed a previous high mark review of this place for the up front service on the phones. All started great, then it just keeps going down hill.UPDATE - the below response from Go Wireless appears to also be useless because they are not responding to attempts to call them at their requested number.

My gf had a watch set to be picked up from this store. After being sent an email that it was ready to be picked up she arrived to find the store closed despite it being labeled open online. The next day I arrived at noon and found a post it note on the door that they were out for lunch and would be back at 2:00. Now, Im no Karen, but what store has a 2 hour lunch? Once finally able to enter the store the representative was helpful and quick to service. But I cant give a place that gave me multiple issues 5 stars.

Michael is amazing he helped me get a new iPhone 11 and then a couple days later I came back and get a new Apple Watch. He was outstanding. So helpful and knowledgeable with the products. The store was nice could use some upgrades like new carpet and definitely some seating.

My wife and In the store on Monday because my wife’s phone was going down. We were waited on and helped by Micheal who made the process of buying a cell phone much easier for my wife who had been on the phone with Verizon for 3 hours trying to buy a phone earlier in the afternoon. Micheal knew just exactly what to do and get the old phone transferred over to the new one. He knew my wife was stressed and was very understanding and kind to her dilemma. Best customer service I have ever received through Verizon.

Great store in Troy. Easy parking. Good tech support.The Verizon store in Huber Heights was simply too busy to make the time to explain how to upgrade a phone on my current plan. I just walked out, very dissatisfied. Had good luck with Huber before, but not lately.The two guys at this TROY store REALLLLLY made the time to help set up my new phone, explained options and even made a follow up after the purchase.Best service from Verizon at this store in TROY (next to KROGER).HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Worst experience . Rude employee who did not care about my phones issues. He raised his voice and said put on your mask I approached him with my phone and he insultingly said stand 6 ft away.

Second phone that I’ve purchased at this location. The young man working was super helpful and was eager to please. I overheard him helping other customers on the phone, he was very courteous and patient with people who were less than tech savvy. We got there close to closing and he stayed late and acted like it was no bother at all. I love how the put screen protectors on without acting like it’s an inconvenience whatsoever. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to replace their Verizon phone.

Tim is my verizon expert! He helped me clear storage space (explaining the process) helped me trouble shoot why I wasnt receiving paper bills, helped me load an app I was having trouble with, and answered some additional questions I had. I needed to purchase some accessories and he walked me over to the products and explained the options to me. He also told me about a free additional warranty on my new case. Tim is the best. I wouldnt go anywhere else! (Additionally, they are taking responsible Covid precautions.)

He notified me I had 3 upgrades available, and I could get a free tablet while saving money monthly and that I wouldnt have to pay much out the door. Sold me a faulty prepaid phone with out disclosing the fact that prepaid phones are non refundable... a quick call to Verizon wireless head quarters not only credited my parents Verizon account for the 80 dollar loss but also revealed that their not an actual licenced retailer... total disappointment, should have gone to best buy...

Forgot I gave them a good review. Had to bring product back to store 4 times in 2 months. Refused to refund my money or take back piss quality devise and now I am stuck paying for a devise I cannot use. Wont use this store or Verizon once contract is over. Very disappointed. $400 for a tablet that was overpriced and never used over a 2 year contract.

Was not greeted when I walked in. Only 4 google phones displayed and no others that I could see. Never was acknowledged by the staff after I walked around for a few minutes so I left. Was not helped at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I have been in this store multiple times and HORRIBLE customer service. The sales reps lie and imcompetant. The manager is rude and unwilling to help. I spent hours in this store to get an issue fixed which they were unable to do and ended up driving to the store in Huber to have it resolved in 2 minutes.AVOID THIS STORE!!!
