Went in to order boots for a present that were sold out online and Olivia was so helpful and kind! The line was super long and she had been ringing non-stop but she was still so helpful and quickly found what I was looking for! She signed me up for the rewards to save me 10% and made sure to verify all of my info with me! She really went out of her way to help me when she was super busy and I really appreciated it!!

I come here on my work breaks frequently! It’s just a fun place to explore. There are always some time of sales and the Urban App is easy to price check on. The store gets busy and messy but Josh is always a delight to catch up with. I come here for the weird odds and ends in the home department. I also live for their denim!!!

I love Urban outfitters. But the staff is hit or miss. Most of the time I order online and ship to store. There is a designated pick up area. Yesterday I watched employees walk past me without acknowledging I needed service. Eventually someone saw me standing there and said have you been helped. Thats ridiculous. They need to work on customer service training. Other than that, the store is pretty solid.

My favorite store but only online. This store is mostly becoming exclusive for women. The men’s section gets smaller every time I visit this place. Hardly any options to choose from. Maybe women generate more sales and that’s who they’re catering to idk?!?Lately I leave disappointed.

Love this store, the clothes are super fun, they never really have any good sales though or offers. They are super quick when they do happen to email you something of a sale or percentage off. Only complaint is I wish they had more promotions.

Super over priced. Theyve got plenty of what the heck..and plenty of whoa thats nice. Fitting room staff ..rude. I ordered some books online and they arrived in a shipping bag. Who ships a book in a shipping bag?! They were ruined in transit. So I needed to exchange them. The gentlemen that helped me with the exchange process was a solid 5 stars ..extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

I used to love this store. Not so much anymore. The guys selection of clothing is getting smaller and more sparce. Also noone that works there ever addresses you. It seems like the store is mostly womens clothing and home things. I swear its turning into a cheaper anthropology with a small cheap guy section.

If I could rate this establishment zero stars I would. The customer service is awful and non existent.

Lots of sketchy reviews which made me nervous when I walked in. However, the return I made went smoothly. I ordered a jacket online and was able to receive a full refund in store credit. Yes, there are a lot of tweens running around but if that bothers, you shop online. The prices are the same online and at the store. I prefer going to the store because sometimes UO products appear differently in person. Trying on clothes was an easy process. However be prepared for them to take your other bags and unlock the room for you. I don’t mind that because I understand the reason why. I had an fast and easy check out and I walked out happily.

I went here and was helped by daniel. He was really helpful. I would shop here on Tuesdays.

Lol trust me when i say i will tell as many people as possible to stray from this place!! called in, asked to speak to a manager about a refund that didnt go through within the allotted time. i work in retail so i understand how it can be so Im always polite, but whatever manager i spoke to straight up told me we dont handle that, talk to your bank. sorry and hung up on me!!! it was saturday so the bank was closed so i stopped in the store to try to talk to someone again. couldnt find anyone on the floor so i went in the fitting room and overheard employees(?)/managers making fun of another employee! wont be spending anymore money here

Nice cashiers, but the sale signs are not always clear. Luckily, they let me buy a shirt with the cheaper online price.

Always get some unique clothing that makes you stand out and great throwbacks and classics.

Always delightful when I go into that store. Is a bit messy at times but I love the clothes, the vibe, the feel. Will come back again for sure.

Cool place many cool pieces to choose from especially 90s gear but I just know I refuse to ever pay $75 for some gotdamn overalls.... ever!

I would give this store 4 stars but here are the reasons I gave it 3:1) There is always a bunch of obnoxious tweens in here running around2) Most of the time the fitting room people are rude/unfriendly3) Ridiculously overpriced most of the timeI understand that it is hard to stop the 12 year olds from coming in. Somerset is crawling with families who bring their kid and all the kids friends. The 12 year olds run loose like a pack of rabid dogs, running into each store and ripping their moms arms off to buy them everything. Since the whole hipster scene got popular, UO is no longer a place to find weird and unique clothing. People are taking these trends and MURDERING them. Flower crowns are now on every girls head and they all wear high-waisted shorts. I can proudly say I go to Wayne State University and I see some AWESOMELY DRESSED PEOPLE (including myself) and its beyond UO. To have a great indie/hipster style, you have to have an indie mind-state. Having this mind-state allows you to be different and unique (which usually influences your style). These young people are shopping here to try to look like theyre going to Lollapalooza every day, bleh. Its not actually their style, they try so hard it kills me.Next point, the fitting room people are usually soooooooo rude. They seem like they dont want to take your clothes that you didnt like and they probably dont want to be there. If it is because of the 12 year olds, I understand. They could at least be nice to the mature people who just want to buy things.My last point is the pricing. A few things are a decent price, but most of the things are at least $30 over priced. I stopped buying anything from there unless it is on the sale rack. It sounds cheap, but I can get a $49 UO tank top at Forever 21 for $15 (it is even the same material).I know what some would say, If you dont want to pay that much, dont shop there. I dont mind paying more than normal for things that are worth it but half of the things in UO are not worth it.Anyone need high-waisted shorts but dont want to pay $40-$60? GO TO A TRIFT SHOP. Im not going all Macklemore on you, but they have high-waisted Levi shorts for less than $5. You can buy them, cut them, dye them, and if you dont like them...TOSS THEM OR DONATE THEM. You know why you can do that? BECAUSE YOU PAID $5 FOR THEM, NOT $50.
