Lots of great costumes for the time of year. Wish they would have more lanes open, the lines were backed up quite a bit.

I usually love my experiences here, the one I had today was frustrating. I was shopping in store, and I decided I’ll order something’s online through an app I have on my phone. The app allows you to purchase items from stores online. The store (Walmart in this case) receives the full payment right away but you pay the app back in 4 installments. After receiving an payment confirmation for my online pickup order, I went to customer service to see if I could take the items then or if I had to wait for my order pickup time. I was told that “the system doesn’t work like that, it has to be processed first. Cancel the order and pay now” I explained how I was paying through a third party and I’ve already made my first payment. The employee took my items out of my cart and proceeded to put them in the back where all of the online orders are held. I told them I’ll be back once the order is processed and my order is ready. When I arrived home, I received a text stating that 2 of my items are NOT in stock, including the toy pictured (in my cart). I had to cancel my order through Walmart and the third party app, it is estimated that my refund will process in 13 days and now my available balance in the app is altered. I’m not able to reorder the products until the refund is cleared (approximately 13 days) . By that time the item might truly be “out of stock”.

Several items in produce and frozen vegetables dont have any price-tags on the shelves even on items in multi shelves and plenty of stuff in there. Two employees stacking fruit didnt come to check the shelves & help except saying that she thought that the price could be something like - -. Rather another employee Ms. Rakina probably shopping for herself in the frozen vegetables helped me by scanning the packet using her pocket scanner.Similarly, laptops had no info on them except for the price tags. The two employees in that section did not have any info on them too. Another employee Ms. Sparkle walking around noticed this and will convey this further up.The Pharmacist & his assistant were very helpful on consultation.

Long lines, I thought I was going to have to call a doctor to see if the cashier was still alive because I have never seen anybody that was still alive move slower. Not exactly the A team running the checkout line. More like the z team.

My first time at this location, the store was clean, and the employees very friendly… Found what I needed also!I also appreciated there is a Marshalls and dollar tree right in the same complex

This is how this Walmart location fixes mans restroom stall door...This place has been built to be a super store, its beautiful outside. Yet it has been turned into a mismanagement dump, dirty all around, not maintained.Garbage bins by the cart stalls are full, overfill 24/7, and who cares to maintain that right?Restrooms disgustingly dirty, routinely missing toilet paper, slowly turning into more and more of a shame KMART

Walmart is just a wonderful as store I can find everything I want everything I need Under One Roof I always go all the time.

I did an online through the app pick up order, it was one of the easiest and most organized processes! I got everything I needed on my list, and it was nicely packed and organized! The team members that assisted me were amazing gentlemen who not only took time to speak with me but made sure everything was smartly packed into my car, and put in nicely! They seemed to truly enjoy their jobs as well which is so nice to see! Will deifntley be coming back, and recommending to friends and family!

Was in tonight looking for microwaves. All prices were removed. Asked for help and received NONE. Store shelves were half empty. Asked to speak to the on duty manager. When I informed Colette that no one came to help me, even after being paged, her curt reply was we have no one to help you. When I said that is a great way to lose my business, she said oh well, do what you have to do. I asked for the name of her manager and she said she didnt know. I then stated that she was not helpful at all, and she said curtly, have a nice night. I was planning on buying a vacuum and microwave for my business, and have been a regular shopper there for ages. Well, no more. Colette needs to be demoted. That is no way for management people to act, representing your company!

This Store is awesome, great prices, not so forgiving or as cheap as most target, but clearly has a better inventory then othe lr stores like target. Costco does bulk items but Walmart has good stuff. You should use there home delivery option on the app. Very usual and is free with no order minimum if have Walmart +. Includes grocery deliveries

Returned an online purchase at this store this morning. This was the 3rd walmart Ive been to. The first one had no one at customer service because the employee didnt show and the other one had one person working the entire front end of the store. I work retail and understand were all short staffed. Thank you to the woman who helped me this morning. She was very kind. Yes, I did thank her for showing up to work. I also picked up several items while I was there. I was able to find what I was looking for and got through self check out quickly.

This location has to be the most poorly managed of all other locations in metro Detroit. I can not recall the number of times that I have witnessed the failure to adequately stock/restock items that just remain unavailable. Then to go on to experience just how poorly managed the delivery service has turned out. I literally cant reach anyone for assistance when calling the store...they let it ring and then disconnect the call for you. Its sad when you have to go out of your way, over 15 minutes or more, to have a better shopping experience elsewhere than whats right in your own neighborhood.

It was a Walmart. Like most. I was in on a Sunday evening after 9PM. So it was fairly quiet. The biggest downside is that corporate has updated their app, and clearance items no longer scan. You ha e to take it to an employee or the registers. This is silly, and I hope just a problem with the new app that will get ironed out. It certainly will not save their time as now lots of things will need their attention instead of being dealt with by the app.

This store is horrible now my last few pick up orders have spoiled and molded food. My milk was 2 weeks past expiration and bread was so molded and green how is this continuously happening what if I didn’t check dates and gave that spoiled milk to my toddler something has to be done.. I called the store to ask the manager to pull the old milk so no one else kid get something this

Then have granny clothing options for women. I used to love this location for all my other needs, but I went a few days ago, and it looked like the stock room threw up all over the sales floor. It was really difficult to navigate with so much congetsion on the floor. Surely there has to be a much cleaner, neater way to do inventory. 2nd, reps were rude. I asked 2 reps a question and all three told me they were on break, or off the clock. Then I asked 3 more reps a question as I was searching and they all told me, that isnt my department...what happened to associates being well versed on the entire store. I was disappointed in my last visit. Do better!

The personnel here is rude, not willing to help! The customer care center extremely slow and never friendly. They always have just one or maximum two reps in there, again veeery slowly. The shelves are empty very often. When you ask for help to find something they dont help! Often dirty and messy!!

That particular store was much better than the other ones! When it comes to Walmart it depends on location!

Im not a frequent shopper here, but I wanted to turn around when I realized there were about 4 lines open and the lines were quite long in result. The one 1 item I needed, took a good 15min to get.

We did a pickup order and the people who loaded our stuff just threw everything in the trunk! Even ruined an ice cream cake we had gotten for the hubbys birthday. Very disappointing. Been there multiple times for pick up and they are always sloppy and just throw all our food in with no cares. Dont do pick up from this place or yall need to get better employees

Visiting this Walmart in Troy brought back childhood memories of how the K-Mart’s were managed. Can someone explain why you have to walk through crowds of people in long lines in order to get to get to the garden center? Oh! And go to the bathroom at home, there is going to be a long wait. Plus it’s ambiance is less then desirable. The customer service line has a constant Flow. Is this due to online pick up or return items?

I dont like the fact that all the self scan terminals are not always working all the time. I feel that should be a priority to have them working at all times. Also, since the store is no longer 24 hours, there is plenty of down time to fix the issues.

This Walmart doesnt have the widest range of items, especially when it comes down to foods with specialty items like gluten-free, natural, and organic foods. However, its very spacious wrjg a lot of products available, great Subway (size of a regular sized Subway) with great service, really kind workers (someone greeted me soon as I stepped into the store and such a vibrant way, like a warm sunshine, and made sure they let me know I to have a great day and they appreciate my patronage). The guest services was also great for a quick return. Overall great service.

It’s big, clean, well organized it’s not crowded customers service is so nice I returned bed mattress, no questions just doing her job I’m happy it’s not long wait too

I drove my daughter to Walmart to get My grand daughter Journee birthday birthday list she pick out toys 13 and some clothes to wear birthday chocolate cake and they decorate it and a new bike $400 are we bought groceries $200 grandson got a drivers game for his Xbox current $99

I have to say this Walmart used to be my go-to to buy a big jug of laundry detergent as well as a massive pack of paper towels and toilet paper. And not to mention I used to get their bottled water and a few grocery items.I used to be able to get in and get out pretty quickly before the pandemic. However, since the pandemic hit, this store has gone downhill. The last couple of times I have came into this location, it seemed extra dirty, and the lines have been ridiculous. At one point, I realize that I had been standing in line to pay for my items, then it took for me to shop and get my things and get in line. The last time I was in this store, I will have to admit been a couple of months ago. The line was so ridiculously long and slow that at one point, I was thinking about pushing my cart down an aisle and walking out.I get my laundry Soap and Toilet paper and paper towels from Amazon now, and I realize I am paying more for it, but I don’t want to deal with long lines at the store.I do realize it is tough to hire people right now, and everyone is short-staffed.I am not saying I won’t ever come back, but I am pretty sure it will be a minute.

They NEVER answer the phone (customer service)....its only 4 options to choose from, there is over 4 departments in that store. Ive been trying to get through for 3 hours now. HORRIBLE!!!!

A home security camera. Its a motion activated wi-fi camera that sends the video to your cell phone. It has a memory drive slot too. The bottom is a magnet but it also comes with a sticky pad for Wall adhesion.

Its not very clean,the employees are rude. The lines are long most days. At customer service there are always tons of baskets of things to be returned. There are usually no shopping carts inside you have to get them in the lot. They have ok prices is only reason for any stars.

I love the American Walmarts. They always have cheaper prices and a wider variety of food products. I certainly recommend this spot to all. Lots of options available under one roof . Household, camping, vacation, pharmacy, pets, plants and all supplies available . A must recommend for bulk shopping

Still a Walmart, prices are still pretty good but the checkout process is ridiculous. The checkout process will probably easily add 20 to 30 minutes to your shopping trip.

I searched up crocs and it said it was in one of the stores but it didn’t let me change the store location even when I changed the zip code. And then when I searched it up in the Walmart website not google it’s saying it’s not in any of the stores on online. Which is very confusing. There website is really messed up and should get it fixed. It also functions really slow. And I know it’s not my phone cause I just got a new phone. And all the other websites load quickly just not Walmart there are so many lags in this website.

I had to go in to Walmart to get two things. They didn’t even let me speak to tell them what I was getting. I got there at 22:46 trying to get two things. Telling me there closed instead of say they’re closing in a few minutes. So what if you go pass 11pm. All companies can close a few minutes later than they should.

Had everything I needed, clean,easy in easy out at check out.

It was early morning like 8:00AM and they werent very busy. It wasnt a bad experience at all.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! My elderly father & I visited the store to purchase less than 20 items; we waited for over 2 hours due to multiple employees not knowing what to do. When the woman who is a manager at this store heard me comment on my father being a U.S. Veteran, she said “This is Walmart, it doesn’t matter if he’s a veteran or not.” I asked if she was serious in disbelief, & explained it’s not that anyone deserves special privilege but that some of us have RESPECT FOR OUR VETERANS & their sacrifices & it’s okay if Walmart doesn’t condone or respect that but they need to make sure their employees at the very least aren’t DENOUNCING VETERANS IN PUBLIC, ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF ONE! Unacceptable and disgraceful.

I feel its a good Walmart. However there seem to never have enough electric carts. My mom is handy capped and love to shop here but if there are no electric carts for her she can not shop there.

Definitely not the best WalMart around. If you get here later in the day, most of the shelfs are half empty and there are good chances you wont find what you are looking for. On the contrary, they are pretty good when it comes to pickup service. Check it out, and i think its free for orders of $35 and above.

A angel named (Suzie) blessed my mom, my niece and myself today. My niece and I were w waiting in a long line to check out, my mom found a chair near the front of the store, I had two people in front of me and a young lady came up and asked if she could just buy a gift certificate. I told her the other people in line might have an issue with it but I wouldnt. She then told me what I I I told you I just want to pay for the items in your buggy. I told her she could just get in front of me. There was no need for her to buy the things. I told her go ahead and handle your business. Another register open she went with us, I let her know before we got to the register that we were buying a bike. She was so nice and polite. The young lady (Suzie) blessed us today. She did not know my mom & me were splitting the bill. You never know where your blessing will come from. Thank Ms. Suzie we appreciate you and your gift to us. You are a blessing.

Was able to find most of the items I was looking for but not very many employees available to provide assistance and limited number of checkout locations open to assist customers. There was one employee who saw my dilemma and kept her register open and called me to her location for assistance. Good customer service by that employee.

I regularly come to this one, for pick up orders especially! Today, though there were two particular items I needed and they said they couldnt substitute the items or didnt have them...SO I went inside of the store and low and behold THE ITEMS WERE RIGHT THERE...they were just being lazy...

My experience shopping here is great! Except for more space between each aisles.

I mean its walmart, people working there are very nice and helpful but if you want to shop around closing time to avoid crowd or just grab something quickly, dont because they close every counter and only the self checkout will be available with sometimes 20+ people in line.

So far the worst Walmart i been there was pallets of products everywhere at 6 pm. That makes smaller aisles the cashiers had long lines and the self pay is the worst I ever seen with almost 20 people waiting to check out.

I am new to this place. When I visited to wallmart really just want to walk outside the store. It was so dirty. All the things are so messy. No proper arrangement of items. Items are lying on the floor. I meet a staff she was literally so rude on pickup counter. I had been to many places in U.S and I visited so many wallmart store but this type of bad service I never saw.

Its been over a year since my last visit. I just cant understand why they would let the store get so dingy and dismal looking. The store on Adams Rd. is the same way.Inventory control is marginal. These two stores never have Ensure -French Vanilla.I have to travel to the WalMart store on M-59 @I-94. This is an excellant store, very clean and very good inventory control.

Wrong info online, but found an ok replacement in store. Charged double for 1 of our items, called 5 times over 2 days, phone rang for 2-3 minutes each time, NO Customer Service. Manager and most employees in store obviously did NOT want to be there, both days we were in (went back for refund). Will avoid going back there again. Been 2 years, and nothing has improved. * There was 1 nice, friendly employee there. I felt real sorry for him *

Open until 11 PM, but the service desk was closed at 8:30 today? This Walmart also has a smaller selection than other Walmarts in the area. Also the Walmart app isn’t always accurate whether things are “in stock” or not.
