Paul has done the business cards for my moms store for the past 8 years or so. He has always been both easy and pleasant to work with. When I was getting married this was the obvious choice of place to get my invitations printed, and most recently my baby shower invites. They both came out so beautiful. Quick turn over after sending him the documents, and reasonably priced. He really makes the process seamless for his customers and takes the quality of his work seriously. First the owner prints my images the wrong size... I told them they’re of no use to me since the size is too big and I’m happy to give it back in exchange for the right size... he instead expected me to pay for both the orders just because he messed up & didn’t want to lose money. When I was explaining the situation to him he turned me away and said “go somewhere else” and kept rolling his eyes at me. As the owner of the place I expected him to be more professional but he acted like a little girl lol. Glad to take my business elsewhere and glad this was my first and last time meeting Paul... very rude.

I had a large order of multiply boxes to ship to 7 different locations. Paul was patient and super helpful. He assisted me in getting everything from my car into the shop, provided options for delivery, and some of the materials needed to be boxed at the shop. He tapped everything up and patiently reopened a box to add a item I forgot. It was a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend using their various services.

DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!! I just bought forever stamps here but they are .75 cents not .55. They would not take a return. I bought 200 of them, making it $20 more expensive than it should have been. Money is scare right now because of the pandemic, and that’s $20 I have to take out of a food budget. Yes, there is a sign, yes the woman behind the counter was kind. I just didn’t realize it was even possible to change the price of stamps. Don’t be dumb like me

I was trying to be nice and made a joke, but the owner got really rude with me. Too bad for him, I ship a ton of stuff, but wont be using his business ANYMORE. Spindle City in Cohoes takes UPS boxes and they are very nice there. They will get my business from now on.

Counter help exuded total arrogance as did once before.. I was quoted a price in a.m. by older gentleman, returned later to be charged double the price. Second visit was charged for a used box ready for the trash. Poor business sense.. won’t go back.
