We have used this company for 4 years and have not had a bad experience at all. They have been great with pricing and able to walk us through any issue. They didnt hesitate to help with additional installation after the tornados of 2019 in our area!
Awful experience with this company. Left me hold for 8 minutes until they hung up. Waited for call back and never received one so when I finally reached them the locked in rate they provided online was then raised by a quarter which adds up in 1000 gallon tank. And they didnt want to honor the $200 credit promotion after filling out the information online and it said I was approved.Horrible service, dont waste your time.Northwest Ohio Propane will continue to get my service, never no issues.
I always had good service from this company until just recently. By accident I paid for tank rental twice plus they took it out of my checking account and getting my over payments back has been one big hassle!!! Ive been working for weeks now trying to get my refund and still havent got this resolved. Am very frustrated and hopefully they will get this issue resolved.
Have been using them for several years for propane at a property maintained as a rental. I have had no issues working with them to arrange the occasional fill up or pay the bill. I have always been pleased with their quick service and customer service. I cannot speak to price. Honestly, I assume that most are within the same price point by a few cents so unless you are a commercial user, I dont see cost being a huge factor. Therefore, pick the company you can trust to provide your fuel needs and I have no complaints about Earhart in that respect.
I have been a customer for a year now and really like there response time to my questions and there prices seem to be competitive with other gas companies. I really like there app as well. Blessings to you all.
I ran out of propane at the worst time. A snowstorm was coming and the temperatures were going to be below freezing for days. I was in a panic because my whole house runs off of propane, hot water tank, stove and most importantly the furnace. I have 4 children so I needed propane fast. I called the company I’ve been using and was told it would be 7-10 days before they could even come out. So I called Earhart and they were at my house the very next day! The driver was so friendly and made sure everything was up and running. He even went down into my dungeon of a basement to get the pilot lite going on my hot water tank. Which is close to impossible in itself. I would definitely recommend Earhart they are truly fast and friendly.
Hi-Grade is easy to do business with. They have always worked with me in whatever my needs were. They have reset my tank, checked for leaks and very timely in getting my new place hooked up. I also like the level billing they offer. Good company!
Quick response to issues, like when I ran out of propane, or had a billing problem.

I like talking to a real English speaking local person and ordering the propane I need. It is as easy it should be. And I appreciate and prefer doing business exactly that way! Additionally, in the past, when I needed assistance getting a frozen line between my 2 tanks flowing again (on a cold winter night) I received exceptional help from Earhart.

I have had good service with Earhart Propane. They deliver when they say they are going to etc. Only thing as of late has been that I got help through Community Action Partnership winter crisis program like before, and Earhart was sent a voucher which was lost some way and not credited to my account. I was told I owned $408 on my propane account. I tried to tell the lady over and over that I had been helped by Community Action Partnership and it would have covered the payment. She seemed a bit argumentative and condescending. I felt like she didnt believe me. Maybe I was too sensitive. She eventually found the voucher. She said to not order online, but call in from now on if I pay this way. I find it easier to order online, dont have to wait on the phone and deal with people. I really am not good with people I admit and can totally be alone, probably forever and never see a soul. I pretty much stay to myself, or try to, so maybe anything I say is jaded a bit. I had been helped this way for years not sure why this happened this time when getting propane. Always ordered online before with no problems. I cant he held accountable for their book keeping. Id prefer to use electric, but the cost is too high. Hopefully newer technology will replace fossil fuels completely in the next 50 years or so. I wont be here to see it of course.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company took almost 500$ out of my count without notifying me. I pay for a budget plan every month and they’re telling me I went 430$ over my budget plan when it’s just me and a 2 year old that live within the home. When talking to the rep regarding the situation she continuously talked to me as if I were dumb THEN proceeded to hang up on me.
They have always been very responsive when propane is needed. People I have talked to with their company were polite.
Earhart never needs a reminder to check our propane tank. The drivers that fill the propane tank are always courteous and friendly. And perhaps the biggest benefit is that Earhart always gives us the best going rate on propane fuel. What more could a person ask for? Not a thing!
These folks do what they promise. Being in the country and depending on propane gas for heating water and our house in the winter, we need someone dependable. They do their job

Earhart does a great job of keeping our propane tank filled. I dont have to worry about checking the level and calling for a fill up, they handle it all.
I accidently let my propane run completely out. I called Earhart and they came out and refilled my tank and tested my gas line. FAST, friendly service. I felt like a complete idiot but they were very gracious. I am very pleased with company and level of committment to customer service.

I got up one morning last week and I had no heat. My furnace would come on but nothing would come out. I didn’t know if it was my furnace or I was out of propane. I called Furnace man and Earhart to get a delivery if possible. I’m on auto fill and it was not time for them to check tank yet. They were great they were here within the hour and filled my tank. It ended up being my furnace. Thank goodness they came I’m very thankful for their prompt service. Thank you so much to Tarbill heating too.

Very professional and easy to setup a time for a refill on my propane tanks. I also appreciate the way Earhart ran a line under ground to my outdoor wood boiler which is now a duel-fuel furnace with the addition of the propane.
This place is a complete joke. I call to set up a new customer account and they said they would be there Thursday. Thursday comes and nobody shows. I call and they said they meant next Thursday I’m like ok. Requested a morning time because I go to work at 2. Here they show up at 3:15. I call customer service and get the run around about a phone call back to reschedule. Such a headache. Never dealt with such a propane company.
They auto billed a huge balance ($1500), and yet my mother is nearly out of oil. She has less than a quarter of a tank and its only a few days until December. The furnace was repaired today and the service person noted that the fuel was low and sludge could have caused the need for the repair. My mother called the company and a machine answered. We havent had problems with them before besides auto billing up to a very large positive balance...
We used to love this company. Now, it is a mess! Could it be that in October of 2017 a larger company, Mansfield, acquired the great company they used to be?We are on AUTOMATIC refill. My husband noticed that we were getting very low. He called on Tuesday. They said they would be here no later than Friday. My husband called today. We were told that the emergencies (for which they are getting paid extra) pushed our date until next week! They could not possibly get here before then. A typical case of a failure for others to plan on their part causing an emergency on our part.I feel we have been lied to. They did not take the time to call us and tell us of the emergencies. They let us believe that they would be here today AT THE LATEST. We had to call them.Two thoughts:Lets push constant loyal customers to the back of the line because we can make a lot more money on these emergencies.And I wonder just what would happen if the manager/CEO/President of the company failed to plan for his own home? Yes, there would definitely be a way to get propane to him/her.You have treated loyal customers who have tried to do this the right way with very little to no respect.Shame on you!!!!

Just moved into our house in August they have a tank there and ive been trying to get service since September did their credit app mail it in been calling every week cant seem to get a answer when I do get through to someone they say we will call you back and they dont. I guess they dont want our business going to go with someone else tomorrow.

We are always pleasantly surprised when we call Earharts customer service. Heads and shoulders above some of the other propane companies weve used. Additionally we are able to get our propane so much faster than with other companies. We used to have to wait up to two weeks. With Earhart its often the next day or day after. We absolutely can recommend this company.
I have been trying for months to get the $240 they owe me from 2 years ago when I prebought propane from them. I have been told 3 times it would be returned to me. I contact then, they say a check will be sent. Weeks go by, no check. I call them again and they say it was an oversight. I call them AGAIN and they say they changed computer systems. I call AGAIN, still no check. I would NEVER deal with them again. If I dont get my money within 1 month, I am taking them to small claims court. €€€€€€ Update: Finally got my money from them.

By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. We ran out of propane on New Year’s Day. Called them to come have fill. Said there was gonna be a $250 emergency fill. I said ok. Being it’s -10 degrees out. When they went to do it they ended up not being able to process our payment Since it was the first of the month. At this point I was furious. They told me to go by heaters from Lowe’s!?!?! Really??? So needless to say they didn’t come. So I called back the minute they opened on Tuesday. Was on hold from 7-730. I explained my frustration and asked for same day delivery (which is a $150 fee). Got it all setup then told me they didn’t know when they’d be here. Called back told me between 12-5. I’m sorry but if I’m paying additional $150 I think it should be prioritized to the front. No budging on their end. So at 10:00 am I see an Earhart filling truck pull into our neighbors house. He goes up checks their tank then leaves. He did not come to my house though. Really????? Now I’m livid. I have recommended a lot of people to them. With that being said we will be switching companies and so will the friends and family I’ve recommended. Very disappointed.

Earhart didnt show up on the scheduled propane delivery date, nor did they call to let us know they wouldnt be supplying our propane. Called multiple times, with them giving us run-around. After many disappointing conversations, we gave up and I had called and told them that since their service was so horrible, we were going with another company and to please pick up their tank and give us a refund (the online request required us to pre-pay for the propane we would need, so I had $530 held hostage for literally 2+ months while they dilly-daddled around). First they said they could only send us a check in the mail, would be there within 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by, no refund. Between my husband and I, we called them multiple times a week because they were keeping our money and they also would NOT come pick up their POS tank (which was sitting in our driveway waiting to be picked up for almost a month and a half). Ended up getting our money back after probably 2 months of waiting. We had to call and threaten to start charging a storage fee for them to finally pick up their tank. All I gotta say is, dont waste your time with this company because they were NOTHING but trouble for us. HORRIBLE customer service. Go with McMahans.
