I asked for the tech dept on the iron eagle block and I think I got some sales person. He didnt know much about the block. I seem to get that every time I call with a question about Dart products. I bought AFR cylinder heads because the person couldnt answer simple questions about the cylinder heads the last time I called. I may just do that with the block. Look somewhere else. You all need to step up your customer service!!!! Its horrible!!!!

Too Long, Didnt read version: Dart (specifically Justin) gave me great pre-sales support, clear recommendations and explanations, respected what I was trying to build and accomplish, and was incredibly professional.Long version!Ive been looking at new blocks to build up a much more powerful engine for my fun car. Sometimes you luck out and can find articles or guidance that tell you what the recommended power limits are for an engine block.Yes, there are those guys that are running crazy power on blocks not officially rated for it, but in my opinion, thats running on borrowed time!After some research, I had emailed Dart about a question on their Little M Sportsman block. I gave the details of what I was building and my power goals. Justin emailed me back with another recommendation, and a clear explanation of why he was making that suggestion.I know what youre thinking Of course theyre going to try to up-sell you! That did not appear to be the case. Instead of recommending one of their top tier (expensive) blocks, his recommendation was a modest increase over what I was looking at.He even provided the appropriate part number! When I couldnt find that part number on their site, or the other major online race shops I look at, I emailed him back. He apologized that it was a relatively new product, and wasnt up on the site yet. So he sent me the tech information on the block, and let me know more details than he had on his previous emails.So now I have a part number, and an informed decision that makes me feel comfortable about the longevity of my build, with the added bonus that their staff was polite, responsive, and informed, and respected that everyone has a budget (though the topic didnt come up, so he wasnt even trying to max that out).Thank you Justin, Ill be ordering my block soon!

Terrible customer service. Called having a question about a product that was online and David was telling me that they dont even make them. Wouldnt call again
