I have been using Patrick for 10 years now.he is the only chimney person who does the job correctly. He installed a gas fireplace downstairs for my house.i call him every spring to clean and service my wood stove and chimney. He is the best person to hire if you dont want any problems. He also put a double wall flue vent on my woodstove and that solved some problems I was having. Patrick runs a great team.

Their technicians came to my house after having another company (who will remain unnamed) had tried twice to get my gas fireplace to burn clean. Needless to say they did an amazing job. I cant recommend Tahoe Chimney and Fireplace too highly. I called three companies to fix our gas fireplace and Patrick, the owner was the first person who immediately scheduled an appointment. Patrick and crew arrived in a timely manner, were very polite, efficient and clean. Did you catch that-they were clean while they swept the fire chimney!! Who would have thought that was even possible? They took care of three issues within an hour, reported the results and suggested possible fixes for next time. I especially like that they will put us in a tickler system for next season. Theyre the best!

We have used Tahoe Chimney and Fireplace for many years to clean our wood stove and chimney. He is reliable and does a great job. A couple of times he found problems with the chimney or the cap and was able to fix the problem the same day. He also replaced any cracked bricks he found inside the stove and replaced the blanket above the bricks when needed. We will continue to use Patricks service in the future

Patrick saved us in the middle of his busiest part of the year, He answered his phone and came quickly to see how our chimney got ripped out by the snow on the roof. He identified all needed parts and was back in a few days to put it all back together. It looks better and drafts better than the original! Great work! Thank you and see you next year!

Truckee gets terribly cold in the winter, so having a working fireplace is absolutely essential. I was having trouble figuring out how to heat a small basement studio I have below my house. I called Tahoe Chimney & Fireplace at short notice, and they installed a gas fireplace, which heats the place perfectly. They were also able to install a remote control, making it super easy to heat quickly! Pat was very quick to respond, and the service was very professional. A week after the installation I misplaced the instructions to the remote control and gave them a call. Their technician Cameron arrived that very same day to re-teach me and my tenants about the operation. I would not hesitate to use them again, when it comes time to replace my other fireplace they will be my first choice.

I have used other services in town and will definitely stick with these guys, fair pricing and awesome service. They installed a wood stove in a few hours just so I can have it inspected right away, we just passed inspection and we cannot wait to stay warm, I highly recommend Tahoe Chimney !We hired Patrick to reline our chimney and install our new wood burning stove. He was honest, on time, very professional and courteous. He even finished the job sooner then originally anticipated saving us money on labor costs. We had our old beast of a wood stove still in the garage and they dismantled it and loaded it into our van for us. Highly recommend!!

They were the only people who called me back after the chimney on my place was ripped off my house. They were able to get all the materials needed for the repair in a timely manner. They communicated well and had the job done in one day. I will call them in the summer for a chimney cleaning.

TCF did a great job! My chimney did not need cleaning so they gave me a thorough inspection of the chimney with picture, videos and spent time to educate me cool tips and tricks!, I highly recommend them and will call them next year.

One blind after the first year started locking up so I called and the customer service was easy and great to talk too. They quickly replaced my blind with no hesitation.
