Im extremely happy with the work that AB&F performed on a recent truck repair. I was told it would be a two week job, which was squeezed in between two work trips for which I needed my truck back. They kept me informed of progress the whole time, did a fantastic detailed cleaning of the inside and outside of my truck, and completed the job four days ahead of schedule and the work looks great.I will definitely use their shop again if needed in the future.

This place is absolutely wonderful! I cannot thank the entire staff who worked on my Yukon enough. They truly went above and beyond, surpassing my expectations. They not only took care of the problem areas on the exterior, but noticed a trim piece was missing on the inside of the window (this has bothered me for months and was about to purchase it myself). The attention to detail was impressive. And to top it off, it was beautifully cleaned (not only the outside, but the inside too!) 5 star service from these guys.Thank you!

I’ve taken my Subaru here twice now and both times the work was high quality and fast. Most recently I got a bear shut in my car which was absolute mayhem and they had it looking brand new and completely detailed in less than a week. Payment through insurance went through without a hitch. I’m thrilled. Great communication and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Advanced Body & Frame did a great job on my car. I had some dent damage due to pinecones falling from a large tree in my yard. They worked with my insurance and were very accommodating for when I could drop off and pick up my car, and offered to rent me another vehicle while mine was being repaired (I didnt need this, luckily). It took a little longer than expected because it turns out my car needed a whole new hood, but they were very communicative about the delay and it wasnt an issue for me at all. I appreciate them taking good care of my car and returning it clean and sanitized. Thank you!

I took my damaged 2021 Ford Bronco for repairs after I was rear ended on I-80. Neilson, Faye and Themla were wonderful, compassionate and cared for me and my RUINED Bronco, while dealing with my insurance company....who was not acting professionally or in a timely manner. Advanced Body & Frame took care of me and my Bronco with the upmost of professionalism and timeliness. They worked with my insurance company, even when that company was dragging its feet, representatives lying and then not paying an appropriate bill to Advanced!!I would definitely use Advanced Body and Frame again IF I am ever in need of auto repairs....this is actually the second vehicle I have taken into Advanced Body & Frame for repairs. This body shop is great. I was recommended to them by another shop in Truckee, and I’m so glad they were able to do the work I needed rather than having to go to Reno. The communication was great and the cost of labor was very fair.

Loved this place! Our car looks amazing!

They went beyond my expectations! Took the car in looking a little tired and they returned it looking brand new; outside washed; including the rims, and the inside vacuumed and sanitized. Was blown away how clean it was. The work on the car was spot on. Did not look like it was in a fender bender at all; it looked as though it came off the show room floor!I will definitely use this company again IF the occasion presents itself.

Advance and their team were Friendly and helpful. Not only my vehicle was fixed right the first time but they got it done 3 weeks faster than another shop had estimated. This is the place to go!

Advanced is fabulous! This is the second time they’ve fixed body damage and suspension work due to two separate vehicle accidents. Both times, they worked with the different insurance companies to get the estimate, repairs, and payments. I received regular email updates from Advanced to let me know the status of repairs. They advocated to the insurance companies on my behalf to get things fixed correctly and not settle for aftermarket or lower end parts. Both times, my Jeep looked as good as new, and you’d never know there was an accident. I’m totally impressed!!!

Highly recommend this body shop, staff was extremely helpful and straightforward. They stuck to the time estimate and my car looked amazing when I got it back, it was even detailed I had never been through the insurance claim portion before but the staff there made it so easy! They also have good COVID safety procedures.

This is my go to spot to whenever I have car problems. The service is always on time and they return your car cleaner than when you dropped it off. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, highly recommend if you are in the area.

Advanced Body and Frame repaired a dented panel on my truck. They were professional, the work was quality and I had the truck back in less time than they said they would have it for. They also cleaned the truck well. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Not very competent. Don’t take cars with lots of electronics. They don’t have the ability to make repairs or fix the problems associated with them.

After a bad experience with Tahoe city garage I was scared to drop off my car at any other shop but went to Advanced body & frame since the car was still needed repairs.Damian was very professional and upfront from the very beginning and their work is perfect. I would highly recommend this shop. Their busy for a reason but worth the wait.. I did take it to the other shop 1st but had to come here to have it done right..

I would give a billion NEGATIVE stars for this place if it was possible and say stuff I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this place or the people but I will be as nice as possible. It is horrible, the customer service is very horrible and they just want your money and will charge you for anything they can. I got my vehicle dropped off 12/7/18 after having an incident out in Reno 12/4/18 breaking my rear suspension from sliding on black ice and hitting a curb then driving halfway home with a wobbly wheel on the 395 to the 70 just to be towed back the rest of the way. This is our only vehicle and we have 2 small kids and they told us it would be only a few days to get it fixed. 5 days since my car was there they finally looked at it and came up with a bogus quote of over $5,000 saying my rear axle was broken (it is NOT broken there is just a tiny dent in it from the previous owner) along with the suspension and rim. While waiting for the insurance to get back to us to see if theyre going to pay the additional with the deductible I was searching around for other shops that would possibly be cheaper every one at the shop was VERY rude to me when I was trying to get additional information for the insurance. I finally found a shop that is going to fix the car for $700 (beats $5k) so trying to get my car towed back to my residence was a hassle. Cynthia - (the lady doing the paperwork) was very rude to me this morning when I was trying to figure out where my car was located so I can get it towed she kept telling me I will not tell you where it is until you pay our fees. So, in my mind Im thinking before we took the car down there she told me it was free inspection and nothing would be billed to me since Im going through an insurance claim that it would be free to me. Now shes telling me shes holding my car until I pay her $380 out of pocket.. Out of spite I call my insurance to see if shes suppose to bill me. Insurance wasnt too happy and called the shop to figure out why. They said it was $120 one way for them to get it towed to their mechanic and they towed it twice which they did NOT have my consent on that. They only had my consent for it to be inspected and worked on if necessary at THEIR OWN shop which is written on email. the $380 got taken care of and it took them 15 minutes for them to tell me where my car was which was VERY IRRITATING!!! I just barely got my car back today and I will NOT be going back to them for anything and will NEVER recommend them to any one at all! My experience with them was nothing but a complete nightmare and all they do is scam people just to get paid! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!

Friendly staff, but just a heads up, they do not do vehicle inspections for Lyft, even though Lyft may recommend it. Still, kind people and recommended the place next door.

My Jeep was just repaired by advanced body and frame. It took them well over a week just to get a quote together. They finally repaired it after haveing it for 2 weeks. Any other shop could have done this in a day. If you dont use your car take it here, if you need your car like me find anyone else to do the job. Worst customer service of my life!!!!!!!!!!

I had work done a few years back and after a year I got a call from the bookkeeper saying that they had overcharged me several hundred dollars and they would be sending me a check. How often does that happen?
