Clean, low inventory on popular items but I was able to get what I needed. Friendly staff.

The store is very clean and calm environment. I love shopping and walking through the isles observing things.

I understand people are short staffed right now but the fact that they havent been able to restock the toy section for 2 and a 1/2 months now its kind of weird

I was treated so poorly by the store manager, Shelly. She displayed unprofessionalism at the highest level. If it’s not an emergency I wouldn’t stop at this location. If you need to make a stop, the Grocery Outlet is a lovely store across the street with amazing customer service.

The pharmacy here is a mess. Prescriptions always screwed up, no one ever answers the phone. Long lines. Understaffed. This location is an embarrassment to the Riteaid brand. Ive personally spoken to the manager and nothing ever changes. With limited choices in a small town, its not like I can take my business elsewhere, but if I could, I would.

This store is not following CDC/state/county guidelines. Employees do NOT wear masks or gloves when working about the store (stocking etc). Seems like they don’t understand the concept of keeping their respiratory droplets from contaminating store stock and surfaces. My experience with 4 visits during the pandemic is that they only put masks on when at the cash registers.It would be reassuring if they also used hand sanitizer when they come to check you out and handle your purchases.PLEASE step it up.

As a local, I went in to pick up an amazon package and they had a line with only 2 people working. One lady was doing ice cream and the other was trying to run 3 registers at once. She asked my name and then went to look for the package - she did not look through them all and came back and said it’s not here. It was delivered 2 days prior. I asked her to look again and if she wanted she could see my id to make sure see was looking for the right package. She hurried through the packages again and I watched her - still not looking at all of them. Screamed it’s not here and then ‘next’. Beware of this store customer service is not something they strive for. At this point I’m just going to let the package get returned because I am never going back in there.

Every time I go to this Rite Aid I either leave empty handed because the line was insanely long with too few cashiers open or because the pharmacist is on lunch or they are out of what I need. Yesterday I desperately needed Claritin-D for horrible allergies but had yet another failed attempt at getting anything here because the pharmacist was out on lunch. Totally understaffed and useless.

Dan The Pharmasist was great. He remembered me after a month. He treated me like family. Got my script filled in 7 minutes. He is awesome !!!

I recently moved back to Truckee and after reading there reviews I am very suprised. I was a customer here before I moved and have always had great customer service, also the pharmacy people have been extremely helpful. Once again they were fantasic. I will be there customer again. Oh and i was VERY happy to be able to now buy the brand of organic milk I love, thank you Rite Aid.

After multiple experiences at this pharmacy involving your prescriptions are ready.... oh wait, we cant find them or your docotors office never called us or yeah, we can fill that here only to be left wasting our time and frustrated we are absolutely done with this place once and for all. And the lack of compassion and customer service here is atrocious. They have one job, take orders and filll them. Doesnt seem too challenging. Were done.

My doctor inrstructed me to have the pharmacy send my doctor of request form if I ran out of my prescription early. Well I ran out of my prescription and experiencing withdrawl early, so mom called​ the pharmacy. The pharmacist told my mother that I must have been abusing my prescription because I should have had more. Which that in itself was so unprofessional and really upset my mom that they would say something like that when that couldnt even be further from the truth. I have special conditions along with​ a routine in which I take my medication, and instead of helping me, they told my mom there was nothing they were going to do. I went through a night of pain and sleeplessness with work in the morning. When I called my Dr. The next morning and told him what happened, he was so shocked they didnt at least call him. He said they need to send me a request right now and he will have my meds right away for me. So my mom called the pharmacy again, the managers response was well Ill send it now so whats the problematic​. As mom my explained that instead of doing what they were supposed to do the night before, I had to go sick all night and in pain, while I have work in the morning. He continued to respond with well Ill send it now so whats the problem. Rude, rude, rude! Will never go back!

I called this place to ask if they had something in stock, and they hung up on me twice. I found what I needed at CVS across town.

This place has the worst customer service. And the bathrooms are a dump and dirty and disgusting. And the pharmacy is a joke. They gave me a garbage bag to put my meds in because they had no bags

Called on the phone to ask about a prescription. Was put on hold for 10 minutes before being hung up on by a pharmacist who did not answer my questions. SO RUDE
