Came here with family. Due to schedule we werent able to come back the next day to pick up so we had to ship. Package has not been delivered after plenty of time and any shipping method to get here. Will file a report with BBB and other avenues if this doesnt get delivered. This is a shady place. Will change review if purchase is delivered. Spent over $60 on a piece and received nothing for it. Dont waste your money here and dont support businesses that conduct business in this way. All proper documentation was provided, there is no reason or excuse as to why what we purchased was not delivered. Even paid an additional 10$ for shipping. Finally received package many weeks later and it was badly packaged. If it wasnt for the shipping companies carefully handling the box it would of definitely have broken.

Me and my friend went there to make candles for out moms the service was amazing and it was lots of fun! Would recommend for a person of any age

My two little girls and I had a wonderful experience here today. Bridget was so sweet and helpful and made us feel so welcomed in this cute shops. We are enjoying our lit candles right now!

Is a ton of fun. But every time we come after four which is just normal (the place is jammed then), they always tell us i leave at five Im the only person here you cant make one. So short sighted.Kids think the prices are too high although I dont really agree. They did say the actual crafting of candles is too simplistic... We work directly with the wax at home but I realize most dont.Kids would be happy to play with wax and play with it more but its more the lack of financial savvy that would have just one person during the busiest hour thats irritating.

Service was good!Ive been calling to get some sort of tracking for our items we had created while on our trip in tahoe. Its been going on a month we havent received items. I keep getting the voicemail to the shop & no one has called me back at all. Getting a bit frustrated considering the amount we paid not only for the ceramics, but our shipping was around $100+ and we know if we considered taking this to post office, we would have saved much more and our packages would be here already. Kind of a bummer that I have to vent on here, but maybe someone may respond back to me sooner.

My wife and I had a blast there. Were both made candles and they turned out nice.
