Precision Flooring is awesome! I had a terrible experience with Best Hardwood flooring in Reno, they didnt come through and ordered the wrong material, which set my remodel and move in back a couple weeks. I rushed downed to Precision Flooring; they got may material in a week and installed 1-2 days later. Thank you very much!

Only had carpet done in one room, but process was quick and install was professional and timely. Would use them again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!was the worst experience I have ever had. The son was VERY rude and inappropriate. He gave us a bid on the spot and I had to correct him on the bid where he messed up and didnt add things to the estimate that we asked so he took it back and gave us another one the next day which was alot more the he originally said, which he said he forgot to include labor. Ok who forgets about labor? He then gave us the run around for about a week until I had to go back in and talk to him. He was very very rude and he wouldnt even get up out of his desk in the back corner to talk to me, we had to ask him to come talk to us. When his worker arrived he showed up with no supplies and I guess there was a mix up and he went and picked up the supplies, then they either ordered the wrong supplies or gave us someone else old supplies because they had someone else nameand job on them and it was completely the wrong color and style we wanted but we let them put it in becausewe just wantedto be done with this companyit was that bad. Please save yourself the time, energy, frustration and money and go somewhere else. This place is horrible.
