We had a window replaced. We worked with Jake, Phil & James. We found the team very professional & courteous. We are extremely happy with the service.

I had called them numerous times and nobody answers the phone. I finally drove there to see why nobody answered the phone and to see if they were still in business. They were but they dont answer phones apparently and when I asked about a job, the employee was a total a-hole and I just walked out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We were always happy with Truckee River Glass when we used them for our 3 home builds in Truckee but after trying to get them to come out and repair broken cranks and a fogged door I soon realized that unless you are spending a lot of money, dont expect any service. I waited to write this review but after two months of getting yanked along on a chain, no shows and numerous broken promises they finally told me today: its a small job so you keep getting shoved to the bottom of the list but you are free to call some companies in Reno. They could have just said go away 2 months ago! DISAPPOINTED customer - we always try to support local businesses and to be treated like this and then encouraged to seek help from out of town is just not right. Jon

Do not ever, I repeat DO NOT EVER waste your time at Truckee River Glass. I went to replace a sliding glass door for a client. After my client waited through missed appointments the door was finally delivered only to have the wrong frame. The correct frame was finally delivered and I arrived to discover the glass doors would open from the wrong side. A phone call went unanswered so I drove to the store. I was greeted by the most unhelpful person that Ive ever come across. He first asked if I had contacted the manufacturer and I indicated my client purchased the slider from him. He accusingly pointed out the door matched the order as though it were my clients fault. I pointed out they had come to the site to measure. He then grudgingly said he would send someone out when he had a chance. I asked for a window of time and was told sometime between now and next week. Well see what happens but Im not optimistic.

I couldnt be happier with the kindness and help I received buying some ceramic high heat glass for a fireplace yesterday. Truckee River Glass went above and beyond to help us and we will be lifelong patrons of this first rate business.

Awful customer service. Waiting for estimate and now they can’t find it. Ugh!

This company is very unresponsive. After two calls to request a quote, I went to a competitor. First call I was told someone would be out in a week, and after calling back 8 days later, I was told they did not know when they could come out. Acted as if I was wasting their time!Must not need anymore biz!!

Complete waste of time. They dont call back after coming to look at the project. Replacing 4 windows was beyond their capabilities. Get a new line of work Truckee River Glass!

I dropped off a broken window at 5pm as they were closing and they called to say it was ready to be picked up at 9:15am the next day.

They are Awesome!!!!!

Truckee River Glass installed some specialty mirrors and showers in my home. They were professional, price was very fair and the items turned out just as I envisioned.
