Shopping for my youngest daughters birthday also picked up my belated birthday gift.

This was my first time in this store.I went to by some make up and the store was very huge and clean.the products were stocked and the person who waited on us was very helpful and polite.I would recommend this store to family and friends.I will be shopping there again.

This location at Trumbull mall is best. Service was very good. The girl that working there showed me everything I needed. Also I think it’s better place to come to shop make up especially after MAC introduced policy in which they are not allowed to show how products looks on the skin. Not even on you hand or Their hand and can’t even use one time use stick to get some product and show how it looks. How would you buy foundation w/o matching your skin tone. But well back to Sephora, wide selection, friendly staff, lots of discounts.

What can I say? Its a big girls store to play with makeup! One of my favorite places to go to.

The store was beautiful and the service was great ask for Becka she was so much help and i will be coming here much more often.She gave me some tips and tricks and knew the answers, for all my questions the store its self I had never really had a.Good experience there,and It made me not want to go due that if I could given her 100 stars I would.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. David went above and beyond to help me find the products I was looking for. As a first time make-up buyer, he made me feel really comfortable.. He did a wonderful job with matching my skin tone. If you ever come to this Sephora, ask for David..

All the employees are ALWAYS super nice, and very helpful! This store is the most worth-while one in this so-called mall. I do not understand these negative reviews at all. A shopping experience is not just about the one day you go there and they are out of this or that! When things are in high demand they go quick! Every time I have been there they are stocked!

I dont see every race represented in this Sephora. Its a Poor representation of the brand. JCPenneys Sephora 5 stars for representing all races and ethnicities.

The first time I went to the Sephora in Trumbull mall they were so helpful. They greeted me upon walking in and easily provided me with the foundation that I was seeking. Because of this I went back today to get concealer and color corrector. But it was the total opposite. About three associates looked me up and down and did not say a word. I decided to say hello to one worker who also stared at me and never asked how they could help me today. I went ahead and told her what I needed any way. In the end I decided not to buy anything. The customer service sucks. I will now never go back there.

We love to shop there for make up. They have many different brands for you to look at.

I have to agree with the other reviews. Horrible customer service. It doesnt exist. I do feel that it could be racial or just plain not caring about the sale. I was walked by 3 times by the same associate. I was only asked if I needed to be assisted by the cashier.I am considering contacting corporate because this is ridiculous. Stamford location was wayyyyyyyyyyy better and actually acknowledged my presence.

I will never go back to this store. The service is terrible to say the least and very questionable knowledge of the products. I should have known better than to try anything other than Merle Norman (sorry Merle Norman). Oh and ladies watch the hired help around your man, they act like its happy hour at the club and they have a chance......

Worst Sephora I have ever been to. I wish I’d never even given them my business. They will not give you samples, even after spending 80.00 . In each “world”, you are allowed 3 samples. They acted like I’m trying to be cheap because I only spent 80.00 . Did not like to answer questions and generally just had bad attitudes. The store doesn’t even have many items that are new in it. Don’t waste your time or money here!!!

A little pricey but great selection

The customer service in this store is horrible. Every time I arrive to the store, Im never greeted or asked if I need help. Instead I get a look up and down and thats it. I always leave because I feel unwlecomed Here. I would love to shop here but this store makes me feel like I dont belong shopping here. I feel like they racial profile and only help white customers who dress very nice. I had a great experience with Bare Minerals with a woman who even helped match my skin for foundation. She even got me to buy additional stuff as well! Please, improve your customer service, so everyone feels welcomed.

Not a fan of this location at all. No one asks to help you and if you approach someone to ask for assistance they are very unhelpful and short. they dont help you find alternative options if they dont have the exact product your looking for either, which I would be open to trying new products but they dont care about the sale. so I end up leaving and shopping elsewhere. Corporate please do something about this location.

Love sephora

Not well stocked, they dont have enough palettes and every time I go they encourage you to buy them online . No, I dont want to do that since Im already at the store. (I rather get it the same day than wait for it at home).

There are two Sephoras in this mall. I started in The Sephora in JC Pennys ..they were awesome..even checking every product I bought for damage. I always like the feel of the JCP Sephoras..they are so friendly and helpful. I finished up at the stand alone Sephora in the mall. While none of the employees really approached me..when I needed help they were great. So I cant say anything bad about either store. I also went to Mac in Macys and had a great experience. Im from Florida but expect to come back here next year. Looking forward to it. 👍

This is a smaller store, but convenient for purchasing basic items and for bringing in returns/exchanges from ordering online.

WORST Sephora Ive ever been in..It was my first time in and as soon as i walked in, i was expecting to be greeted within moments but nope, no sales associates ever spoke to me at all. the security guards watched me like a hawk and everyone there made me feel like a burden. No other customer was greeted either. whoever is in charge of staffing needs to be re-trained. its not hard to say hi or even be nice. Some of the ladies were just standing around on their phones or talking to each other. I felt so awkward and annoyed. Plus before I left, I wrote down a list of products to buy and sephora was out of stock on about half the items on my list from what I saw. They had a big inventory problem. What kind of sephora doesnt carry the brands bobbie brown or drunk elephant ? the only person that spoke to me was the cashier who wrong out my items but even she didnt seem happy to be working there. she had an unmeaning look on her face and acted like a robot asking me the same routine questions in regards to whether I found everything okay. Did I? i guess so.. but no one helped me except google. Luckily all $200 worth of merchandise was great and I loved everything except that darn Trumbull store. Plus all the associates were on the older side rather than young people and so they probably didnt even have a fresh taste on the cosmetics industry anyways so its probably for the better they didnt talk to me. I will be taking my business to the Farmington mall location or online. I hate the trumball store with a passion.
