Easy to shop and easy to exchange as long as you have your receipt. Always friendly and helpful. Staff is chock full of gaming insight. At least the ones that the kids have spoken to anyway.

Great place to find games if you have the game stop card even better because you get points towards items discounts lots of things but each person is different because lots of people dont like Gamestop but it came a long way and its a great place.

This place has been some kinda game store for the last 25 years lol i remember when it was eb games and gamestop was upstairs, Shakespeares Video Works was cool too this was back in the late 90s

They don’t like to give you your money back and the employees there are nasty you ask them a question and it’s like you offended them.

Stay away from this scammy store. Purchased 2 of the Marvel funko gamer boxes from this store. Neither was shrink wrapped. I thought this was strange but they had a sticker over the opening flap so I figured that is how they came sealed. Went to 2 other gamestops to pick up more of these boxes, they were ALL SHRINK WRAPPED. Needless to say, the 2 I picked up from this gamestop did not contain any chases because employees had already opened them and then slapped a sticker on to make it look like they were sealed. Ill be calling corporate.

Will not be shopping here again pretty sure money is money and tonight my money was refused because it was change i was trying to teach my child to save his own money which he did but when he went to buy his gift card they would not take the last 5 dollars in chage so i gave my son the 5 dollars he need but them refusing us money is illegal as i also work retail very disappointed with the customer service especially in a store that is for kids

Not a bad place but these days I prefer getting digital copies of my games. Hardly get any money back for anything you trade in.

I drove about an hour to this location because it was the only place that had an Xbox One AC Adapter in stock. I placed an order online and went to the store with my Xbox. I got the product and asked if it could just be plugged in and tested in store. The employee refused. I got home and to my surprise I noticed a defective return to warehouse sticker on my product. Furthermore the product was listed as a Microsoft product (this is clearly labeled on the price tag) the product was not it was a knock off that was worth about 20 dollars from Amazon. I would not recomend this Gamestop location based on this experience.

I wish I could give it a zero. I traded in some Wii U games a while ago and the clerk took my copy of Mario Kart 8 but it wasnt on the credit I received when I got home. With no way to prove I brought the game I had no case to get that money given back to me. On another occasion, while Im browsing through pre-owned games, the curly haired guy with classes comes up to me under the facade of asking if I needed any help, just to tell me not to open the cases of the games. By the way, I open these cases to see any wear and tear on the cover art or to see if theres gonna be a booklet inside as they usually give you the pre-owned box you grab from the shelf anyway. When I remind the worker that the games arent in the empty boxes he then tells me they cant be opened to not damage the HARD PLASTIC case. Terrible service. Almost every emplot looks miserable all the time and any question asked is met with an answer full of reluctance, no matter what. I asked about upcoming Nintendo exclusives once and the employee told me something to the effect of To be honest with you, I dont know. I only play Playstation Games and that was it! This store will never again have my business.

I alway get my games/Pre-Orders on this game stop and i alway go there for my business the employees are cool and awesome and they are friendly and willing to help with anything

Took my son to trade some game and it was a prip off. You by new game $ 60.00 and two weeks later you take it back for trade and the give you a hard time price wise $25.00 for a two week game. Not worth the trade or my time
