I really love this particular store. Every employee that has helped me were always very friendly and accommodating. They are also very knowledgeable about their products and where they are located. I actually spoke to one of the managers of the store recently on a mistake on my grocery order that day that I had made. He helped me fix it no questions asked. He shows the skills that a manager is supposed to have to perform their jobs. Five stars all around!!

Would highly recommend bakery. I needed a cake that looked like Princess Unikitty for my niece who was about to turn 8 and it turned out beautiful. Anna Marie (Sorry if misspelled) was so nice and helpful. They truly did a great job! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Definately my favorite super market on the East Coast. One thing I like is the local section each store featuring products from that state. Their prepared foods section is next level and I am a fan of their in house sushi/poke selection.

Normally I would give them a 5 star but I dropped by on a Saturday, intending to pick up some chicken for supper and they did not have any available for in-house customers - only for call-ins. I had had a REALLY bad day, was sick and didnt feel like cooking supper. This really was a disappointment as I had been looking forward to some Publix chicken for two weeks!

Ordered a pull a part shark cupcake cake. It was ready on time and it looked amazing. Also the store is so clean and well stocked. I only stop there when I am on that side of town but its the only place I will stop at if I need anything.

It was great and there are so many choices. Definitely not a place to go into if youre hungry. So much great food and other things to choose from .

Super nice helpful employees. I am handicapped and they are always super, super helpful. The front end manager has helped me get the groceries out of the cart and into my car, then stayed to make sure I could get into my car okay.

Got directions... But, Didnt Drive 18+ hours for this place!!! and, Wouldnt for any!!!!! Getting, directions and, Actually Using Them 2 different things???!!!!! But, google you know that.

Always a treat to shop at my local Publix. The nice young lady greeting me at the entrance who handles the cart cleaning is always attentive and shares the same allegiance to the Miami Dolphins.This store is always clean and there is never a wait at the checkout. While they used to bring your groceries out for you, things have changed since the pandemic and while it was a nice gesture I prefer taking my own groceries out so this is a nice change.Have never had a negative experience here. Doubt I ever will.

Love our local Publix, the friendly staff, and overall environment there. They are always fabulous and make sure to go above and beyond.

It was crowded and a little smaller than I expected. They didnt have everything I wanted, but the employees were very nice and constantly cleaning the store and checking isles.

Omg!!! I love this location! All of their hot foods are delicious! The desserts and baked goods are always good. I only go to Publix for the specialty foods and great customer service but this location is awesome!

Publix is less know for their customer service as compared to local competitor, Chick-fil-A; however, having been around seeing, knowing and use for numerous year, Publixs customer is second to none excellent training program. Always helpfully. Most are well-rounded, younger aged people that well trained and very knowledgeable on almost all items they sell. Still behind Chick-fil-A but coming on quickly

Constant old produce. My last stop there I purchased 3 pounds of Large juicy cherries. When I got home I discovered they had placed a handful of the large cherries on top of 2 and 3/4 pounds of small, mushy, bitter cherries that should have been discarded by them, not me! Bait and switch!

Besides Publix you have Chinese, Mexican, pizza, healthy smoothies and hot dogs throw in Jacks across the street all this at one intersection. Deerfoot and hwy 11 just off interstate 59

The lady with glasses at the bakery was extremely unprofessional and was rude to my 8 years old sonWhen he asked for a cookie.I would give this store a 2 star.

The seafood department has wonderful fresh food. Their brown sugar salmon is so good.

Always friendly people, but prices are quite a bit more than other places. Quality of the product is much better though, so you get what you pay for really.

Publix has always been my favorite grocery store. When I went this past week I bought two top sirloins that were on sale. They looked very good and I cut one in half and marinated it. The picture is what it looked like when I flipped it over. (Disgusting right?) It was so tough you couldnt cut through it for the tough skin in the middle. I went back to the Deerfoot location and talked to the assistant manager Scott. I showed him the pictures and we went to the meat department. He called the assistant meat manager (Alex) who looked at the picture and said, some people like that kind of steak. My response was, If people like them like that then put that side up. I was very very frustrated that the Publix employees couldnt recognize what I was showing them. They offered to replace the steak, but I didnt want another steak. I just wanted someone who was capable of understanding that this was absolutely unacceptable. To me it was unethical for a meat cutter to package this steak and sell it to the public.

I can always count of them for the freshest food when needed.

I went in last night 15 minutes before closing for an emergency last minute Birthday cake. Kelly was very cheerful and more than happy to help me find what I needed. She even went into the freezer to find the specific cake I needed and offered to write whatever I needed on it. I manage 7 retail stores and could only wish for someone to treat our customers this well at closing. I hope she is well taken care of and appreciated for her over the top contribution to the Publix organization. THIS is why I will gladly pay more to be treated as a customer should.

Publix cost is more than other places

The kitchen only had 1 chicken breast. I wanted 2. They had to ask management if they could do more. I ordered thin sliced corn beef. Associate never showed me the thickness they were slicing. Checked when I got home way to thick. Baggers standing at front end. Never helpping with bagging or offering to help to the car. The guy next to me bagged his own groceries.The checker bagged my groceries slide then to the end, said thank you and started the next order. I had to load them into the cart myself. When I got home the checker that was bagging as she checked had placed food on top hot chicken. Overall very poor experience.

Always crowed but has what Im looking for in stock always.

Since this Publix opened their doors, it was the only grocery store we used, and with three teenage boys, my wife was there several times a week- No more- I was appalled by the way my wife was treated by the store manager, and a male employee when she attempted to buy 4 half gallons of milk- (They were sold out of gallons, and my wife thought the limit was 2 gallons)- I understand they have rules, but my wife was accosted in front of a crowded store and treated like a shoplifter- I have no problem with Publix limiting how much milk people purchase, but they should be careful how they treat their patrons- Now, she feels like she cannot use that store, and its a major inconvenience-
