Ordered a car battery online, while driving home from Nashville. Got to our appt time aprox 10 minutes early. Went inside to tell them we were here, and they had the battery installed in 5 minutes. Less than 10 minutes from start to finish. WIN!

The person who waited on me replaced my watch battery, then took the payment from me by hand, but afterwards, sat my watch down on the counter for me to pick up. I was offended that he accepted cash from my hand, but couldnt put my watch in my hand. I thought he was rude to do that. Maybe because I was an African-American.???? I wont visit a store who differs in how they interact with certain people.

I brought my phone in for a screen repair here because of glitching. After I got it back the glitching was even worse and when I brought it back in I received a very rude, annoyed attitude from the worker helping me, he stated “I don’t know what’s wrong with your phone... I looked at EVERYTHING, I can’t help you anymore”. Not sure why, but overall I had a VERY unpleasant experience here.. a couple weeks later I took it to another store to get it fixed and they completely fixed it... weird hm

From the moment I walked in there was nothing but superior service. The employee that waited on me was very professional and courteous. He gave me a time and said he would call so I could pick up my phone that he was putting a battery in. He promptly called within the time frame! I was impressed. He had a wonderful personality!!

BUYER BEWARE! The day I took my 4 Michael Kors watches for new batteries, the associate broke the face of one. He denied it and blamed it on me until I told him I just took photos to post on Poshmark that showed NO damage. Then today, I go to put on another watch that he worked on, and the face completely came out. I will never see this money for my TWO RUINED Michael Kors watches, but I can warn others. Please please please dont go here. Total crooks!

I needed a new battery in the key fob/remote for my car, and they changed it for me super fast in under 5 minutes for only $10. The man working there was very friendly and helpful.

Ordered battery on line. We were leaving to go out of town. Stopped by Batteries Plus, proved who we were and that we had ordered battery, employee installed new battery and we were on our way in less than 20 minutes. Staff was very personable and efficient.

Purchase auto battery online. Better deal on a better battery than surrounding auto parts and retail stores. Drove to store 30 minutes later and battery was already on cart waiting my arrival. Ten minutes later new battery was installed and I was on my way. OUTSTANDING

I made an online appt on Saturday to have a new battery installed in my cellphone. When scheduling on Saturday, multiple times were available so we planned to go eat lunch in the area as battery was installed. We live approximately 45 minutes from the Trussville store. We arrived 20 minutes prior to our scheduled time and were informed they cant install a new battery until Monday. Needless to say, I was no happy camper. A simple phone call would have been appreciated to reschedule another day. I called another store (Homewood) and they provided excellent customer service and installed a new battery as expected.

DO NOT GET A SCREEN REPLACED HERE UNDER THE IDEA THAT THE WARRENTY WILL BE GOOD. I would give it a 0 stars if I could. I was told at the register after paying $189 for a screen replacement that if it cracked again, they would replace it for me. I had two people with me that can confirm I was told exactly that. The screen is even loose and clicks when pressing it. I called, and the man on the phone told me that it would not be covered because it was cracked. WHEN WHAT I WAS TOLD IS THAT IF I CRACKED IT AGAIN, IT WOULD BE REPLACED FOR FREE. I would not use batteries plus unless you are okay with the employees not being knowledgeable on their own warranties and promising customers services they cannot render.I will leave a bad review for this company and store anywhere I possibly can.

Brought my phone it to have the screen replaced. Was timely and not a terrible price. However, upon returning home I noticed that the screen wasnt sealed down properly and the camera on the back side of the phone along with the light was not functioning at all.

Left two reviews and both have been deleted! I brought a phone in to get a new screen and left with a phone that now doesnt work at all. No refund. No fixing it. Just too bad for me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! $900 phone and $100 repair. They did nothing to fix the situation!UpdateSorry I didnt get to this update sooner, they came off a refurbished phone finally. It worked for about a week. So, no refund, finally gave a refurbished phone and the new phone died. I will stick with my original review and say SO NOT TAKE TIER PHONE HERE. There are other battery plus stores in Birmingham that have employees that wont break your phone and are not rude. This is the only one Ive had a problem with.It seems to be their policy to try to tell you that the phone being broken is your fault somehow. I read several reviews that said they did the same thing to them.

I took my BMW key fob in to have the battery replaced. The fob was returned to me in 3 pieces! I was told that I gave them a broken fob. I assured him that it was intact when I handed it over. Anyway... I called the dealership today and I found out 2 things that are very interesting. One, there is NO battery in the fob. I paid for a replacements!! Once the fob is tampered with it is rendered useless and will cost 240.00 to replace it.I am very disappointed in the service I received and how I was talked to/treated by the sales associate.

I took three iPhone 8s in to have the glass repaired. One repair was ok. The others were not. One of the phones had to be brought in two more times and still was not fixed. We ended taking that phone to Ubreak Ifix to have them tell us it was missing 4 screws and the other screws were loose. The third phone is having problems with the touch screen and I am not interested in taking it back to Batteries+. iPhones are not their main concern and it is apparent. Do not take your phone to Batteries+, they are cheaper and there is a reason for that.

Ive only been here once for a cell phone battery, and while they do have most any battery you are looking for, they seemed quite expensive so I left empty handed. The customer service was great though!

I bought a new 12v. battery for my EZ-Go utility cart online and picked it up this am at the Trussville, Al store...the tech who waited on me, Andy, had my battery/paperwork ready in a couple of minutes and I was gone. This same BP location (Trussville) has previously replaced my iphone battery and cleaned the chg. port...great service both visits.
