I have used this place for several years now for tractor, generator and other small engine service and repair. Very helpful with unloading from the truck.They are very professional. E.g. if something is Beyond Economic Repair they will inform you before running up a large bill. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the turnaround time. In season that can run 8 weeks.

I recently moved to the area and have visited Argo Power Equipment numerous times making several purchases. Each and every time I have went to APE I’ve been treated exceptionally well and find the folks working there outstanding. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony and he’s extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells and his commitment to customer service is first class. He personally brought mowers to my home so I could experience how they would perform in my yard. Being retired I probably over think purchases and take a great deal of time considering expenditures. Every single time I find Anthony patient, thorough, and willing to answer all my questions. I’ve gone the big box stores where no one wants to help and after you seek help no one knows anything about the product. I could not be happier with the service I have received from the folks at Argo Power Equipment and urge anyone looking for yard equipment to spend a few minutes checking out the items they sell and service.

Did not get the service I was promised. I would not recommend. When I arrived to pick up chainsaw they didnt sharpen my old chain, as I was told, is a standard service. I was told they threw my old chain in scrap bin. These chains are custom made and not cheap. I wouldnt have a problem with price if you did what they said but are $$$ considering the service.

I bought a Cub Cadet Lawnmower, from Argo Power Equipment, approximately 2-1/2 Years ago. I started having problems with the PTO switch, a month and a half ago. So I called and then dropped my lawnmower off at Argo Power Equipment. It took two visits to find a very difficult problem, but they stayed with it, and it has been 2 months since the repair, and Im going strong. It rides like a brand new lawnmower.Thank you Argo Power Equipment.

Anthony, at Argo Power Equipment, was a pleasure to meet and make a deal with. He sold and delivered to me, a Cub Cadet XT2 46 cut with the fabricated deck.I have used it just once (April 2018) and it did great and made short work of the 4 acres I usually cut. The tractor is comfortable to ride and looks like it will be easy to service in the future.

We own a tree company and we just appreciate Argo Power Equipment being there when we need them. They have the knowledge and the inventory available when we need it. Their service is A+ and we consider them a friend as well as an asset to our business.

Every time I visit I get a wealth of education from these employees. I bet these guys know as much about science and physics as a professor.

The parts I needed were available and the gentleman in the service department put my chainsaw back into working condition while I waited. I could not have asked for nor received better service.

Went in there twice. No one spoke to me at all the first time. I went back 2 weeks later and was told someone would be right with me. I left an hour later and ordered my parts online.

I walked in with cash in my pocket shopping for a chain saw man behind counter ask if I needed anything I said looking for a saw he offered no more help even though I had questions apparently his phone was more important than a customer in store with money in the pocket..

No one came outside to assist me when looking at mowers. Bought a cub cadet from tractor supply instead as 2 people walked out there and let me start mowers and talked about features.

Unfriendly staff, two employees saw me at counter then turned and walked off!!! Not very professional!!

Brought my Briggs and Stratton pressure washer in and was told it would be at least 3 weeks before they could look at it.
