My husband has been a patient for some time. He has the Amaze hearing aids and is very pleased with them. Though he has experienced a few issues, they are always helpful and willing to do whatever is necessary to resolve the matter. The patient care coordinator in the office is very friendly and has an extremely pleasing and helpful attitude.

This place is terrific! The people here care about you and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your hearing aids .

I have had two “emergencies” with my Beltone hearing aids and even though I did not purchase my aids from this location, they were able to resolve both issues quickly and with a smile! Beltone aids are not cheap but they have changed my life and the service provided is amazing!

Ive been going to Belltone in Trussville for years. Had to have my hearing aids adjusted, cleaned and new tubes. Ive been informed that with the latest technology I may be able to switch to a much smaller hearing aid that will make my hearing better than before. Cant wait to see what happens on my next appointment. I highly recommend Belltone to anyone with a hearing disability. 🙂🦻

They have always taken good care of any needs in the past that I had with my hearing aids. However, when I was there 3 days ago and had my programs restored, I was disappointed because the little tail that was put on the receiver to keep it from constantly coming out of my ear canal broke off already.
