Very rude and unfriendly staff. Needed help printing documents, never acknowledged me once. Their printer was broken and only printing one page every 5 minutes. They looked at me as if I were dumb and didn’t offer any assistance. Customer service has to be terrible if I’m taking the time out of my day to write this review.

Would NOT recommend. Spent $45 on 2 day shipping only to have the address where it was being sent entered in wrong. I spent Over an hour making phone calls to customer service and the store of the city that received my package (because the Trussville store would not answer over a dozen times that I called) onlyto have the current shipping status changed to returning to sender 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered. It was time sensitive and so now it’s contents are no good. Drove to the store and explained the whole order and was asked what I wanted. I told them the very least I wanted the shipping refunded, which I got. I’m still out all the time involved, the package contents, and now I have to do it all over again shipping through somewhere else. I was told they are busy and don’t have time to answer the phone. So if you want your package delivered, go somewhere else. Oh and to top it off, they entered my name and address in wrong as well so it won’t be making it back to me either.

My experience with this store was pretty great, in and out in a minute or two to drop some things off. The staff greeted me and was polite for the interaction.

Man acted like I was bothering him when I walked in.The only UPS store I’ve dealt with that will not print a Shipping label for eBay products since it was usps.

The customer service in this store is nonexistent. I dropped off a package at their facility and it has completely vanished. Records show that it never left the building. When I called to ask about it I was told that I would have to get help from UPS...even though this is UPS. Kept being told youre not our customer which is nonsensical. Just pick another location if you need actual help.

I rented 2 books from amazon for my classes. I took both books, printed off both return labels at the ups store and gave them to the boy at the counter. A month later i get a charge and an email from amazon saying my book was not in the package that was sent. When i called ups all he would was call amazon, call amazon, call amazon. Even tho i called amazon and they gave me a refund and cancelled the book from my list, im still not understand how my book was not received when it was the only item in the box. Did they send an empty box? Where is the book? To many unanswered questions.

I rented a mailbox here today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cost was also much more reasonable than I thought it would be. The store, products and services are quite nice. Im sure Ill be going back for more than just getting my mail.

I had an extremely important documents I needed to send overnight from Moody Alabama to Vista California. I paid $44.14 to overnight this package. Yes I signed a paper but didn’t really read it. The clerk did not explain anything to me he acted like there was no problem and that it would get there the next day. What I didn’t know was he sent it through the US Postal Service and that there was no guarantee it would get there the next day. I sent it February 19 thinking it would get there February 20. I did not get there till Saturday the 22nd. And I’m tall too bad so sad by UPS. Those UPS stores are independent and can send an use any carrier service they want. I will never used UPS in Trussville Alabama

I was walking up to send out a package and the employee working saw me walking up and locked the door and didn’t make eye contact. He just locked the door and walked away. I understand they close at 3 ( which I didn’t know until I got there) however that’s was exceptionally rude and inconsiderate.

Have had to send back several orders and each time I go to the UPS store here in Trussville Alabama I am greeted with nothing but wonderful customer service and they are always eager to help me. My husband for his company and must utilize several things at the UPS Store offers he is very pleased let the customer service team receives

Not Senior Citizen friendly. Person on the left of Counter not helpful. We all have options and Argo Pharmacy will be my option for UPS drop offs from now on.

Theyre fine if you just need to is drop off a package. Beyond that they are unreliable. Mistakes on their end are met with a shrug and a What do you want me to do about it? Do not bother asking who you can call to address the problem—they dont know.

Weve had a business mailbox there for 4 years. Very good service and friendly. Always willing to help.

I paid for professional packaging of a framed picture. They placed my item in a box half filled with only peanuts, so my picture was destroyed. After 2 weeks they provided only a partial refund to make up for their mistake. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!! They have no idea what they are doing!

Always reliable, always competent. Have had to ship expensive, fragile items and these guys have never disappointed.
