My sister had a blowout just outside of T or C, driving from Las Cruces to ABQ for Maroon 5 concert. Sierra Towing was called to assist her with changing tire. It took awhile for driver to arrive, but ST wasnt really to blame. It was in part AAA who failed to log sisters initial call. Anyway, when I contacted ST office the gentleman on duty sent someone to help quickly, and was very apologetic at the time it took to receive the call, but assured driver was on his way and would arrive in 20-30min. Also, sister said the driver on call was very kind and also apologetic and welcomely helpful and empathetic to the situation. We were very happy and satisfied with the 2 employees working this night, who ensured my sisters safety and were extremely helpful and professional! Thank you Sierra Towing!

Me and my husband came to T or C from Albuquerque on a Mini vacation to celebrate his birthday unfortunately we were the victims of road rage before leaving Albuquerque and our back windshield got shot out so we drove all the way from Albuquerque to T or C with a busted windshield, these nice people husband and wife Im not sure own the company or work there were not able to replace the windshield But did put plastic on it for us and we are very grateful for their hospitality and for what they did for us we thank them from the bottom of our heart for being so kind

From Dave, the nicest gentleman who rescued me from I-25 and took me all over town in his tow truck trying to find someone who could help me on a Sat in Tor C, waited for me to check into a hotel, called every mechanic he knew, and secretly stuffed my tip back in my purse, to Adrian who suffered my slings and arrows (and dirty looks) and hovering over him and his men, who tried every trick they knew over several days and engine parts until it became hopele$$ and we called the time of death...this is a great team of guys. Good mechanics. Hard-working. Caring. I highly recommend them. Very busy for a reason. Best in town. Adrian is a great guy. Trust him completely.

11/2 hours to arrive and then over two and a half hours to pull my vehicle out. The truck was in poor maintenance and his tow cable broke and then he could not lift the bed of his truck because the bracket on the bed broke. It was 4 hours from the time of my phone call when the driver brought me a bill for $180. I called the owner and asked for amir $25 discount for having to wait so long for them to complete their services and he was very very rude to me! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

The high prices arent deserving of the service, leaving much to be desired. They staff towed my Grannys car, tore off the an alternatorbumper in the process, then gouged her until it cost more to fix an alternator than the car cost...

Got stuck next to the river, female answered and gave the phone to her husband. The gentleman stated andI quote I am not gonna go help someone from El Paso when they should be at home in quarantine. Also before we told him where we were from he was gonna charge 200.00
