Roy was awesome to work with. Was looking for a new phone and service. He set me up with an S10 and a service that gave me more than I was getting with my old service (AT&T) for less money! He transferred everything from my old phone to the new one and had me up and running in a very short time. Thanks again Roy for the great service!

The store only had a small variety of phones on hand. I was sold a Galaxy 10..sales guy didnt even recommend a new car charger..as my old note 5 charger no longer works for Galaxy 10, The sales guy was minimally accommodating to make the sale..pretty much a lack luster team for a. Customer who is buying the top of the line phone..sales guy didnt even thank me for my purchase ..really !!!??.

The people there have been extremely helpful every time I go in, and its been more than once. Great learning experience is very productive and helpful. I also went to one class about my apple and was very helpful. They have always been able to help me when I ask and they also help me with my updates on my phone. Special thanks to Justin and Tanna!

Selena and Roy were very helpful in assisting us in finding and returning a lost phone. Honestly, some of the best cust service in T or C or anywhere for that matter. Before it was found, they took time to explore options for finding and/or replacement in a informative helpful manner. Once it was found, Selena notified me and they both assisted in making the return as we were in another state at the time. With their great attitudes and help, they made losing a phone a good experience, or as good as losing a phone can be. Thanks you two, I will go no where else when a wireless type of service is needed again. Glad to see that cust service like this still exists as Im a bit old school in that respect.
