Ive gotten a flu shot here and a shingles vaccine. The lady giving the shots is very kind and gentle. Shes not in a rush. She takes the time to let your arm relax so the shot doesnt hurt.

Making sure ..wether can handle what the doctor is prescribing..like being allergic .always on top..by calling and checking the patient..as in First Priority before filing any type of script .
