Without question this is the cleanest and most professional hardware store Ive ever visited anywhere.At any given time I counted three separate employees working the shelves and being available to answer any questions you might have.Plenty of parking, friendly staff, well stocked store.. what else could you ask for?

This place has very helpful employees all you have to do is ask!! If they dont know theyll ask the other employee who might know. 💪 Bad thing is that closed on Sundays when youre supposed to do repairs on your house????

Way over priced And not well stocked for RVs, But Service was good.

Were polite and Tried their best to help me...but orders only go in to warehouse Fridays apparently... its Monday... take over a week to get here..... wont need it anymore by then..

Its a little expensive but they have us over a barrel. We live in a small town. So they charge what ever they want. We get it. Staff friendliness is lacking.

Extremely overpriced, and their return policy is unsatisfactory (10 days only with receipt. You dont have your receipt, they will not allow you to return.)I have completed numerous projects. No matter how diligently I plan, I always have items I didnt need or were the wrong model, etc...Staff is either happy to help, but extremely inexperienced or rude and dismissive.I shop elsewhere now.

Well organized store, employees were helpful and I got everything I needed.

Right now in height of pandemic late December 2020. Two employees not wearing masks in store front doors closed. They are talking loudly right next to check out line near costumers. Meanwhile signs all around say Masks Mandatory . They should not put peoples lives at risk. This is not the first time Ive seen employees without masks in this store

These folks have a wide selection for a small store. Whats more is they know where things are and will always help! Great customer service!

Excellent customer service. They have what you need..... THOUGHT they had what I needed. Turns out the part I bought was cheap and defective; when I took it back to buy an upgrade in quality...nope, cant take that defective part back because we cant resell it. Hmmmm.

Friendly staff. They did not have the key blank we needed for the trailer pin lock but everything else was great.

Seems staff and checkout folks are really friendly and helpful at times. Perhaps when management around. Other times you are on your own. Confusing when the person that was great the last time you were there couldnt be bothered. Pretty hot out right now tho, understandable if people are grouchy I guess. I know I can get that way.

I called and the employee by the name of Sam was rude, I asked about getting a price on a water heater, he told me they dont open till 8 in a rude manner when I looked up the number to call says they open at 730am, I called 745am, I was just asking for a price, so I will just shop at foxworth and give them my business thank you sun valley for being a jerk.

All depends on what youre shopping for in this store. I recommend calling them first to save a trip in case they dont have what you want! Be wary of buying custom mixed paints here though. They whacked out on the second cans twice on me. And had the exact recipe in hand to follow!

I am a winter visitor to the area and have had several occasions to visit this True Value location. I have always encountered friendly, helpful service. I am not a professional repair man or handy man, so I usually have need of advice on some level. I am always treated with respect.

Well the Lakeside True Value Hardware was a decent place and these people actually treated me with respect and I even Bartered with the price because I thought the price of certain items were too high and they allowed me to pay a lower price this is not what usually happens in business but these people at Lakeside True Value Hardware treated me right and I definitely would recommend them to everyone so definitely if you were in the area and needed some screws bolts nuts pipe paint etc etc etc then you could definitely find what you need at the lakeside True Value Hardware

Clerk at hardware store helped me put together a short chain leash fir my new puppy, one she cannot chew through! Thanx for your help. ..... :-)

This place has a huge selection of tools and hardware. Just about anything you need, even some specialty parts, are available. The prices arent always the lowest youll find but they are usually competitively priced so you dont feel like youve been taken advantage of when you leave.
