Lots of cool rocks, including flat, paver-type stones. Ive also bought soil and mulch, and I didnt have to buy huge quantities. Easy to walk around, pick out what you want, and pay for it.

Great place for landscape supplies and rocks . They have good supply of columns and big boulders and barkdust, sand soil ! They got it all . Even a cool guy that carved address rocks and boulders for citys and housing development s !

Ordered screened topsoil from them for a yard project. Calculated that we needed 1 unit of soil. The quality of the soil was perfect. They delivered right on time. Best fill dirt Ive ever seen. Will order from them again for future yard projects.

We found a couple places to order rock & bark dust from but Tualatin Valley Landscape Center had the best customer service, competitive pricing, and great lead time on delivery. My husband called at 4:55pm and they closed at 5 but the rep took extra time to answer our questions, go through some options on rock we wanted to purchase, and place our order all with a pleasant attitude. Our delivery driver was exceptional, our youngest was home at the time and afraid of the truck, he helped let us know when loud sounds would happen and even gave her a little honk of the horn which she loved. Highly recommend this place foe your landscaping needs and they will definitely be our go to each spring from now on.

I have been here four times in the last 3 months. These guys are patient, extremely helpful and they go above and beyond. Delivery of a split truck load was earlier than expected which was awesome. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for rock and bark. They are the best. Reasonably priced!

Terrible service and delivery time

Got a bolder from them. The guys running around are so wonderful and helpful!. The office people not so much. We had them drill holes in our bolder and instead of the office people calling us to tell us it was ready, we had to keep calling them and ask. Ended up getting it late due to that. Not very good customer service in the office, so bewareThanks for the hard work and in the heat though to the guys doing the running around outside. You are the real MVP!

Selection seems a bit low right now but they had a few pieces of walkway stone that we liked. Checkout was fast and easy.

This place is great place. Good prices,good quality and efficient. It is actually what it is trying to be. I am not a contractor but I do a inch of home projects. You have to get stuff yourself and they dont go outside to help you. But when I have questions they help answer them. Not a typical experience of customer service but I think it is actually really good, probably keeps there coat down which keeps my cost down. Also alot of older gentleman in there so I get they are also a little more on edge with Covid where they were more hands on with me before covid and less now. But if you have an idea of what you want and are okay with picking up stuff yourself exclude yards of stuff ie the fill load your truck up. Way smaller but more personal feel and engagement but more expensive I highly recommend American Landscape Supply on Hillsboro.

My contractor sent me over to Valley Landscape to look at a specific paver. We are ordering 650 sq feet of pavers. The person at the front desk was rude, not helpful, and was very short. When I followed up with a question about viewing the paver, his responses was outside. I asked were he said, outside. I asked were outside his response was, on the pallets outsides. I asked, if he would show the location and some me some other options for for the style we are looking for the project. He said, no.....so I left.

New home owners, and I dont really understand what Im doing. These guys made it EASY. Talked me through the order, even made an exception and delivered beyond their normal boundaries all for reasonably cheap.My mistake was not listening to them, should have ordered a little more for depth. Coverage of my mulch was good, but not as thick as Id like. Thats on me. Great service, delivered on time. Highly recommend.

They are so great here. Ive been at the Tualatin location nearly every day for the past week picking up rock for our drainage system. They were extremely helpful - showing me exactly what I need - and are always quick to serve. Next up several loads of bark and topsoil. They have a customer for life!

They advised me to buy the blended topsoil for my raised garden boxes. Nothing has grown, except a few mushrooms. I have tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, spinach and broccoli with no luck whatsoever. I am using bagged soil from Home Depot in pots right next to the beds and they are going crazy. Do not purchase this soil for gardening.

Worth the trip out. Large variety. Fair priced. Quick service.

Great place to get natural paving stones for your yard, also had a large supply of other rocks, dirt, and stone formations.

I was at the Clackamas location today looking at rock for walls in my garden. Not only did they have just the right rock, black basalt, that isnt carried by everyone, but they also had the perfect center piece rock. I found it after asking Aaron to move around several, 1/2 ton or so boulders, trying to find just the right rock. He never hesitated to move a boulder around to a spot where I could get a good look at it. He offered me great customer service assisting with ideas and options on how to deliver the goods and deal with around 2 tons of rock. He was great to work with. And not only that, the prices for rock and delivery were very good in my opinion having checked around at other stone centers. Valley Landscape will be my place to go for rock, soil, compost etc.

Great pricing and good selection, service is lacking, at least if you are the general public. Went two weekends in a row and asked if they could place an order for me for stones. Each weekend they said they forgot but would do it. Called again on week three, still nothing. Now project is delayed.

Selection and availability of material is great. Very, very convenient they are open on weekends.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Valley Landscape Center. The staff has always been helpful and know exactly what I have needed. From garden box soil, barkdust, river rock and pavers - I have never been disappointed. I have always gotten helpful tips on how to save money and suggestions on other products that might fit my needs better. If you know the square footage of the area that you are looking to work in, they are great and telling you how much is needed. I have never had way to much or way to little product to finish the job.

I am so happy we found this place! Well, we always knew it was there but we had never stopped in to see what they had to offer. My husband and I decided to tackle a couple beds in front of our house. We had previously filled them with barkdust but over the years they had accumulated lots of weeds and the barkdust never looks as good as when it is new. So, we decided to take all that out and put in rock instead. At first we thought we wanted red rock but once we looked at the selections at Valley Landscape, we ended up choosing the black and white crushed granite. They loaded it into our pickup with ease. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they sell. We didnt look at everything they have, but I could see they have a great selection of barkdust and rock (everything from small rocks to large boulders with lots of colors and shapes to choose from). I would highly recommend going here for your garden needs and we will most certainly be back in the future!
