Great, friendly staff always helps with whatever is needed and they often go above and beyond expectations to make sure that you are fully set up and ready to use your device(s) when and where you want.
Been a long time customer with T-Mobile and never had problems. Just dropped by in preparation for my next upgrade.
JaCoby (I really hope I spelled that right) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my phone working again after a SIM card issue (Sprint’s fault not TMobile). I highly recommend the customer service at this store.Thank you!
Sean was a huge help adding a new phone on our plan. It was super quick and easy. He even laughed at my jokes so he got 5 stars for that lol. Glad sprint changed over to them because I feel like I had better service with them. Thanks guys!
Worst Customer care at this store, granted their were 2 employees working and I unfortunately had the dis pleaser of getting NOT HELPED by the kid working there. Im sure the other kid was great but he didnt talk to me. All I wanted was to get signed up for some service and get a new phone but this employee wasnt having any part of it. It was very strange, I thought they worked there to sign customers up for service and phones but this guy just wanted to be off work on time..... Really disappointing

After run arounds with other phone companies to try and replace my husbands broken phone, I was so glad I finally found a great company to go with for phone service. The service was standout here and the best I have received from any shopping experience in the last 2 years. Hands down the best customer service I have had with T-Mobile is at this location. Gabriel and Isaac were both very helpful in setting up several lines and I felt very well taken care of. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very helpful. I will be recommending this location to everyone I the future.
My phone went crazy after we were on a cruise. I stopped into the T- mobile store and Gabe spent an hour with me going through everything to make sure my phone was backed up and was able to restore it all. He was friendly, fun and tons of help! Thanks for the great service! Theres a reason weve been chambers for over 15 years and will always stay loyal!
I usually have excellent service here, but on Presidents Day I experienced horrible customer service. They were going to charge $20/phone the to activate for a new account and they werent even going to help get the Gmail going which was what I needed help doing. All 3 guys had their noses buried in their phones.
Gabriel is awesome!!! He helped me upgrade both my phone and plan. He was incredibly accurate with the cost and changes, and he saved me money. He was so helpful and patient, answered all my questions, and I left happy and with exactly what I wanted. Terrific experience.

Fantastic customer service. I don’t know who the previous folks with bad reviews interacted with but Kelly and the rest of the staff were wonderful in transferring our service. Could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend.

They are wonderful!!! Brent & Kelly helped me add a phone to my account. My 78 year old mother was driving from Tualatin to Roseburg & became lost while driving. Under normal conditions its a 3 hour trip & it was normal conditions, it took her over 7 hours to get home. I told Brent & Kelly this story & they introduced me to a technology where I can receive real time info on the location of her vehicle. I am overjoyed having this ability & I am so grateful to them for telling me about it & setting me up with it. Ive always had a good experience at the Tualatin T-Mobile store & I feel so fortunate they were there to help me. Keep up the GREAT work. Customer for life!

I came in with 3 phones on which I wanted to swap sim cards. Because they were different phones, this involved far more time and expertise than Id imagined. Thankfully, Rachel was able to quickly and efficiently get this done. Our phones are working great.Thank you Rachel

Got my Galaxy s7 there a few weeks ago and put my mother on my account with a new number. The staff was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Parking can get a little crowded.
Friendly staff. Unlike some locations not super pushy with the upset. I mean sure they mention it but its nothing out of the ordinary. Clean, well kept and a friendly staff.
Waited for this location, closest to home, to open at posted time, 10am on website, only to find a sign in the window saying we now open at 11! You can fix phones but not websites??? Will never go to this location again!

I was in there yesterday 5/7 and the blonde lady is an absolute or person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I’ve never had such bad customer service this lady was obviously having a bad day taking it out on customers

Mostly empty store with 1 employee, had to wait about 20 minutes. Then when we asked to have our phone number ported the employee said it would happen automagically but at a later point between 1-2 days. When it never happened I called and was told that they cant pull up accounts over the phone store policy. Sounded extremely like BS that he didnt want to deal with this and was telling me to call 611. Guy was curt, a jerk and not helpful. If this is how T-mobile treats their customers I iwll quickly be taking my biz elsewhere.
Excellent customer service and willingness to take their time showing different devices and talking about options. Not nearly as crowded as the Clackamas t-mobile stores either.

I was in the store for 20 mins and no one even acknowledged me. 3 people walked in after I did and were helped before me. Ive never felt so disrespected. I almost walked out with out saying anything but I happened to be walking by an associate and asked if there was anyone else who had the IPhone 7 plus in Stock and he barely wanted to answer me and uninterested in my business said nope good luck wow thanks Tmobile for letting me know Im no longer valued as a customer. I went immediately to Att and purchased an IPhone 7 plus and an Ipad mini. The sales associates were amazing and will have my business from now on.Sincerely,A former 13 year tmobile customer
Went in with a phone issue. They where knowledgeable and fixed the issue within a few minutes.
Unhelpful, rude staff. Came in with a simple problem, got condescending remarks instead of answers. Better yet, all I had to do to get my issue solved was go to the other T-Mobile store, about ten minutes up the same street. Avoid this branch if possible.
Wait time on Saturday was longer then hoped for. Also the specific phone I wanted to demo was dead.

Been going there for my phone needs for years. Every once in awhile there is a grumpy employee, but overall a great experience.
Treated my friend poorly, lied to make a sale outing her $150. Then had to purchase new phone and plan and she wasnt happy.
Went to buy a phone and then when I tried to pay for it w cash was told they wouldnt accept cash as payment!
