Ive always loved New Seasons stores for their fresh, gorgeous produce with lots of organic and local options. Yesterday, Shaina went way above and beyond and put together a box of produce trim for me to share with my rabbit and chickens. Many happy critters at our house!

They have the best produce around. The staff are really knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Their meat selection and quality is better than anywhere else, except maybe from a small, neighborhood butcher. We travel about 45 minutes one way, to shop there for special items.

I like New Seasons for their farmers market fresh fruits and other products that are not available in other supermarket isles.I specifically go to New Seasons to buy Brown Cow full cream yogurt, and New Seasons Rum Mousse and toaster friendly size Indian Naan and few other things.New Seasons staff are always very helpful immaterial of the location. They would stop what they are doing and personally take you to the isle/location of what you are looking for. They are very pleasant and always willing to help.New Seasons prices are a way bit spendy yet the quality of items and the service you get there supplement the high price.As I prefer to go into a store to buy certain foods, this is where I find it.

Lovely store. Individual Marionberry pie was more crust than filling.. Pastry was craggy and not flaky.. wont buy again but will be back for other favorites.. great prices and wide selection of toilet paper and other paper goods

I love new seasons, any of them really. Great selections in vegan food & produce, drinks. But I think the one thing that made feel appreciative as a customer or just as a woman going to new seasons is their ladies room. I know, I know this sounds odd for some of you, but when I went to the restroom I stopped in my tracks in what I saw. They have a little counter for us with tissue boxes, extra toliet paper but they had tampons out in a basket for us. I am a former Safeway employee of 5 years as a Bookkeeping/customer service manager & Ive worked at 4 different locations. NEVER have I ever seen that in the restrooms. I felt spoiled from New Seasons besides from their great shopping selections but even to the restrooms! Like I took a photo just to share with other friends of mine & they were jealous or floored about it.

New Seasons takes the ideal of being your friendly neighborhood grocery store very seriously. Everyone is super friendly, and they source locally as much as possible which is great. Imagine a Whole Foods but affordable and not owned by Lex Luthor.

Great store, products, and service. However, the quality and cost have grown to a point where I look at other stores to buy costs with better pricing. Specifically Trader Joe’s!

Staff deserve 5 stars and the only hold out is the inventory and options. Parking is often a challenge one does not handle well while hungry. Room for improvement.

Staff are friendly. When buying their salads though, always check if they are fresh. I went in the other day in a rush and didnt check, ended up with a very old and disgusting salad.

This was a great store with everything you need. Expansive deli and to go food items. Excellent wine and beer selection. Service was friendly and fast. Store was clean throughout. Prices are a little high but as expected.

I adore new seasons. the staff is awesome and always super friendly. I love the wok bar, miss the salad bar! sandwiches look super yummy too. and the bakery? dont even ask! superb all around. I love the guys at the butcher/meat counter too.

Very unreasonable and overreaching on their face mask policy. My daughter can only wear a face shield. The door clerk wouldn’t let us in to shop because my daughter was wearing a face shield. My wife, other daughter and I were all wearing proper face masks that cover our nose and mouths. I have read the OSHA & CDC requirements. I explained to the clerk that my daughter can’t wear one. She informed me of New Seasons mask policy. I asked to speak to a Manager to discuss this policy. The Manager came down to the front door area to have a conversation with me. I expressed my concerns to the Manager about why my daughter can’t wear a mask but the face shield that covers her nose and mouth meets OR, Fed, OSHA, CDC and so on requirements. The Manager informed me that New Seasons has a mask policy and all customers must wear them and no medical exemptions are allowed. The Manager was done right cold and blunt about it. I couldn’t believe this. I am a well-informed Vegan that use to spend a lot of money at New Seasons but not no more. My family and I went to Whole Foods and waved at the door clerk as we walked by without being harassed.

I usually shop at a more budget-friendly grocery store, but I shop here sometimes as a treat. However, after today I dont think Ill come back. Today the cashier checking me out felt the need to comment on every item I was buying, but then at the end of the transaction when I said thank you, she couldnt find the words to say anything back to me. It feels odd to say thank you to a cashier, and have them stare at you without responding. Why should I even put in the effort of saying thank you, if they are not going to extend the same courtesy towards me? The cashier listed on my receipt was 0PS 2.Something just doesnt feel right when Im not even the one working there, but Im putting in more of the customer service effort then the cashier is? No thanks.

Tried to buy something that said it was 7.99 a lb, and the lady charged me 7.99 each. I even pointed out the mistake she made because I had taken a picture (as there were no pens to write down the sku). What the hell, isnt that illegal?

Good options for most of the products you find at large grocery stores. Produce and seafood sections are limited.

Its like Fred Meyer and Whole Foods had a baby, and it had all of the best qualaities of both. They have a small business customer service feel. Highly recommended.

Kaori at the butcher section can use a better attitude. Same instruction given to literally anyone else is pleasantly done. She always gives some sort of a complaint before doing it reluctantly.

Awesome employees, patrons tend to be a little snobby in my opinion. The products are a bit spendy but for the quality you get its well worth it. The store is well maintained and easily accessible

We have moved to McMinnville. Anytime we travel to the Portland area, we incorporate into the trip a stop at New Seasons. Beautiful and spacious stores with fresh and organic foods. Also, the most friendly staff. So when are you bringing one of your amazing stores to the Newberg McMinnville area? This is the only regret we have moving out here.

Always a great store to go to! Ive been consistently going for 3-4 years and the service is always magnifique. The deli and bakery staff are always nice and the cashiers are awesome people. The one most bought item for me from there is probably the fever tree ginger ale. I have definitely spent around $500+ on ginger ale alone. 😂 otherwise, great place!

This new seasons is within walking distance of our home. We come here all the time. So glad it opens. Great selections and the staff is amazing!

Lots of variety, friendly and helpful service. Prices on the higher side but looked to be good quality.

I like the items the store carries. Some of the prices are outrageous but I only get a few items here and not whole weeks worth of food. Staff is really hit and miss. Ive been here and had 5 star service.Other times Ill a get a judgy clerk who decides to tell me about CO2 emissions and how Im harming the earth by buying beef. Its totally cool that your vegan or pescatarian or ketonian...just be respectful of other peoples food choices.

I usually go to store in LO but I needed a quick lunch. Couldnt find the preboxed whole grain salad I enjoy so picked up a turkey and havarti cheese sandwich. The meat and cheese was good but the whole sandwich was dry. In reading the ingredients there was suppose to be mayo and dijon mustard but I didnt taste any if that. Looked in container again to see if there were packets so you could add your own--nothing. Disappointed.

Their website is a white hot mess! I went into the store to to order prime rib and was told to do it online. I cant order it because it keeps recycling me back to log in. 😡

Unique selections.

Very clean. Masks worn by all. Deli food is delightful. It is more expensive, but the quality is excellent.

They provide many options of foods and other goods. The aisles were easy to navigate.

Ill just say one of the best!

My favorite store of all times. Especially this time of year (June) with all the amazingly wonderful produce. Their produce is a good price for what you get. Their produce is always stocked, beautiful and delicious. You can get a discount if you buy a case of something in the produce department. The staff are super friendly and helpful.Thank you guys for working so hard. 😇❤️

Really good supermarket as far as choices go, love that they have a good variety of fresh produce.

Friendly staff. Some good ready-to-go frij meals made on site. Good products & some are local. Often I notice new products, fun to try, like a coconut milk based coffee, chocolate, or vanilla drink. A few things are a lil spendy, so I wait for sales.

I really enjoy shopping at New Seasons Market in Tualatin. There is a great selection of products, cleanliness at the store, and your staff is exceptional. I am also impressed by the precautions your store has taken during the COVID-19 virus. Thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication.

Better organized for shoppers.

Their sales & Managers specials are not entered in the computer system accurately all the time. At checkout you get charged full price, pay attention people. Once brought to their attention they issued a refund promptly.

This is an excellent alternative grocery store. Better than Whole Foods by a long shot. They have great selections for gluten free, dairy free, or vegan, as well as a great meat selection. And they have local desserts too, such as Petunias. Also, they have a great tchotchke section (cards, seasonal toys, etc), wonderful body works selection, and supplements. I shopped a Whole Foods recently, and they just did not have the selection of New Seasons. Needless to say, New Seasons is my go-to for great quality, great selection, and excellent customer service. And excellent coffee!

The employees deserve the five stars for their friendly customer service.However.... Thank Jebus I was wearing my mask to filter the pretentiousness oozing from the pores, and other orifices of the customers there. Paying double for groceries doesnt make you better than everyone else.

This is my all-time favorite New Seasons, I enjoy all of them but this store has a special place in my heart. All of the people working in this store are so knowledgible, kind and fun to speak with. I have gotten to the place that some of them that I now know better I will look for when I am in the store because we have fostered friendships built on exceptional products and customer service!!!

The best place to get fresh ginger and tumeri root.

Customer service in the meat department is non existent. Waiting for help with 0 line and 3 workers is unacceptable. The guy just threw my meat on the counter with no words and didnt ask if I needed anything else. Ill be going to basics for my meat from now on.

I really enjoy the employees at this store. I know quite a lot of them by name, and theyve always been so friendly and accommodating. Ive made a number of orders with the floral department, and Maria (the floral manager) has always been a gem to work with. I love the creations she comes up with, and the flowers are always top quality. I trust her on many levels, especially when it comes to flower substitutions (because Im not a flower expert). Maria, Nancie, Al, Deborah, Justin - theyre all great, and Ill continue to shop and order my flowers through New Seasons.
