The Fred Meyer needs a new partnership with a more advanced optical company. Vista is behind the times in high index lenses however the cost is advanced. The employees appear to not be Opticians but perhaps trained but not advanced certified; however the cost is advanced and more then any pair of glasses I have ever purchased.
