This is a great Shell station that is usually quick to fuel up, and has most everything you could need inside, from snacks and drinks to spare oil. They even have a car wash and 24 hour service, great for if you’re out late or up early and are running low on gas.The greatest downside is the limited access to the gas station from the street. The only space to pull in is from eastbound on Nyberg Street. If you’re headed west on Nyberg, you have to turn at the light and drive through the Lay Z Boy parking lot in order to fuel up, which is a major inconvenience.

Amazing gas attendant. She is super fast and very friendly. Five stars to her!!!

Isaac pumped my gas today and was probably the rudest employee I’ve ever come into contact with. I usually chat with the gals who are here early weekend mornings but made the mistake of coming on a weekday when staff were all super rude. I will choose another gas station in the future even though this one is closest to me! :(

Thank you for keeping your restrooms open during the pandemic for those of us who don’t have one. A lot of stores around here won’t even allow paying customers to use the restroom. Thank you very much. Your restrooms are very clean as well. Two thumbs up. Unlike the selfish guy next door at the lazy boy shop who won’t even allow people to drive through his parking lot like a selfish Scrooge.

Worst customer service ever !

If I could give a zero, I would. Rudest gas attendant I have ever encountered. Last time I checked, good customer service doesnt involve yelling obscenities at a customer for asking a question. Just take the extra five seconds and hit the next station down the road, they were very polite.

Trevor at the shell in Tualatin will disregard the American Disability Act and deny service to people with medical exemptions for masks. Horrendous customer service and should be removed immediately.

Waited over 5 minutes to have my fuel pump unhooked and the gas attendant blatantly ignored me. I had to flag him down and he called me impatient and started yelling at me!! He said I could unhook it himself but I didn’t know that, I thought it was illegal to touch the pumps for any reason. I don’t know what I did to this guy but he has some anger problems and I’m not a jerk for this, time is money and I have other things to do.

I start this review out at 1 start because thats the lowest i can rate to write a review. Lets start off by i understand with the pandemic happening and the laws of wearing a mask. i understand. But i like many other people cannot wear a mask and there are places who accomedate per law and i thank you for that. So to begin i had shopped here earlier in the day and was aloud in without any issues because he store was empty. longest story short i was verbally attacked for (his claims refusal to wear a mask) when i clearly stated i could not and i would wait for the store to be empty of all other customers. i was continusly attacked stating i was no better than anyone else and that it wasnt fair for other people to have to wait on me in the hot blistering sun to finish shopping ( it was 8pm by the way). And when i couldnt take his verbal attacks any longer with only 1 customer being checked out at the register i hurried, ran in got my stuff to hurry and check out (with no one else having issues with me not wearing a mask) the worker followed me in and came at me again infront of his coworker and another customer who clearly didnt have an issue with me running in to grab a soda. I really wanted to get out of there i have never had this happen to me. it was so violating as though i had commitetted a crime and then to top it off the worker decided to call the cops on me(no cops showed up) but this was just the worste expierence i have ever had. from a gas attendant (yes i said gas attendant) i didnt even park at the pumps i parked infront of the store and this worker decided to take apon himself to walk away from other customers to have this incident turn into what it did. I need to express that not all jacksons workers at this establishment are bad there are actually a few good ones.( the cashier involved in the incident kept a cool head and tried to de esculate the hostile behavior of his coworker). just be careful

They are friendly, prices are okay, I go mostly for the little convenient store. They have good deals on beverages. Usually not too crowded, but when it is the wait isnt bad.

The two girls they have working here are so sweet.Theyve always had the nicest customer service, which I’ve never really gotten from someone pumping gas. I think the girls name is Azusa? I’m not sure

Nice convenient gas station just off the highway. It has diesel which I require for my car. The place was really busy when I pulled in but there was ample space to move around and get in line and wait for your spot.I parked my car on the wrong side and the attendant told me without attitude and was very nice about it.As usual not much to say about gas stations. Nice one to stop at.

Slowest service Ive ever received at a gas pump, clerks inside were too distracted with each other to do their job and sell me beverages, gas attendant was unnecessarily curt. Easily the second worst experience Ive had at a gas station.

They had the gas I was looking for. I traveled over 60 miles before pulling up to the pump at this location. Man was I excited to see that they sold gas and not Shells like thename suggests. It was a big relief as I dont know how I would get the shell in my gas tank. Not even sure my car can run on them if I did find a way to get them in the tank. Anyway, if you have been avoiding this place because you thought it sold Shells, I can help ease your mind by saying they actually sell gas. Yippy.

Me and my husband on short time stoped by to ged gas, he went inside to prepay... When he came out pump was inserted in the car not pomping gas and gas personal was very bussy, my husband press on the gun to pump fuel... Gas personal said dont Pump your own gas and my husband sed we ser on hurry, and gas personal Replay then I will stop the pump and you can go somewhere else to get gas He stop the pump and Made us get the money inside. There is people working There that dont like the job!

The person who is working today 11-11-2019 did not want to give me gas, the reason he gave me was very stupid, he told me that he did not have any help to sell gas and attend the store and with a bad attitude it is terrible service
