They have an out of state call center. In my experience if you call them a second time to add something to an earlier request for quote then they cant find your original request for a quote.Then you have to wait for a sales team (in a different place) to put a quote together. Then they ask you the same questions that you already told the first two people.When you reply they will tell you they are out for the day.Two days pass without anything happening. Im trying to get a temporary fence before the weekend. This isnt custom machine ordering...its a light fence so my dog doesnt hump the neighbors dog while we put up a new fence.
I have been trying to get a refund for over three weeks now for a porta-potty we returned within our contract time but they continued to charge another month for. I keep getting excuses that their credit department is behind. No one can tell me when I will get my $225.96 back. They didn’t waste any time pulling the money from my credit card. At this point it is theft of funds. We fulfilled our end of a contract. We rented the porta-potty, returned it before the end of the contract date. We would like our money now! It has been verified that we returned it on time and in the same condition to the Tualatin, OR location. The credit has been approved. Someone needs to process it and make us whole.
We have had a porta potty sitting outside our house for over a week. We have called to have it picked up numerous times and they keep saying they have us scheduled for the next day. It is still here smelling up the street. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen.
