I picked out and paid for a bedroom set. Two weeks later it was delivered, a day late, and was missing one nightstand. I called Tina, the owner of Jackson Lewis Furniture, and asked her what happened as she had failed to mention the missing piece when she called earlier to let me know the van was on its way. She couldnt tell me when I could expect the missing piece. I waited three more weeks and heard nothing further from Tina. I went to the store and confronted her. She still could not give me a delivery date. I asked her to give me the floor model and she replied she had sold that to someone else! I waited an additional three weeks and heard nothing from Tina. I had her served with papers from small claims court and a few days later my nightstand miraculously appeared. So now Im out an additional fifty bucks in filing fees and certified mail costs just to get something Id already paid for. Its my opinion that if you do business with Tina, at Jackson Lewis Furniture, you do so at your own peril.........I never used foul language in your store. Thats a lie.

Very bad place do do business, I pay for furniture and that was it, no call from them and no furniture for three months, than I start calling them to find out where the furniture is, or to get money back, and every time I called them there was different story. And wanted I to get my money back at least and they kept telling me about their return and cancellation policy. So it took me a long time to get my money back. So in my opinion pay more and don’t have a headache.
