Thomas was very helpful in explaining how their arch support system works. It was nice to have my questions answered. I felt no pressure to buy their product but am so glad I did. I am already noticing less knee and ankle pain since starting to use these arch supports.

Great customer service. They are pricey (knew that going in). My feet hurt and swelled so bad, I couldn’t walk very far. The doctors did surgery and couldn’t come up with anything. The Good Feet store was literally my last hope. I am now able to walk with no problems. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

I was having so much foot pain that it was getting very hard to do much of anything. Doctors really did nothing but a friend nagged me until I went to the good feet store. After getting my new arch supports, I felt better almost immediately and within a couple of days I am able to do most things. And do most things pain-free! Thomas was the man! His professionalism and speed definitely makes me want to come back for future needs. He first asked me what I was in for, grabbed some feet measurements, and he had my supports ready ASAP. I spent more time waiting for my girlfriend to finish up at Home Goods than the entirety of the Good Feet process. Thomas offered me water, we cracked some jokes, and he provided a high-level experience.

My experience was great, good info and great customer service.I felt the actual product was not really custom made for each persons individual foot, seemed to be a lot of money for basically 6 pieces of plastic and basic pads.I will not be investing in them as I feel like the money is going to rental space and overhead and not really the product.Seems to be the trend in retail sales and I get it, but personally not willing to invest that kind of money in the product.Good sales pitch however, for the gullible customer.

The customer service at the tualatin good feet store was amazing. Christopher was very attentive and helped me through the step by step process. I have never been to this store in the past so he was patient while keeping good company along with teaching and informing me about all the different arch supports. My feet so far have not been hurting since I have been using the new arch supports. I have flat feet, so it will still take some time to get used to the feeling but it is amazing to be able to come home and me feet are not screaming at me anymore. I bought all 3 arch supports and am excited to continue staying and being a customer with the good feet store.

Good sales pitch. But, I was not sold on the product. Tried to sell me not one type of arch support but three for specific times if day. Oh, each type of support was $399.00.I received this survey today because they were asking me how I am enjoying my new arch supports. I never purchased their products.

The average person can not afford these inserts. My husband and I went here but theres no way you can afford these in Oregon unless you make alot of money. Its not just one set of these inserts its at least a few more after that. Thousands of dollars just to start. Get a good pair of shoes!

Well, I believe they are helping. Ive had them almost a month now still trying to get used to them. I would recommend to anyone interested to be sure the inserts are what you need. In my opinion the inserts are extremely expensive for what they are and so far not worth the investment. Time will tell....

Before Good Feet, I spent months going to Doctors getting x-rays and cortisone shots without much relief from the extreme pain I was experiencing in my heals and arches. I literally had to crawl to the bathroom in the middle of the night because of the pain I was going through. In the morning it would take about 10 minutes to stretch my arches to get the pain out of my heal so I could start walking and go about my day. I then finally did some research about Planter Fasciitis and the benefits of good arch supports. Thats when I called The Good Feet Store and got an Appointment with Adam. He was very informative and helpful in walking me through the 3 step system and fitted me with arches. Today my feet are much happier and I have relief from the pain I was experiencing. A couple more appointments with Adam and adjustments with supports and I feel that I can live a normal life again. I feel blessed, Thank you Adam for everything.

The concept and execution are really good. Our sales lady was kinda passive aggressive. We kept being indirectly upsold to products we didnt want. The sales pitch was very well done and we left the store way more knowledgeable. The cost of arch supports there is very prohibitive to most of us despite the clear benefits of the product.

I went in not knowing who the Good Feet were. I went in, in extreme amounts of screaming sharp pain in my feet. I was in tears due to the amount of pain I was in. My toes and feet were turing purple and bruising. At first I was sticker shocked, but before I even left I was already doing better. I had no idea I blew out the arches in my feet. Im only three days in and not only has my lower back, upper back, knees and hips, are feeling 100% better. Not to mention my feet! Already in recovery mode! Adam was so helpful! He adjusted my current inserts to better fit my feet and provided great suggestions for my shoes. The inserts have almost completely relieved the heel pain that I have had for years. Adam even facilitated the receipt submission to my health insurance!

I originally went to Good Feet store 7 years ago and they helped me. I purchased entire system and had the lifetime warranty. Suddenly 2 months ago I developed heal pain. I have tried everything from gel pads to special shoes. Good Feet suggested I set appoint to have my supports re-evaluated. Today I had my appointment with Adam and within 10 minutes all my heal pain was relieved. He explained what I needed to do to address my problems (I had been doing the exact opposite and cause if myself more pain and less healing). He suggested new supports and best of all, told me that my life time guarantee meant that I did not have to pay anything for the support exchange. Not only had my supports flattened, but my foot had changed a bit and so a different type was more appropriate. He was great at explaining and helping me get some other items I wanted as well. This is one of the best investments I have made for my personal wellbeing. Adam was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the differences and was patient enough to let me try on different styles to determine which felt better. If you are in pain this should be one of you first places to go.

The overall experience was great. My sales person, Adam, was also great. His presentation was awesome and being able to try the inserts certainly helped. I was ready to buy, then he dropped the bomb, almost $1,300 for inserts!!! I thought Id be spending $200 max. I just cant afford that much right now.

I worked with Adam a few weeks ago.My feet had started hurting. Adam was amazing and helped me with 3 different orthodics to wear for day to day, workouts, and relaxing at home. From the moment that I walked in Sean, or maybe it was Shawn, checked in with me periodically to let me know that they would be helping me as soon as possible. His people skills and service were top notch. Later, I was assisted in getting insoles by Shane who was awesome as well. My feet and knees feel great since I have been instituting my new insole routine. Recently moved from Arizona to Oregon and needed to have my shoe inserts checked. Micky helped when I came in. I was treated very kindly. I had told him that I have purchased several inserts over the years and the cost was adding up and they honestly do not last long. My feet have always hurt but they have gotten so much worse over the years so I looked up orthopedic shoes and came across the good feet store. I went i without an appointment and was helped right away. Micky was explained how their inserts work and the benefits of having all three inserts. It has only been a week and I can tell the difference. I ran into a friend that used their inserts and she said she doesn’t even have to wear them anymore. And my chiropractor said that their insoles are great and will help me with my gait.I will add that while I was waiting for Micky to get my order together I noticed that everyone working in the store had great customer service as well.

I purchased some orthotics and New Balance shoes a little over a year as I work over 60 hours a week. I was suffering with achey feet and lower back issues. The system worked together to balance my posture and ease off my back. I just visited the store to update my insoles, free if you purchased warranty, as I walk more in my job now and Adam did a great job in trying to help make sure were getting the best for my current life activities. It is the best investment you can make for your body.

Mickey was very good at explaining how the supports will work to solve my foot pain. I was desperate to be able to walk freely and without the plantar fasciitis pain. While the strengthener inserts are not real comfortable yet, I have noticed by day 4 that I do not have the achy lower back. The rest of the routine is a piece of cake. Even though they aren’t cheap, I am very optimistic that they are worth it.

I had been having lower back pain with sciatica, and knee pain from arthritis. Because of this and patella slippage I had problems walking properly and kept having foot problems with shoes that should have fit. 1 day after wearing orthotics support I could already feel a difference, and after 1 week am walking straight again. I had a hard time with the prices, since I’m pretty sure I could get prescription orthotics for no financial cost. Until I figured the time to make a doctors appointment, attend the appointment, wait for orthotics, another appointment for fitting, and that’s if everything goes according to plan and that’s not usually the expectation in 2020, is it. We pay people all the time to save us time and effort. My guy at the store was great, thorough, friendly, patient. I’m sure the products are good. I wish there wasn’t a break in period, but my feet didn’t go bad instantly either, just should have done it sooner. Just like you🤨

She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood everything. She had me try on various products and it was different than anything I had ever tried. I have been dealing with back and hip pain for a long time. I have had injections in both to try to relieve the joint and nerve pain.I was skeptical about going into a store for relief after my doctors through x rays and MRIs couldn’t help me.I went into the Tualatin Oregon store a little over a week ago and Haneen was very professional. I was skeptical about all the good things I’d heard about Good Feet. I finally went in to see what it was all about after dealing with foot, knee and back pain for a while. I am no longer a skeptic! I went to the Good Feet store hoping that they may help my foot pain. I was told to try the shoe inserts for a few days if they didnt work I could return them. I tried them for 4 days, wearing them 3 to 6 hours and my foot pain is worse. I called to speak to the sales person that sold the inserts to me and I was told that I cant return them that it states on the receipt that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I think that is very POOR business practices! Entrapment. Who asks the sales associate what the sales receipt says about a return policy after they make a purchase. I would never buy anything without the option of being able to return it. BEWARE of this place their is a NO RETURN POLICY even if the sales associate tells you try them out and you can return, ONLY IN STORE CREDIT . Mind you that their insert trio is $1200 so you will be able to buy your whole team shoes and some!

We got our daughter a set of inserts to help with knee and leg pains. Crystal Penney was the associate who helped us, and she walked us and our daughter through what each insert was for and how it would feel. It was a great experience and I highly recommend!

Be prepared to spend a lot of money, I was a bit shell shocked! Its a good plan and God only gave you one pair of feet! So I am willing to spend more for quality. I bought a pair of maximizers, I spend a lot of time on my feet 10 hours a day, I just bought my second pair of Thorogood work boots and these insoles are awesome! Since I have been wearing them I no longer have to be in pain, and I no longer have to wear my knee brace.

Sean & Zane were awesome!!! Sean was incredibly attentive, after trying the insoles I couldnt believe it! I walked more upright and no pain!!! It was a night and day difference! I had so much pain in my feet when I went to the good feet store. It was not letting me enjoy the things I like to do. After just trying the supports that day I could walk without limping. I have been wearing my supports for 4 days and my feet already are 50% better and the pain in my heel is almost gone.
