I took a chair to Furniture Medic that my husband tried to repair for me. So not only did they take care of repairing it correctly, but they had to undo and clean up what he had already done. The final price was exactly as quoted and the chair was finished right on time. Employees there were very easy to work with and very friendly; the work first rate. I highly recommend Furniture Medic.

I had attempted to lightly sand some scratches out of a table top and ended up sanding down too far and taking some of the finish off. My attempts to match the stain just made it worse. Admitting defeat, I took it to Furniture Medic. Everyone there was incredibly nice and their customer service was top notch. They were thorough in explaining the process and expectations of the project and quoted a fair price. Because we were in the beginnings of the covid-19 outbreak, they also explained how the time frame could change if businesses were forced to shut down. As we neared the end of the expected time frame, they called with a status update and let me know when the table would be ready for pickup. The workmanship was excellent and the table looked better than new. I couldnt be more pleased with the service they provided.

Great people vets do good work

Excellent work. Have a nice dining table which was scratched on top in addition to some other wounds suffered in a move. Our table was returned today and we can’t even tell what side of it he did work on. Hope we never need his services again, but would definitely return. Can’t comment on cost as this was a moving company claim, but likely worth it.

This company is great! The owner came and checked on a military move claim we had. He was quick and thorough. They are also very quick to get back to us and thorough on fixing our furniture. I recommend them!

Great Repair of antique nightstand .

Had 2 kitchen cabinet doors needing refinishing and repair. When completed, the finish was uneven and repair was poorly done, a long scratch had not even been sanded off. They didnt pay any attention to the back side of the door and left a large very evident gouge. The door was dirty and whatever filler.and finish was thick and uneven. We were charged way too much for shoddy workmanship. We will not go back to this business.

Had the table and chairs picked up for refinish and delivery after done...will keep everyone appraised with progress!

This company committed fraud on a move adjustment claim and once confronted to fix the mistake refused to do it and refused to speak with us. Spoke with the people in the office they admitted that the mistake was there and that they had the evidence and yet the owner ( who was the person handling our case) refused to do anything about it. I cant believe the owner of a company would behave in such a manner. Fraud is fraud. Avoid this company! The owner has zero accountability and doesnt care if it effects his business.
