Pleasant shopping experience; staff was very friendly and engaging but did not pressure me into purchasing. I like the size of the store, it is spacious and laid out according to room types which makes it feel less like a thrift store and more like a true consignment shop. Delivery was fast and professional; love, love, LOVE my new serving buffet. I do recommend and will return in the future.

I was shocked by the downsize and outlandish prices. Way over priced for what their asking and offering.

As always Annabells had exactly what I was looking for. A nice side table with leaves, that I have next to my chair and my den with most of my knitting supplies under it on it around it. It is just perfect.

I absolutely loved this store it reminds me of my Moms home, Vintage everywhere everything was displayed amazing easy to find stuff and clean and organized. Everyone at staff was helpful and friendly clean environment to walk around in very big place .

Know your furniture and look for the manufacturer markings or tags. Some good buys but you have to be smart.

Annabelles attic never disappoints me. It is one place I love to shop when I go to Tucson. I always find something I just have to have.my first purchase 11 years ago was a chandelier for my dining room and since then I have visited it with my friends and family to find a treasure to take home.

Everytime I come to Tucson I go to Annabelles Attic. I love to thrift shop! They have a big store. They sell furniture, dishes, books and a variety of other things. Love it!!

Annabells Attic is a great resale store. Its a large showroom with furniture, vintage knick knacks, jewelry, housewares, books & records & even some vintage clothing. We have found several of our favorite pieces of furniture there & frequently visit. The employees are nice & helpful. Its always clean & never smells like some 2nd hand stores do. Great place!

I’m not sure who all these people are saying that the prices are good. I found them to be ASTONISHINGLY high for the quality of pieces they had.

They had some beautiful pieces at reasonable prices. Staff didnt seem very enthusiastic, but they were attentive when I asked questions.

Okay, this place has some AMAZING antiques in there. Very reasonably priced. Then there are other items. . . well, i wanted to stick around to see who buys the 80s pastel southwest dinette set. Very friendly staff. Huge selection of everything from china to bedroom suites. Definitely worth a looksie.

I went with my sister to pick up an item. Apparently, they had sold it prior and not out a sold sign on it and conveniently lost their copy of the receipt where she paid for the item and delivery. Poor poor practice. Now as she has packed to move, is frantically looking for her ticket. Better beware shopping there.

If youre shopping for furniture or decor of any kind, this place is a must-check for antiques, vintage, and gently used items. You never know what youll find and while much of the inventory is overpriced, bargains can be found. Even if the perfect whatever doesnt show up, youll have a darn good time hunting. Plan for a looong visit, this place is huge and the connecting showrooms are extensive!

Tons and tons of stuff to look at. You never know whats gonna beckon to your heart and your wallet. They have stuff from every decade: mid-mod, antique, deco, disco, 80s and more. Take your time, because thats when you find the real treasures.

Prices high for resale..i am comparing it to resale of similar items in Chicago suburbs.

I emailed pictures of items I want to sell. That was on Sunday. I sent another email to find out if they were interested in any items, no response. I had explained I live almost an hour away and do not want to make a wasted trip.

The new owners are great! I was afraid to go back to annabelles after a bad experience years ago but a friend of mine wanted to check it out. Im glad I went back because the store is still huge and I found a beautiful set of nesting tables that I just love! Great Prices too! Its good to see this place is being taken care of again. The staff was very friendly and the new owner even helped us carry our stuff to the car.

Very close to antiques. Collectable but also very practical furniture and accessories. I got a player piano thats close to 35 years old and PERFECT condition. A bit overpriced for outdated stuff but some gems in there!

Unfair selling tactics. I had a chair on hold was unable to make it the next day for pick up. When I arrived a day later the price had doubled. The owner was unwilling to sell for the price originally marked he said it was mismarked. I will not return. One star only because it is required for this post.

Found some fun collectibles. Owners granddaughter was helpful and very sweet.

Overpriced and not ethical. had a dealing with the owner where they mis labeled a bed for my daughter which led to significant cost and loss of time and owner said would pay for the additional hardware I had to buy and he never did. I would NEVER shop there. Much better options like Tom’s furniture.

As I walked in with my box of China the man that was working there was walking out. No eye contact. No words. I walked to the counter and rang the bell and no one else was working. I walked out with my box of China. Horrible customer service. I recommend the owners find a new guy and if hes the owner I recommend a new line of work.

Even though there is lots of inventory at Annabells Attic, and the place is well organized, EVERYTHING was so over priced that my husband and I had fun just browsing thru the store playing guess the price, then laughing (to ourselves) at what a joke the price tag actually stated...FOR EVERYTHING! There was not a single thing I would have purchased, even if I liked it, out of sheer principle for feeling that I was being ripped off. I understand they have to charge such crazy prices to afford the crazy over-head, but with these prices, I cant see how on earth theyll stay open for much longer!

Why would a store like this move every few years? They were on Campbell, then at Foothills, now Speedway? They buy for pennies and sell for dollars. Owner is not a nice guy - heard him berate staff. Lots of staff turn over. Still Ive purchased stuff there. Prices are usually better than new.

Worst customer service ever! I was trying to sell some furniture and and the buyer, Sherri, corresponded with me at first like she was interested, then left me dangling there for TWO WEEKS. I called multiple times just trying to get an answer and finally, on the third call I was told, Oh, she thought she responded to you, but she says were not interested.I was trying to sell a modern dining table from Copenhagen, that is still on their site, listed as almost $400, a side table they list for $185 and 4 chairs all from the same store. I asked $150 for all of it simply because I need to get it out of my house. Theyre barely used! Obvioulsy the idiot didnt do her research because I asked for a fraction of what they could have sold it for.The thing that makes me the most angry was her lack of communication. If shes not the owner, the owner should really consider finding a new buyer cause she sucks!

Ive found a few interesting items here. Prices on some items are a bargain, but you should shop around before making a purchase.

I felt like the prices were a bit high and I didnt see anything that I really even wanted to take a second look at. As with all second hand stores, Im sure its hit and miss.

I was looking for a new dresser. When I asked for help, I was not greeted but was told that they were busy. There were at least four women there that could have helped me. I am with a cane so it is not easy for me to roam around their store. I became frustated and asked again for assistance. Finally, someone came out and told me they did not have what I was looking for and dismissed me like garbage. She turned her nose at me and looked over her glasses at me and insisted they only carry fine furnishings and said you might want to check over there and waved me off to the other corner. I am astounded that this place is still in business with poor customer service like this. Shame on you.

What a waste of time. They have variety, but the prices were just too high. Unless you are a fan of used, marred or dirty furniture dont waste your time. I will buy brand new furniture at those prices.

Antiques and cool finds

Walked in the store about 40 minutes to closing an employee came up to us to tell us without any greeting that were closing in 30 minutes. The other two employees were visibly eating and offered no assistance. First and last time I will go to this store. I wish I could give no stars. Very disappointed.
