Two years ago, Austin and his team installed a home theater system in our home which required tremendous creativity -- a dual shade with screen, drop down projector lift, Control4, the AV equipment, etc. They did an awesome job and we are extremely pleased. What is also very significant to note is that when problems arise, they are very quick and efficient in solving them. I recommend without hesitation.

The technical representatives provided professional and courteous installation of our TV and stereo equipment. Their customer education along with their attention to detail made their time at our home pleasant. Immediately after their first visit with us, we discussed more audio/visual possibilities. I normally don’t do much in the way of reviews, but AV Specialist is number one on my list. We have been dealing with them for about the last six months. I have been dealing specifically with Jim Casner, who has been outstanding!We have completed several projects with them during this time. Jim has designed and installed an upgrade to our home theater system including researching and giving us his recommendation on a new TV. He has also installed a new Home Automation system for us.Last Thursday our home computer network took a dump. Wi-Fi, internet, printers and some of our new home theater system and automation. The more I tried to fix it the worse it got. Late Friday night I sent Jim an email detailing the crash. As the electronics gods would have it Jim called me first thing Monday morning and told me he had some time that morning, that he could come by.Jim showed up at the agreed upon time with all the necessary equipment and tools. In about an 90 minutes he had the new equipment installed and working. This was just a stroke of luck that he had time available.Every employee of AV Specialists that have worked at our house has been great. They are all professional, a great work ethic, knowledgeable and neat and clean.Ok, you got the great now the the other side. Their prices are a little on the high side. But in my opinion you get what you pay for. Austin was our first point of contact with AC Speccialists. He came to our house and met with us to determine our home audio needs. Later that evening, he sent a proposal, which met our needs. The proposal was acceptable and well presented.On the day of the installation, AJ and Dana, the AC Representatives were polite, courteous and professional from beginning to end. There were efficient and timely and ensured that they placed a drop cloth in the main area to install the AV equipment. When the installation was complete, they removed the drop cloth, which made for an easy cleanup. Prior to leaving, they worked with us to load the necessary program on our smartphones and walked us through the steps to access and navigate the program until we were comfortable using it.We highly recommend AV Specialists for any and all of your home audio needs.Sincerely,Randy LaBorde
