Came in due to seeing a listing online for a used Wrangler. Once I arrived, Pat came right outside introduced me and showed me the Jeep. Pat’s intensive knowledge with Jeeps in general was great. She was completely transparent, made me feel welcome and was able to teach me a few things I didn’t know. Her knowledge with Jeep, and Dodge as a total was fantastic. Pat took her time with me, did not rush me and was incredibly thorough while showing me the Jeep. Pat made me buy with confidence. I highly, highly, highly recommend Pat while visiting. She will make sure you are comfortable, answer any questions you may have and not be pushy or judgmental in anyway. This was my first time working with Jim Click, and definitely not my last. Went for a recall repair, they had no notes on me. Said we got to order parts. Never heard anything back. So I go for my recall repair no notes I said hey can I at least get a oil change. My car still has the oil change due notification on. First time there. No call back in my recall parts or appointment. First time even coming. Because I bought a dodge at a different Jim click I have to do my recall here.
Yesterday, I visited Jim Click Dodge to look at the possibilities of purchasing a new Ram 1500. My sales representative was Aaron G. He applied no pressure, answered any questions I had, was very patient with me, and was very hospitable while I was there. I did have one hick-up in the process, but it was my uncertainty, not theirs. At the very last minute and near or past their closing time, I changed my mind about what vehicle I wanted to purchase. Aaron handled my indecisiveness with dignity, grace, and understanding. The WHOLE staff jumped into action and worked as a team to change all my paperwork and get a different truck ready to get out the door. Aaron had already been packed up and ready to go home when he dropped everything and made sure I drove the new truck started the process all over again with me. Their finance rep., Rocky, also jumped into action since most of this change was the paperwork that he had to accomplish again. I cannot say enough how dedicated, patient, and kind the staff was here at Jim Click Dodge. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle without hesitation. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. He didnt do the whole back and forth, trying to get us into a car or payment we didnt want. He was super friendly and easy to talk to. When i am ready for a new car, he is the guy I will be coming to for sure!!! We came in for the challenger and only the challenger. The one i test drove was a white one, but he said there was a gray one that i would love, and he was right! It is totally me and i love it! It was super easy start to finish. I wanted to finance with my current lien holder and he got me in with them, easy peasy! The finance guy was super easy to work with too, we got all the paperwork signed in no time at all!.

I scheduled a service appointment two (2) weeks ago. Just got a call from the Service Advisor. He said Sir, I wanted to call and let you know that we are NOT going to be able to get to you vehicle tomorrow. We had a lot of calls come in this week and we are full tomorrow.I asked him How do you make or take additional calls and schedule them for tomorrow when you already have an appointment which has been 2 weeks ago.He stated that those calls came in after we made you appointment. To me, this doesnt make sense. Then DONT SCHEDULE THEM WHEN YOu ALREADY HAVE APPOINTMENTS scheduled.This is poor service and an unreliable company. Dont do business with Jim Click!!! You have been warned. Your time and scheduled does not mean anything to them. No matter how far in advance you try to make arrangements.
Horrible service department.. purchased vehicle used here in 2019 with minor body damage stipulated to be repaired after purchase. It has never been resolved after several requests during trips for maintenance for life. Also took 18 months to replace a door panel that had a bad handle lock. Had to use the exterior the entire time... Upon this latest trip for oil change I had called to schedule,left several messages never had a return the call so I decided to drive over to the dealership and of course they couldnt take me as a walk-up customer because they just couldnt fit me in. I told him Id have to take it somewhere else and they just said okay no sorry no can we get you scheduled nothing!!! So had to take it to a different lube and oil service shop because service was due.. as much as folks invest in their vehicles Im sure most peoples expectations are that they can at least get a phone call back and timely service or when their vehicle does need general maintenance that it can be satisfied in a timely manner. Everyone has always seemed nice at the dealership when I have had to take it in but this type of experience speaks to the professionalism and customer service of the dealership as a whole.
I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday afternoon and was told I would get a call the next day. I did not get a call, but I called and left a message. You guessed it, no call back. I called again Saturday morning and left a message. No call back. I went to the service department Saturday afternoon and no one was of any help. I was told I would get a call on Monday. Nope, no call. I called later in the day and talked to the service writer who helped me initially. He said there was nothing they could do. That sounds ominous, but without sharing the details of my visit, I can only say the information given could have been provided MUCH SOONER with a simple phone call.
Unlike Larry H Miller Dodge where you get treated like just a number, Jim Click Dodge still makes the effort of providing personal service. Even though I have to drive across town, I happily do it to avoid Larry H Miller Dodge.

While visiting Tucson, my 2005 Dodge Magnum was showing a check engine light. The service team took me in without an appointment, and quickly diagnosed a minor issue. Much thanks for taking care of my concern - especially since I was on the road, far away from home. Great customer service. Wish my local Dodge dealer was this good! Lol

Needless to say hes on his way home without AC he was told its because its so hot out. You have to be kidding me!!!! Worse service ever never will we purchase another Dodge! Absolutely unexplainable good to see you get paid the big bucks to do nothing.

When my Chrysler 300 left me stranded on my way home from work with a smoking alternator, I called the Geico Roadside Assistance and was informed that the only after hours drop off MoPar dealership close to us was Jim Click Dodge. Tow truck got dispatched and came with a very helpful and friendly young man. He suggested that all I had to do was call in the morning and put me at ease that the car would be secured and that there was security all night long. The next morning I called and a lady in the service department answered. She was very helpful and listened to my horror story. She put me at ease by letting me know that the car was going to be taken care of and gave me a realistic time frame of when the 300 was going to be looked at. She also informed me that a service advisor would get in touch with me shortly. I received a call around 7:30 a.m. that same morning from Peter Alvarado, the nicest and most understanding service advisor I have ever met. I actually didnt get the call for some odd reason and was left a voice mail. I quickly called back and he asked me what had happened. I told him the same horror story I had told the lady and the tow truck driver. He reassured me that the car would be well taken care of because the alternator was actually part of a recall and that the parts was already special ordered. He gave me an estimated time of completion for the repair either Friday or Monday. Peter sent me a text later that day around 2:30 that the car had another two recalls and that they would be taken care of as well. On Friday afternoon I received a call from Peter that the car was done. By the time I got on that side of town Peter had already left but the good experience went on when I picked up my car. I was taken care of right away. After a few signatures the car was brought to the service drive and off I went riding into the sunset, a very satisfied customer! Since then I have spoken to Peter about future services for this wonderful car and rest assured that I will be coming back to get the maintenance and repairs done at Jim Click Dodge!
I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram truck on November 9, 2020, which is well suited for my family. I have had one problem after another with this dealership and my experience has been of one whom they view as not worthy of being treated with the utmost professionalism. Before purchasing the truck, I noticed that the tires were worn and they said would rotate the tires. After telling them that this was unacceptable, I was told they could replace the tires at their discounted price; however, I found much higher quality tires over $150.00 cheaper at Walmart. They replaced the brakes that I discovered were problematic but in doing so, they placed a dent on the body of the truck, which was supposed to be quickly repaired. To this day, I have not heard back from the dealership in spite of my outreach. Their phone system consistently dropped my calls after holding for someone from the service department to answer. I am not one to ever write a negative review but feel compelled to do so to bring attention to the unacceptable service Ive experienced from this dealership.
Update: dropped another star, ended up stopping by since I was in the area and the vehicle was marked up 12k over the internet price, that explains why the communication stopped! Salesman I spoke to was polite although understandably confused. Very misleading.Looked at a vehicle and reached out about pricing. I was contacted promptly, salesman were courteous and polite. They asked me repeatedly to bring my vehicle in for trade and wanted to talk things over on the phone. Due to my schedule email works better for me and its a 30 min drive to take my truck to them. After asking them to simply give me their lowest sale value on the vehicle to see if it was worth my time to bring my trade, they simply stopped all communication, unsure why. Im sure its a good dealership, this was just my experience.
How a dealership handles a problem says an awful lot. These folks have taken absolutely fantastic care of my son after his van had issues 2 days after purchase. Thank you Jim Click folks. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is on each of 3 visits, employees had randomly parked vehicles in the handicapped spots out of what appears to be laziness. With 2 disabled family members, we found that to be distasteful.

He was Patient with our many questions and thorough in his answers . I never have reviews ever but, how things went I felt the need. Ive called for a week straight. I needed to set an appointment for a oil change first one. I was talked to by two employees about being helped yet they continued to point me to a Phil gentleman. Who heard it and proceeded to walk away on two occasions. There was a gentleman that tried to help and he sat far left was very nice. After he saw Phil walk out the office without a greet he tried to proceed to set an appointment at that point I was fed up waiting for 30 minutes was enough to turn me away. I will be taking my business somewhere else. I only left a star because of that gentleman or else I would leave no stars

I live 35 minutes awayCancel doctor appointments. To be here at 9. For them to tell me diesel technician is not in until 12:00Wait around for one day for them to tell me its normal for the truck to squeal. Or a warning light that says service charging system. Comes on Is completely normal. For a pickup truck that cost $70,000. Ridiculous customer service is terrible. Please do not buy from here.
Where to start.... bought a used 2012 Dodge Durango. A few months into owning it it wouldnt start. All said and done (few hundred dollars later) they say there is a recall on the fuel pump relay, they replaced it once and it still has the same issue. Now they dont know when they have a fix to this recall, my Durango can literally stall out driving down the road! Thats just one issue, now for the second time after an oil change from their service dept. The oil filter isnt even hand tight. After noticing oil in my drive way, I crawl under to find the filter barely hanging on. This is either the most incompetent service dept. Ive ever seen or theyre trying to donate my engine to get out of this fuel pump relay disaster they have. I will be contacting a lawyer. Steer clear of this joke of a dealership.

Aaron has been honest and up front during the entire buying process. While purchasing a new vehicle can be quite stressful, Aaron went out of his way to engage and make us comfortable the entire time. If only every car salesman had this level of professionalism. Aaron showed us several different vehicles in a monsoon downpour in an effort to find the correct vehicle for our needs at a price we could agree on. As usual agreeing on a price can be difficult, as a whole, Jim Click Dodge Ram has been very accommodating and unusually easy to work with.
Jim Click parts took care of me after I went down there. The guy at the counter was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I tried to Google the phone number for the parts department to call and was without luck. So I called the main number and she tried and finally went over there. Long story short I think more help at the parts counter on Saturday would help. The guy was by himself, phone ringing off the hook and I was 5th in line. My hats off to Chris behind the counter who had a great attitude and good service. Thanks

I’m very disappointed with this dealership. I don’t think I’ll be returning. I got an oil change last Tuesday (06/02). Thursday (06/04) comes and I’m told I need to service a recall that they forgot to tell me about when I came Tuesday (06/02).Today is Tuesday (06/09), the day to fix the recall. Then the gentlemen has no idea why I’m here & then realizes the recall was already taken care of. My boyfriend and I both took time off work early for this appointment. We were told it was going to take 2-3 hours for it to be serviced. Very unprofessional. Im glad it’s taken care of, but they should be on top of these things.

The experience was the best i could have asked for from Rocky and Gilbert. I walked in to the wrong dealership after an uber dropped me off, and Gilbert came and picked me up to head to the right one. Rocky reassured me that whatever I wanted, to tell him and that he would get me the best deal. Both Rocky and Gilbert were friendly and made sure I was confident in my decision without rushing me.

I felt the need to update my review. It can be difficult trying to reach a person in service. But, once I did, the service advisor was really responsive. Had my vehicle back in less than 24 hours. The frustration I had with my new Dodge did not reflect the service team. Ill continue to come to Jim Click Dodge in the future.

Mike Dews is one of the finest product presenters I have ever worked with. Was at Jim Click Dodge Service on November 18th. Had new front brakes put on. Arrived at 8:30 and left at 11:36. Manny was our Supervisor. The car had been shaking really bad going from the Interstate to the off ramp before the brakes were fixed. They did a really good job and the price wasnt bad either. Have taken my car there many times for oil changes and such. The brakes on the front and rear are new now and guaranteed for life. Would recommend the work they all do there.
Very poor customer service, not helpful what so ever. Service department acted as if me dropping off a vehicle for repair in and of itself was a major inconvenience. Would not recommend using them, search your options before bringing a vehicle to this dealership. Very disappointed.
You must stop by and see what Aaron Greenberg can do for you, I highly recommend. Have to say this was the best experience I’ve had buying a new vehicle. Aaron knows his product very well and imparts that knowledge is a very easy going manner. No haggling back and forth only a quality vehicle at a very good price. You will feel at ease .. Honesty/Integrity/Service. That pretty much sums it up.. Alex the Finance manager was very helpful as well and thorough . The entire experience was excellent..
Aaron G was awesome to work with. Sets the standard for how people should be treated. Can someone please get Alex a bigger office in finance. You would think after 10 years she has earned it 😀. She was also fun to work with, made everything easy to understand. I have always felt comfortable at Jim Click because of Rocky Carbajal, he is the only reason I always come back. Nice to know I have back up people to work with when hes busy.
