I have gone to Furriers for tires and oil changes for years and was always satisfied. The last few oil changes the tires never got rotated. I know specifically because one of my tires has an imperfection and was always in the same spot and never was rotated. The very last oil change they told me my oil pan was leaking from the plug. I never had one drop of oil in my garage. They told me they tried a new plug and it still leaked and offered to replaced the pan for $450. I took it to my mechanic and he saw they had cross threaded the plug and torqued it down so hard they cracked the pan. My mechanic installed a new pan for $325. Definitely not going back here!

Good Experience, but not great. Made an online appointment to get dealer recommended brake job and coolant flush. They performed the flush, but the service techs said the brakes were fine and good for a while longer. The not great part was that I dropped off the car in the morning and was told Id get a call after an inspection was performed. I never got the call and actually called them myself about an hour before closing. I again was told Id receive a call when the work was complete. Again no call. I ended up leaving the car overnight and called the next morning to find that all was complete. Will return though and hopefully receive better service.

Never had any problems at this store they do a excellent job keeping my car running been a customer for 8 years 5 stars every time.

The work that was completed on my truck was done in a timely manner with acceptable quality and customer service. However I only give this shop three stars because of housekeeping issues. The work area was disorganized and lacking in general order. The waiting room was very dirty. End table was covered in some kind of food waste. Restroom also needed attention.These types of issues can lead consumers to question the quality and care in which their repairs are done. Also in the age of COVID-19 extra care should be given to cleanliness. I hope this review is helpful to the management of this shop.

Pretty lengthy review but Im pretty sure sabotage was the intent. Im a mechanic on aircraft and did all upgrades and usually do periodic maintenance on all my vehicles. My truck I built new and heavily modified the exterior and suspension. My front suspension has reservoirs for oil when the strut is experiencing extreme friction from moving up and down a lot mainly off road. The brackets holding these reservoirs onto my frame werent the best as they kept catching the edge of my wheel and bending the bracket out a little bit. I reserved to zip tying the brackets to stay on the frame with 250 lb ultra heavy duty zip ties. I did all these modifications 5 years ago and the zip ties held with extreme vigilance even through rock crawling across the mojave. I recently moved here last week and my tools are in storage so I looked for a modest shop that looked like what I wanted for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I got it done and was very happy with the service until I started driving home and noticed a slight grind on my left tire. I immediately stopped and checked it out. I discovered to my amazement that these 250 lb ultra heavy duty zip ties were both cut (left and right side) and my brackets and reservoir for my strut were very nearly contacting my wheel driving straight! What an amazing coincidence that the left and right side zip ties gave out at the exact same time right after service there at Jack Furrier Tire and Auto. Almost as if it were intentionally cut so my brackets and reservoir would shear off forcing me to get new front shocks. I immediately fixed the problem on the side of the road with a hammer and replacement zip ties I have for offroad use. Just my experience, hope you dont have one like mine.

Over 2 hours to do a oil change and tire rotation bad getting truck back and leaking oil after they worked on it even worse. If the retorque on the oil drain plug does not work I will be calling them to redo everything

Finally after 3 attempts, I was able to get a tire fixed. This facility was very busy and when I dropped my car off when they opening their doors at 7:30, there were already 5 others waiting in line and on a Tuesday morning. They do fine work once they can get to your car.

Online and signs on the front door say that safety is their priority and that’s masks are required for employees. When I entered the lobby, two employees were not wearing masks, the one coughing. Very unprofessional, safety is not their priority.

While the store and the employees are excellent. The Furriers obviously dont care that, on days where there is high heat advisory, their employees are left to work without functioning air conditioning!

First time here and the staff was exceptional. I felt I should have paid more for what I had done to my car. Overall amazed by this place.

Went first thing when they opened to get my tires rotated & one checked for leak. Lots of cars there but most for mechanical & left overs from past days.Busy place, but they did get it completed in a little over an hour like they said while I waited.

Doing a cross-country trip and our car started acting up out of nowhere- due to the tires and brakes. Found this place on Google and so glad we decided to come here! Richard and Chris were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! We got here thirty minutes before they closed and they were able to help us out without rushing so we could continue on our trip. The folks there are extremely helpful, assisting me in getting my tires replaced, and went the extra mile, twice, by replacing a oil cooler gasket on 2 of my Nissans, for a nominal fee, since I brought in the part. AWESOME..

I dropped my car off to get 2 tires replaced.. i had a donut on the vehicle. I left telling them there was no rush and just to call me when it was done. They called me before I even got home and said my car was ready! Cant get much better service than that! They even put my donut back into my car and replaced the covering. I had the low tire pressure light come on in the van. I went to two different gas stations to put air in the tires myself, but the machines were out of service. I went out of my comfort zone and drove to Jack Furrier (I was nearby) to ask if they’d be able to put air in my tires (I’m not a customer). I saw a mechanic in the parking lot at asked him. He said sure and told me where to park. He checked my tires and filled them up. He showed me where to find how much pressure I should have in my tires, where to reset the sensor and that if my sensor still didn’t turn off that maybe it was my spare. He was very polite and not bothered at all. I really appreciated it. Thank you Matt!!

I went in today for 4 new tires and an oil change on my mini van. When i got home my husband inspected the vehicle to realize they had never touched my oil filter. They did not appologize or try to make it right so we had to demand a refund. I will never go back to this place again. I cannot believe they would take advantage of people like this.

I go here every few months for oil changes. Occasionally I ask for other services like tire rotation. They are always courteous, kind, and fast! Theyre upfront with how long it will take and will help with many vehicle issues you could be facing. The quality and courteous nature of each of my visits has always been positive.As an aside, the waiting area is also always clean and comfortable just like the store itself. Also parking is limited in the front area of the store, so if its an especially busy day you can park on the outskirts of the Kohls parking near by.

Love this place!! They have helped me in a bind more than once. They are so honest. I was worried about a flap in my tire and while they couldve sold me a new tire they saw it did not puncture the tube and it was fine to drive on. Also on another occasion I had a flat and a screw in my tire and they fixed it for free. They are awesome. When time comes for any work or tires Im going back. Thank you Jack Furriers!

Great prices on tires. Fast install. Always clean store and friendly employees. But when it comes to anything else like repairs dont bother if you drive an older car theyre not interested.Edit 2019 Very very disappointed with Jack Furrier. Everyone recommend them for repair work so I went in a month ago to see if they could do repairs on my car. They said yes and we worked out a plan. Went in when I was ready to make an appointment. Dropped the car off when they opened and left it there all day. Went in at 4 they NEVER TOUCHED IT. Parked where I left it at 730 AM. Just got an excuse of we had a bad day. So you loss the ability to use a phone and call me and say you couldnt do it. Hell why not just tell me right off the bat a month ago you werent interested in working on it that way I could have looked for someone else. No were sorry no offer to make it right AT ALL. Only offered to finally pull it in at 4PM to do a 4 hour job and of course id have to leave it other day which wasnt possible. You wasted not only my time but the person who drove me around today. Dont worry Ill keep looking for a reliable shop that treats customers with respect.

I took my car in with 160k miles for an alignment after replacing my struts and tie rods and they did a great job. Shane was very nice and did not try to sell me anything extra for my car either. I am very satisfied.

On a Saturday, my normal auto repair shop was closed, and I located a lag bolt in my tire. Nearest Furriers to me was the one at Cortaro and I-10 and thank goodness for excellent reviews, I trusted my new car/new tires to them. Office was efficient and very busy! They dialed in my wait time to the exact minute. Tire repaired and off I went. I was impressed by the efficiency of the mechanics as well as the customer service by all. Thank you, Mike Garratt - you all exceeded my expectations and I will return in the future!

Took my vehicle into the Cortaro and I-10 location and these guys are super awesome! Richard, BJ and all the guys, are professional, courteous, helpful and just overall amazing. I felt so comfortable having my vehicle with these gentlemen, they are honest, trustworthy and I would recommend to anyone. My 18 yr old son had headlight and engine temperature issues coming back from Tucson to Phoenix and they quickly figured out it was just a loose cable and low coolant. Fixed the cable and topped off his radiator and got him on his way at no charge. Really could have taken advantage of him had they wanted to. Old school customer service and honesty that I wish more auto services offered. If I lived closer, Id have no problem taking my cars there.

I have taken my truck here several times now over the last couple years. There is a reason I keep returning, they are professional, honest, and produce a quality product in an impressive time frame. Being an ex diesel Mechanic now fixing airplanes, its fair to say I understand maintenance and preventative maintenance which they do a great job with.I am surprised by the negative comments, as this has never been observed by myself or friends of mine that take their vehicles to this location. Mike has always been honest with me and always gives me a list of options, recommendations, etc. without compromising safety.

Went in to fill out application for employment. From what I observed during my time spent, all the employees are very knowledgeable and experienced and friendly. I saw a lot of teamwork. They wont regret hiring me. :)

Had them do an alignment and put on some new tires. Did a good job. Not the most expensive, but not the least either. Quality seemed pretty high, and they warrantee their work. I will be going back here.

Unlike my Infiniti dealer, these guys were open on a Saturday. Place was full of cars, but still got my oil change and tire pressures taken care of in less than 90 minutes. As always with them, very fair price. Thank you very much for your great service.

I wouldnt a bike to them to fix. Trying to get a tune up on a RV and they said they could do it. Than few days later they couldnt. They should really rethink of renaming this place to the dead garage. I have never been so disappointed.

These guys are great. Wednesday before Thanksgiving on our way from Pa. to Lake Havasu City, we ran over something on I-10. Knocked something off underneath the car and something loose and flapping. Jack Furrier had us back on the road safe and sound within a half an hour- no charge! Thanks again!!!! You all were terrific!!!

Stopped here by chance to have a flat repaired while on a long road trip. They got us right in and fixed the nail. They sent us on our way with a handshake - no charge. Restored our faith in humanity! I would most definitely recommend this shop.

Excellent Customer Service, I got off the highway my car was overheating, it was 4:30 pm Sean told me to bring it in, with in 45 min they had my car part ordered, delivered and fixed. They could of easily kept it overnight but they hustled and saved me from having to come back and delay my morning! These guys are great. I was getting tires brought in the Saturday before Christmas and their shipper messed up and didnt ship them. They got them that day and stayed late on the night before their Christmas vacation to get me taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Had a flat tire took it to this location because of price $30 cheaper then discount tire. My mag was cracked they pointed it out and told me to wait until its fixed. I fixed it and took it back they took off the spare and put on the new one. Very happy with the service.

Im a senior citizen on a small fixed income. I rarely write reviews because it seems like we are constantly indundated with companies wanting us to fill out surveys after using their service or product. Basically just fishing for compliments. I frankly find it irritating and dont respond to hardly any of them.But when a company does something that is far above and beyond what I expect, then I am happy to give recognition where it is deserved. That is certainly the case with Jack Furrier Tire.I was evaluating a car in Tucson that I was contemplating purchasing from a private party and brought it in to their shop to have a diagnostic inspection to see if it had any problems. Through an inadvertent but innocent oversight, some things were not noticed that I was quite unhappy about because Id bought the car and now there were emission issues I thought Id have to pay to repair.I wrote an email to the general contact email at Furrier Tire expressing what had happened and documented everything that occurred. I felt at least Id made my feelings known which I am not shy about doing, but also thought Id probably just have to make the best of it and pay for those repairs. I included my phone number but never really thought Id hear from anybody.Within perhaps an hour of my sending the email, I got a call. The man only gave his first name. He aplogized profusely and said he wanted to do everything necessary to make right what had happened. He coordinated an appointment with me to bring the car back and said the manager would be expecting me. From the moment I arrived I can tell you they bent over backwards to do much more than fix the things that had been missed in the inspection. The manager said the owner told him I was to be taken care of.On much more thorough reinspection of the car than Id asked for, things were noticed that had nothing to do with why Id sent the email. Those repairs were already being done. One of the things found in the original inspection was a shock was leaking. The manager said let me check, maybe theres a way he could replace both of them under warranty. Before I knew it, new shocks were being put in for me--at no charge.A major problem in the cooling system was now also detected. This was intermittent so it wasnt easy to find. But it would have resulted in the car overheating when the temperature got hot in Arizona and this would have been a very serious issue. The manager told me he couldnt get the part needed while I was there but asked would I return so he could put it in if he ordered it. I did return and he replaced THAT part as well--again, no charge.My car is quite old like I am, so there are still a few minor issues. But I can confidently say that not 5% of the repair facilities in Tucson would have gone to the extent Furrier Tire did for me. Repairs that would have cost me considerable expense out of my pocket were it not for their integrity.I told the manager I wanted to write a review where it would be seen by the most people. I hope I have. While I was sitting in the waiting room on both of the two days while my car was being worked on, I saw several other people checking out and paying for their repairs. They were expressing extreme satisfaction and appreciation for the work done on their cars also.It turned out the call Id received hadnt been from an employee or a manager. It was from one of the owners of the company. My complaint had reached the highest level authority within minutes. So Mr. Furrier, Id like to thank you for what you did. Also thank you Ryan who is the manager, at the Cortaro Road location where all my work was done.I live in Phoenix. And even with the vast number of auto repair businesses located throughout the Phoenix area, if I need any future substantial repairs for my 22 year old car, I will make the trip to Tucson to have my work done at Furrier Tire & Auto.If you take your car there, I think youll find you will be a happy customer. I can recommend them without reservation.

I had a flat on my box van while driving across country. The staff worked on my truck outside because the bay couldnt accommodate the height of my truck. They had me back on the road in no time, very friendly and professional service. Clean facility, an all around great business.

Lifesavers! We are new in town and had a radiator leak. They diagnosed the problem and showed us the location of the leak. A new radiator was installed in less than one hour at a reasonable price. We will take our car to them in the future. Professional and helpful.

I stopped in here today, 11-10-17 to ask about correct wheel fitments for my AWD Q50S.BJ was very helpful, gave me exactly what I needed. I was having some difficulty figuring out how wide of tire I can use on my car, (going a tad bigger than stock fitment) and BJ was able to give me confidence in my decision. Giving me a few recommended sizes I should/could use. Very pleased and will be returning to buy my tires here when my wheels arrive.

They ask for your phone number but never call you

DO NOT BUY Tires from them especially the Yokohama brand. 2 out of the 4 got bubbles on them in less than 2 years there is no warranty except if you pay even more. They only back the tire for 3 months. On top of that they put OLD tires on. They put on tires manufactured in 2011 when I purchased them in 2015. They would not work with me. Will not go back.

So there was a mixup and my car was not ready when it was supposed to be, that being said they were extremely generous in trying to make it up to me. All in all it was a good experience and I will be taking my car back there in the future.

Quick and simple tire pressure monitor sensor change out...wrong!! Initially they didnt have the part and had to order it (hey not everythings going to be in stock). Then the price seemed a little steep (hey quality parts arent cheap). All tolerable I feel. What got me was the service. I was told itd be between 20-30 mins to change out. I get there, I notify the front desk personnel and drop my keys off. Thirty-five minutes later (I like to give the benefit of the doubt) I get up to stretch my legs in the waiting area and see my car is still parked in the EXACT spot Id initially left it. Someone hadnt notified whoever was supposed to change out the part that Id arrived and the car had been there in plain view for over half an hour.I waited about triple the amount of time they had estimated and had to cancel a meeting Id planned. Like I said I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt so I bit my tongue for the time being hoping theyd try and rectify the situation later. Whatd they do....nothing. A superficial sorry was the best they could do.I dont known about you, but Id rather not spend my hard earned money on a place so oblivious to basic customer service. The sensor worked, but just on general principle I wont be back at that location.

Just an awesome place BJ is friendly and courteous his staff bought pizza once for lunch I was waiting for my truck to get the oil changed they offered everyone waiting pizza ....my truck at a later date had really slow leaks in the tires (cactus) so every couple of weeks I would pull in and one of the guys would gladly fill my tires even asked me what psi I wanted and showed me I always come here they are fast usually an hour .....but maybe I should give a bad review so no one comes here so I get even faster better service. Heh heh.
