Manny is always easy to work with and it always feels like more of a friend talking to me about my vehicle, rather than someone who just wants to pull money from you for repairs. The best part, the team listens! They always address all my concerns and they ensure that they get it done right!

Jason Kays, my service advisor, was spot on in the estimate for wait time. He answered questions with professional and helpful advice. He seemed to genuinely care that the car was running correctly and I was happy with it.

VW took great care of our vehicle. My only complaint is that they told me it was ready when in actuality the check engine light was still on. Despite that hiccup, their shuttle was free to and from the dealership and they took care of my car quickly when they realized it wasnt quite finished.

Now on my second VW with Larry H, I have received exceptional care from both my sales advisor Brendan and service advisor Manny. Both have been available, commutative and attentive throughout the buying process and my service needs. Whenever I have a quick question or am in need of a maintenance fix, the boys never fail to get my vehicle in hassle free.

We made an appointment to repair a window that would not go up. We stopped in first to see if they could fit us in since the car is not drivable without ac at this time of year. We were told it would be three days until they could fit us in so we made an appointment. We dropped the car off at the appointment time and did not hear back at all that day. After multiple calls - we were told that they didn’t have a chance to look at the car at all on our appointment day. They finally diagnosed it the following day and a part had to be ordered. That took an additional two days and the repair was complete over one week after the appointment day. After receiving the car - we realized that an error was made and now the car won’t unlock from the inside of the drivers side. Soooooo now we need to take it back in. Incredibly frustrating experience!

Have been going here for a long time. Staff and location is nice. Can’t seem to get them to rotate tires but that’s ok, it’s free at discount tire. Had a rattle and my rattle warranty was expiring in 1k miles. They said they were too busy to look at it. No loaner cars available and couldn’t do it on a Saturday. Called Chapman VW, they will take car of it on a Saturday and Uber me home. Would think Larry h Miller would have tried a little harder since I bought it there last year.
