My husband and I ordered flowers ahead of time for his moms birthday today, since we are out of town and cannot be there with her; and we are actually pretty upset with how sad the florals look. My mother owns a flower shop in IL so I am super familiar with having to use what you have in stock to be as similar to the photo as possible, but unfortunately this is really underwhelming and has hardly any contrast of colors in flowers like the example. I was searching for a flower arrangement for a family member who was just realeased from the hospital.I no long shop with 1800-Flowers and ProFlowers arrives in bud form, not already bloomed. With this in mind, I decided to choose a Tucson local florist. I found 3 other florists before this one and those 3 florists’ websites looked the same so it made me untrusting of their business. When I looked at Casas Adobes Flower Shop website, I was pleased at how easy it was to navigate. It was also unique to the others.I purchased the “Freshly Picked Basket” with a Mylar balloon. When I received photos of the delivered arrangement I was stunned to see that it looked almost exactly like the photo they had on the website! It was quite possibly even more stunning than the website photo! If I ever purchase flowers again when in the Tucson area, Casas Adobes Flower Shop will get my business, without a doubt.I do believe the Mylar balloon was too expensive but I purchased it anyway because I felt the arrangement needed something extra.

I live in Nashville, TN and wanted to send flowers to my daughter in Tucson, AZ to brighten her day. I researched on line and was impressed with the Casas Adobes Flower Shop website and location to where I wanted the flowers delivered - just about 2 blocks away. I called and spoke to Shasta, explained what I wanted, I order flowers by 9:30 am. I was told that they will take care of it right away. I even mentioned that the reason I chose their business was because of the close proximity to my daughters work and that I wanted them delivered there quickly.I waited several hours and I heard nothing about the flowers being delivered. I called Casas Adobes at 1:30 pm and talked to Sarah. She tells me that the flowers are being delivered and that they are in route and should be delivered very shortly. I explained my extreme displeasure at the length of time it is taking to get the flowers delivered 2 blocks.I FINALLY get notification that the flowers were delivered at 4 pm.It took 6 and 1/2 HOURS to deliver flowers 2 blocks. So, instead of my daughter enjoying the flowers all day, she got to take not-to-fresh flowers after being in a delivery truck for hours home.I attempted to post a review on the Casas Adobes web site and it will only allow 5 star posts to be posted. Anything less forces you to send a message to the owner. So only the 5 STAR are visible to the viewers and all the accurate, unpleasant experiences reviews are hidden.If they had told me that it would take ALL DAY TO GET MY FLOWERS DELIVERED, I would have hired an Uber. I could have bought flowers from Phoenix and they could have been delivered to Tucson quicker than ordering them from Casas Adobes Flower Shop and wanted them delivered 2 blocks away. Not impressed with the arrangement nor the delivery. And NEVER trust a business that will not post ALL the REVIEWS. What are they hiding?Follow up - 2/18/2021I was contacted by Shasta this morning regarding the flower delivery issue. She took full responsibility for the issue. She explained that the designer made the arrangement immediately and that there was a mishap with the delivery. She apologized immensely and even offered to refund the cost of the order - Which I refused. We need to support small businesses. I also mentioned about the issue with the website only accepting 5 star reviews . Apparently it is that way so the business can have a chance to make sure every customer 100% satisfied . If customers have a negative review, then they can post it on Google like I have done.So - the bottom line -Yes there was some mis-communication that led to false expectations.Yes - there was a delivery issue - was it avoidable - no.Was it there fault - noBut did they apologize and take full responsibility - YESDid they offer to make it right and make me 100% satisfied . YESWill I do business with them again - Yes - even more so .This is a business that actually cares about its customers - new and old.Most businesses would not even bother with the reviews, nevermind taking the time to call the customer and doing everything that they can to make them 100% satisfied.Thank you Shasta for being the kind of employee that you are!

This is my second time ordering from Casas Adobes Flower Shop and the process has been so easy and convenient. The cost is comparable to other flower delivery services but I chose Casa Adobes because it is local. Both times, the flowers were fresh, beautiful, and almost exactly like what was pictured on the website. For Mothers Day - the site warned that due to limited availability because of the pandemic, they couldnt guarantee the arrangement. But what my mother received was all beautiful roses, just like the photo on the website showed.

I ordered a Mothers Day bouquet online for delivery, they went above and beyond to make sure to let me know there would be a delay and asked if they could deliver them the day after. The bouquet was a florist pick. My mom loved them, they were gorgeous.

My wife made a phone call to Casas Adobes Flowers and they immediately rectified the situation and had new flowers back to her within 12 hours. It was my daughters birthday earlier this month and I needed to send flowers, stat. I called Casas Adobes and they were willing and able to help. The kind, patent associate stayed on the phone with me (twice) to make sure I chose the arrangement that fit--and we settled on a bromeliad in a glass vase that would last. Whats more, the plant arrived at its destination not only the same day, but within the hour. As a former magazine journalist, Ive travelled all over the world and enjoyed some of the finer things -- and this is some of the best service Ive received anywhere. I have ordered for delivery on the small island in Hawaii called Kauai and no problem. I have done the ordering mostly over the internet with no problem. They are quite reliable.

I received a beautiful arrangement from Casas Adobes for my birthday, and unlike some other florists delivering in Tucson, they promised to make sure that I was home instead of leaving the flowers on my doorstep to wilt in the 100+ temperatures. The flowers were beautiful and as my boyfriend requested, many touches of purple flowers were included. Shasta was especially helpful. I see the store offers a guarantee so with that and as many great reviews as they get, how can you go wrong?

Very unprofessional delivery personnel who became agitated when informed of what location the flowers needed to be delivered. He approached several medical professionals who were rounding on patients and even after explaining they were not employees of the facility, he complained that he normally just drops them off. Apparently he would rather disrupt patient care than perform the job he was hired to do. After delivering the flowers he returned and continued to complain loudly in the facility lobby in front of patients and visitors.

I was doing an order for a friend who just lost his partner of many years online. When I tried to complete I got an error message saying I needed to chose another day for delivery. I called the shop and a gentleman told me that the system cuts off deliveries at 10 a.m. and I missed it by 2 minutes but he would change it to ensure delivery today instead. Casas Adobes has been my florist go to for many years. My folks live in AZ and I dont. I can count on them to deliver and have the flowers fresh and the arrangements are always beautiful. Always appreciate their help.

June 26 would have been my parents 59th Wedding Anniversary. Unfortunately, my Dad passed away last October. Its been a tough road for all of us, but I wanted to let my Mom know that I was thinking about her and that Dad would always be around us. Since she lives in Tucson, I wanted to send something from a floral shop in the area. I am SO grateful I found Casas Adobes! This is by far the best florist in Tucson! I know I can always rely on them for good customer service, and their selection of gifts and flowers is top notch. Very reasonable prices as well! I will continue to use Casa Adobes for my flower and gift basket needs!

I love this florist! I dont live in Tucson, but send flowers to my mother for different events. I always have her send a picture of the item once she receives it. I am never disappointed, and she absolutely loves her flowers every time!

Having a loved one in a local Tucson Hospital I was looking for a local florist to send flowers for me. I have a stateside billing address but am currently out of the country. I found Casa Adobes Flower Shops site online...they did an EXCELLENT JOB. I couldnt ask for better or more professional service. I will use them again if need be and will certainly recommend them to others. Job well done !!!!!
