Ive been to this Batteries Plus before. They are always friendly and helpful. Today, I was asking about a battery for my Iphone 6. They couldve just sold me the battery, but showed me on the phone why the battery was draining. Why when I really need to pay for something there, I trust them.

I looked online, saw what I wanted, called to be sure the inventory was correct. Went to the store and they had exactly what I wanted and the staff helped me unload my heavy battery cores and even heavier replacement batteries. I also learned I could have had my car key fob reprogrammed there. I went to the car dealer and paid a pretty penny.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone 7. I made an appointment online. Even though I showed up 15 minutes early I was taken care of right then and there. I was given a time when the phone would be ready. When I returned at that time it was ready and works just fine. It’s like having a new phone. Thank you Batteries Plus!

Happy with my service and the product. Brought in my old battery, they tested it and werent able to say if it was the battery or not. The clerk let me know that it might be my alternator and what the return policy was in case the battery didnt fix the problem. The new battery has worked like a champ.

Horrible experience! Customers Beware! I took my iPhone 7 to get a battery replacement and called ahead to make sure they had time as well as an estimated time of completion to which I was quoted an hour. I go in and they check the phone is working and that it has no damage. I come back in about 40-50 minutes. The clerk lets me know it is done and hands me my phone to which I immediately see the dreaded unable to activate touch ID on this iPhone which tells me first of all the employee never even checked if the phone was in proper working order after the repair or even notated any issues. Right away I let her know it is not okay and it needs to be fixed to which she seems surprised. She says she can try to fix it but needs to help others customers first. Almost two hours later she comes back and hands me my phone which immediately I can tell they replaced my screen with a cheap 3rd party screen. The whole point of having an iPhone is the high quality screens they come with and the accurate colors. I let her know this is not okay and the whole point of bringing them my phone to replace the battery is because I thought they knew what they were doing to which she offers a $10 discount. I asked to speak to the manager which she said he wasnt working at the time and had to call him which she would have go to the back of the store for 10 mins at a time to contact him. The cherry on top was there was no sorry or lets see how we can help you just a if you dont wanna pay for the service we can re-install the original screen and battery so the best way they could help me is by having me use a broken phone screen with a broken home button and battery that needs to be replaced. Their manager NEVER tried to reach out to me to make things right. I even suggested I completely understand things happen but would need an oem screen replacement and they said they could only source used parts which if its works is fine by me but then said they couldnt do that either. All I can say if you use this store for batteries/replacements/repairs you are taking the chance they will damage your items and then offer $10 discount and stare out you without any empathy. Horrible business ethics as well customer service. Customers Beware.

The people at this location know how to do their jobs. And, they treat their customers with respect. Everyone at this location deserves a raise and a promotion. They already have my respect and future business.

Excellent service and knowledge.Took in an old generator battery, not sure if it was worth charging. Tech hooked up test equipment and indicated it just might be saved with a slow trickle charge. If it didnt work he had a step down and like battery waiting . Td me to slow charge it fir 22 hours and see. Still charging. Great service

Current CDC guidelines are clear now, you are NOT required to wear a mask if you are vaccinated! Even President Biden says this! I went into Frys right before this store and they had a sign: If you are vaccinated a mask is not required Apparently Batteries Plus does NOT follow the science. Not only that but they are extremely rude about it! So I walked right out there are plenty of other stores I can get my batteries from where the employees are more concerned about my business than whether or not Im wearing a face diaper. I was also the only person in the store at the time aside from the employee. The employees were extremely rude and condescending and clearly did NOT want my business.

They were very helpful checking out a charger for a USB that fit into my wheelchair. Wanted to make sure I wouldnt hurt the wheelchair battery with the thing.The man at the counter set my mind at ease. Very helpful indeed. 👍🏼👏🏼👩🏼‍🦽

So I first came to this location to have my iPhone XS Max battery replaced back on September 1st. I can’t say I was exactly impressed with replacement as with most companies they gave an estimate time for repairs which was an hour. Almost 2 hours later they are still working on it, which is not an issue, that’s fine. I received my phone back, and took it home. A couple of days after I noticed that my phone was acting up so I did a full inspection and found when the phone was shaken ever so slightly I could hear it rattle. I know this is not normal since everything is placed down with adhesive. I immediately called and notified them of the issue and I was even less impressed by the fact I made an appointment to get it looked at and with an appointment they quoted a 2 hour wait..... I left to run a couple errands and then was inconvenienced again to have a phone call 30 minutes later saying it was done, so at this point I was seriously not impressed by the apparent lack of communication the techs and front staff had. I went to pick up my phone and was told the issue was they “forgot” to pull the film off the adhesive so the components were loose in the phone. Fast forward a week I noticed my battery not lasting as long as it should and notify the location of the issues and at this point I’m not gonna go back down so I ask for a refund and they refuse so I live with the issue till about a week ago so on 11/17 I called in the evening and requested the repair be done cause it’s not to my satisfaction and I have warranty for 6 months. Not only did they say they never worked on it but they said I canceled the work on it but that I canceled it in store. Never again will I go here.

The variety of product is very impressive. Pricing seems in line with what the internet has to offer. Got assistance from an associate that the charger I selected via the home page of Batteries Plus was not the best suited for the battery I purchased and I appreciated the assistance.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I entrusted them to do a simple recell of a pleo battery (no longer available for purchase) and they admitted they THREW OUT a key part of the battery, which was a speciality temperature sensor, and made my battery worthless and UNUSEABLE. DONT RISK IT. My $600 robot dinosaur is useless now. Thanks. Great service.

My parents live in an assisted living apartment. The staff at Batteries Plus provided exceptional service. Because of the pandemic and their facility’s lockdown rules my mom couldn’t leave to pick up her repaired iPad. Batteries Plus agreed to take it to her. Impressive!

The whole process from curb service, because I havent been in a store since Feb. due to COVID, to having my iPhone 6 inspected and battery installed was quite enjoyable. The woman (forgot her name--shes the weekend manager) was very pleasant and professional. I thought Id have to get a new cell phone, but your tech verified that my phone works fine and installed the battery with no problems. I put off getting a new battery because I heard horror stories about going to Apple/Verizon. Wish I had known months ago that you provided the service. Yes, I highly recommend.

The people who run this place are knowledgeable and helpful. Service is cheerful, efficient, and kind. They do what they say they are going to do. I brought my laptop in for a battery replacement, and the work was done promptly, and meanwhile the technician also blew out years of accumulated dirt from inside the computer and gave me useful information about the best way to charge the new battery. Their stock looked ample and I will certainly go back when I need bulbs or batteries for anything (car key fob, electronic scale, car, etc.)

Starting with the website, calls to the store, to being onsite to get my F150 battery replaced.I compared prices online and narrowed it down to an Energizer AGM at Batteries Plus.I called to verify it was in stock and could be installed that day and got to talk to Gordy who insured me it was.Upon arrival later that day, Gordy was the one that took care of me at the register and replaced my battery. I was in and out with a new battery installed within thirty minutes.Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable ... I would absolutely recommend batteries plus and especially this location to anyone !

Staff was very friendly, pricing and coupon were great, phone repair was done promptly and correctly.

We were served by a female staff member, who was chill, competent, and knew what she was doing. We were there for laptop batteries, which they had to order and would arrive in about 2 weeks. The charge was about $145 for the installation. To be fair, our laptops *are* 10+ years old. But $145 when wed have to wait 2 weeks didnt feel very good.The line and the wait was surprisingly long, given the small scale of the store. Part of the problem stemmed from them having only one computer to do orders and price lookups on. I personally dont mind waiting (Im a millennial with a smartphone, after all), but if youre in a rush, this place probably shouldnt be your first stop.All in all, though, a pretty decent place to service electronics.

I rarely leave poor reviews on Google, I give the benefit of the doubt and realize everyone has bad days. The first time I went to this location was to have a remote programmed and an emergency keyblade cut. The only reason I gave two stars was for the young man who helped me, although seemed fairly new, he was efficient and did the job well. And with a fair amount of customer service skills. While waiting over half an hour to have a key cut, Im assuming it wasnt his fault just how long it takes, the MANAGER started dropping f-bombs 5 ft away from me and my 4-year-old daughter while talking smack about another customer. I get it he was frustrated but you dont use that kind of language around your customers and their children.My second visit a week later was to have a second key cut, which demonstrated a manager sets the tone for the store. Customer service was a bit lacking. The young lady who I interacted with said Well, youll have to sign a waiver. Like I was a child. after the third time I told her I would like to drop my key off because it takes a heck of a long time to cut them. She said well I cant guarantee it will work if I cant test it on the vehicle. I said can you cut the key, and we can test it when I pick it up, right?I was told whatever floats your boat. All together it was less than what I have come to expect from a chain that has survived for so long. This flavor of customer service was not only religated to me, both times I was in the store, there were elderly being helped with a condescending tone, treating them with disrespectful impatients. This store needs to figure out who keeps them employed. Do better Batteries plus Bulbs.

Although I did order batteries from your store, I was disappointed that once I was there to pick up my order, I found out that the store did not have all of the batteries that I had ordered. I was told that I would have to wait until an employee had to deliver the batteries from another store. That was inconvenient. I should have been either sent a text or called to let me know before I arrived since the web site indicated that all batteries that I had ordered were in stock when I purchased them.

Had what I needed when you think others should have had but didnt

Ordered online late in the evening and got a call first thing the next morning to let me know they had to order half my request. He was helpful, offered to cancel my order if I chose, or I could wait for items to come in, also he had a comparable item in stock should I choose to go that way. He offered me the 10% any way I went, I went in in the afternoon after work and picked up the in store item and the half I ordered online ( they’ll call when other half is in) and at the last minute remembered I needed a “button” type battery for one of my remotes, which the second gentleman helped me locate. They were personable and helpful. I think they are knowledgeable on many types of batteries and I highly recommend this store.

Purchased a car battery and after 5 months would not hold a charge. Was told to bring the battery in and they would test it. They charged the battery and it tested fine according to them and said it could be the car. Car only has 34,000 miles and when I purchased another new battery from a auto parts store I have not had any issues. You decide, but I know I will never by anything from them because they do not stand behind their so called warranty. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM. AUTO PARTS STORE GAVE ME JUST AS GOOD PRICE AND THEIR BATTERY ACTUALLY WORKS

Online order with in store pick up. Easy process and nice customer service. The order was ready in under an hour and I used a coupon from the site to save 10%. Battery was priced well and 25$ cheaper than Cycle Gear. They had the exact one I needed and accepted my old one. Popped the new in my motorcycle and is was good as new! Ill definitely be using this store again.

I went to replace my IPhone 7 Plus battery at this location. I waited for 4 hours. The skinny guy replaced the battery and gave gave back which was completely died. He blamed my phone had a problem. He tried several times, removed wax from the original hardware parts.Then he put my old battery. It worked well. Finally, he knew that his new battery wasn’t working. Again he blamed company default. On the next day I went to the Apple store. They were able to trade my phone with iPhone 11. 64 GB. They were ready to give $200 but they couldn’t unlocked the phone because the battery and bulb messed up my phone removing wax from the phone. I want to request you guys. Please, be sure yourself what you’re going to do. Try to use your common sense please.

2 months and two weeks left on a 12 volt 40 month, Full replacement battery. Left the battery for 24 hours for full Evaluation. Battery showed 10.3 volts charge and over 100 cranking amps below max. after being charged over 6 hours. Manager would not honor the Replacement warranty stating that 10.3 volts was probably good enough. Do not buy this product. They make YOU out to be negligent.

I called and spoke to Dan to check availability of a seal battery for my 06 Road Star motorcycle. Dan quickly confirmed there were 9 available. I drove there and bought an AMERICAN made battery with a 2 year warranty and took it home to install it. All taken care of in under an hour. Thank you for stocking all the various batteries. The staff is very knowledgeable and give great advice even if it is not to their advantage for sales purposes. They took back a laptop battery I got which turned out not to be the problem. We go there whenever we need advice or special things.
