Went to get a patch done. I scheduled an appointment so my wait wasnt long. After an hour of waiting I asked how much longer. They informed me its a two hour wait. I informed them I had an appointment. So this messed up I ended up being there for almost to hours. They did acknowledge there mistake and Apologized and pulled my car back. But told me they couldnt patch the tire. Later I was able to get a patch done for 20 bucks at a different auto shop

Waited for 3 hours, when employees were just standing around talking to each other and joking around instead of attending to the cars before me. The lady at the register had a bad attitude and kept telling me, your car is not ready when I wasnt even asking. workers keep touching their faces without cleaning their hands or using sanitizer then grabbing keys and the computers. Very disappointed.

Went for a tire change. 40 minutes later I get a call about a broken a wheel stud, saying they didnt do it. Now Im SOL and shelling out another $70 to get it changed. I would recommend taking pictures of everything before handing your car over... and probably avoiding this Walmart.

Waited 10 minutes for service in deli department while your employee chatted away. And then carried on cleaning. Comes up with same gloves cuts my meat asked for a pound and a half got a pound didn’t even bother correcting him at this point. I’ll go back to the Walmart by my house where the service is a hell of a lot better

They do not inspect the vehicle as they should doing an oil change. Air filter was incredibly dirty but I overlooked it after getting my oil changed 3 times here. Reading the reviews I should have known the level of incompetence. This has caused my vehicle to have other issues.

The auto center needs to update there times. Sunday it states opens at 7AM. Thats a lie Its after 7 and the doors arent open. Update your times or open on time.

They are the worst they help people that got here after me this is twice that its happened, I was waiting there for 4 hours. Its good to shop while youre waiting for your car to be fixed but they really expect you to shop for 4 hours

Every single member of this auto center and store as a whole, has gone above and beyond services provided for us in our time of need! They didnt have the battery we needed and wanted to be sure our vehicle would stay on the road so the manager, Cory I believe, had the service manager Chris go to a competitor to pick up the correct battery for us! Unfortunately the wrong battery caused the starter to seize so we also replaced the starter. But Wal-Mart employees were super helpful and genuinely cared. THANK YOU SO MUCH WAL-MART AUTO CARE CENTER!

I witnessed a new level of incompetency today at the Foothills Mall Walmart automotive center. I drove up to get an oil change. Then, after waiting several minutes in my car a woman came over and asked what I needed. When I told her I just needed an oil change, she told me to come inside so that she could get my info and take my key. I proceeded to follow her inside, told her I needed a high-mileage oil change, and gave her my key. She told me, and I quote, It shouldnt be too long. I proceeded to slowly do some shopping in the store, knowing it could take a little while. I returned over an hour later, to which she said, Its not quite done yet, and went outside to check on it. Another gentleman came along and asked if I needed help and I told him I just wanted to know how much longer my car would be. He then went outside and came back and told me, The technician just returned from break, he should be able to pull it in in 45 minutes. THIS WAS AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER ID DROPPED IT OFF! I told him that I wasnt about to stick around. He got my key and I left. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

I would give negative stars if I could. I took my vehicle in to have the oil changed and a few weeks later the differential in my car failed because they had drained all the fluid from it.When the differential failed, I took it to a reputable transmission shop and they reported to me that there was no fluid in the differential which caused it to fail. They also said there was no evidence of a leak and that there were fresh tool marks on the drain plug.I filed an insurance claim with Walmart which was denied so I took them to Small Claims court. Unfortunately I lost the case because I couldnt prove beyond a shadow of doubt that they (Walmart) were responsible.Ive owned the vehicle for 5 years and have never had a problem with the transmission or differential. The day I had the oil changed it made a grinding noise for a few seconds and then nothing again until the day it failed completely.Without a doubt they drained the fluid from the differential because they didnt know what they were doing and then failed to refill it because they couldnt find the fill plug. Rather than own up to it they covered it up and in this case they got away with it.If you value your vehicle dont take it to this center for any kind of work.

I came in to get a replacement tire and was quoted one price, then told another price on a different tire after they got our van in. I agreed because I needed to get the tire replaced quickly and no other places nearby had the right size in stock.After more than an hour I looked out the service door window just in time to discover them replacing the wrong tire. They were trying to replace a good tire instead of the one with the obvious nail in it.After I caught the error and let them know, the service manager was apologetic and did take the balancing fee off the cost, but I’m terrified to think what might have happened to my wife and kids had the bad tire blown out or gone flat on the freeway after they replaced the wrong tire and I not been there to catch it. I probably won’t be back again.

Spent over $500.00 on tires and an oil change. Service manager told me 1hr. 45 min. Came back at about that time truck isn’t even on the lift yet. They proceed to tell me it’s gonna be another hr. Needless to say I think they need some different management and an evaluation of there policies and procedures. Don’t think I’ll ever be here again.

I recently bought a set of tires here and even tho the price went up a little, the Dept manager Jonathan gave me them for the price I was given a few days before. He also pinted out a promotion for no interest when purchased on my Walmart card. Done quickly!! Great service! Thank you Jonathan!!

The were semi fast and got the job done but as far as being friendly and having decent customer service they need some serious improvement. They act like they dont want to work, which honestly they probably dont they probably make the same just standing around maybe some commission would be a good source of motivation.

I called to get a I quote to remount tires on a small trailer. They gave me a good quote but when I got here they would not do it because they dont have the equipment for that. They had me take the tires off myself in the parking lot so they could remount the tires. Its been over one and a half hours to do that and to change the oil in my truck. Still waiting.Poor service! Not coming back here again!Its been two hours and still waiting!!!!They did apologize and didnt charge me so Ill give them that.

Brought in a tire that I purchased from this location (3 months ago) to fix a small leak. I was told they couldnt fix it but would be happy to sell me a new tire. No but Thank you. Took the same tire down the road to a real shop and they fixed it for me no problems. They were confused as to why you all couldnt fix it for me. They also showed me where it was leaking. The leak wasnt even in the same spot that I was told by YOUR EMPLOYEES...

They didn’t have the tool to take my tire off... told me to go to discount tire to get the part I needed for my tires to come off my car.... like how does a tote center not have the part you need to get tires off cars?!?!?!? This place is a joke...original install programmed the pressure sensors in the wrong tires and now its a 3 hour wait to get a flat repair because they only have one person working at the busiest time of day. Not the first time either that its been a long wait because of short staff.

Theyve turned me down before because they were understaffed. Im pretty sure the guy working there just didnt want to actually work all day. They also always say itll be a long wait. Theyll say that almost everytime. I really feel like the people are just lazy and try to get you to leave. One time my supposedly 4 hour wait only took 30 minutes so theyre lying half the time Im sure about being backed up and understaffed. Lately its been getting better though but they still suck.

Tech took my keys.....had to wait for him to return so they can start on my vehicle. Another customer got passed over for an oil change then another guy bought 2 new tires, wanted the most worn to be replaced but guess what, they replace the 2 good tires....good thing the customer caught it.

I wish I could give them a no star because two workers quoted me two different prices one said 235 for four tires then the other one said 86 bucks for each tire so I was expecting to pay around 300 bucks or 350 the least bit I got my receipt and it said I owed 436 bucks and he was trying to charge me 472 bucks so he thought just because I was a woman Im stupid apparently. For my tires then the manager quoted twice as much as both of them and he was basically saying I was lying that I didnt get those quotes from the workers what happened to customers are always right he was basically calling me a liar and I wasnt okay with that and the coworker lied saying he didnt give me that quote I dont recommend ever coming here again not even for groceries Im taking my business else where from now on. Their customer service was inadequate and dreadful and horrific and shame on that manager for not showing obvious customer satisfaction.

My drivers side headlight went out on my Acura TL, after purchasing replacement bulbs on Amazon, I quickly realized that on Acura TLs its a rather lengthy process. After calling Meineke and a few other auto places who quoted me $100+, I decided to give Walmart Auto a try. They quoted me $7 and I decided to give them a chance and sure enough, a few hours later my bulbs have been replaced. They saved me tons and Im really pleased.
