Placed an order in store for in store pickup. Waited over a week and decided to call to check on my order. I was told that i would receive a call but never did. So i figured i would check. Found out my order was never placed, but i had paid for the shoes anyway. The manager was nice enough to order the shoes from a nearby city to rush the order. Really irritating that the employees arent trained right.

I went to champs, looking for some Timberlands boots. They NEVER have them every time I go into the store. So, I went to Journeys and asked for the specific boot. THEY HAD MY SIZE AND COLOR!!! Brand new, never been touched!! U can tell because they had been wrapped in a plastic individually. Thanks Journeys!!!
