Visiting Tucson for a friends wedding. Finished up a hike near by and came here for some breakfast. Such a great idea. Parking we tight, but managed to get inside parking there is street parking available. Menu is straight forward. I opted for the burrito with Bacon and sausage in it extra cost of $1.10 for extra meat, but well worth it. I went ahead and got the Horchesso the wife got the Hocho Brew both really great coffees. The burritos were amazing by far the highlight of our trip. They perfectly grilled and the meats along with the egg, cheese and beans we a great touch. Be advised we though one order of a burrito you get one whole burrito, but nope you get 2 small ones (awesome!). Highly recommend coming here you will not be disappointed!

This is the best burrito I have ever had. The chorizo burrito with the grilled tortilla was excellent. Full of meat and so flavorful. The lattes are phenomenal as well. The customer service is five star. They went above and beyond and were so friendly. We had our dog with us and they made sure to serve him up a pup cup with our order!

Best coffee and service! If youre looking for a little Mexican twist in your morning coffee, this is the place. Expect to wait in line unless you get lucky. This place is very popular and rightly so!

This place was recommended by this is Tucson on our Instagram. The main reason for me was an horchata cold brew coffee. Its actually really good, and the the size was pretty big for a medium. We also orders a breakfast burrito and a quesadia, they are not big breakfast burrito. They come in two to make up for the size of the burrito and the quesadia also come in two. There is outside seating( about 4 tables) with some shade with no misters or fans outside. Over all a good place to try out.

Food was fresh and tasted great. They have never disappointed. Wife loves the coffee from here.

This little place not too far from UofA is a hidden gem. Get ready for a big line on weekend mornings - which is telling. Because the Burritos and Tamales are amazing! Hit the spot. Good coffee too. Very friendly service.

This place is sooo good! We were travling through and just wanted some coffee. But come to find out they have vegan options for their burritos as well, so we couldnt pass that up. Best choice we ever made, because those burritos (they come with 2) are TO DIE FOR! Oh and their coffee was also just as good!

We love Barista! Its a drive for us but its worth it. The food is reasonably priced and its delicious! The peanut butter frapp and the Barrio tea is our favorite drinks! The staff is always friendly. Definitely recommend it if youre in Tucson!

My only complaint about barista del barrio is that i wish they were open 7 days a week! they have the best breakfast ever. their croissant sandwiches are so ridiculously good that my mouth is watering just thinking about them! i love that they have lots of vegetarian and non vegetarian options, theres truly something for everyone.

Great last coffee in Tucson before I head back to the east coast! Loved the chill outside setting and the 2000 r&b playing. Ordered an almond milk hazelnut latte and it wasnt too sweet which I like. The service was friendly. All in all a great place for a no frills delicious latte!!

The churro and filling were really good. Tried the breakfast burrito with no meat and breakfast burrito with chorizo. They were both really good, but I personally would have preferred less chorizo and more cheese in mine. Similarly, the no-meat breakfast burrito could have used more cheese. But the quality and flavors were all top notch, and Id come back again (and order a little differently than standard if I can). I was surprised each order came with 2 burritos, but the size was perfect, and I really liked that it was split.

A little hidden gem. Used to live down the street, but only recently learned about this place, which is probably better for my waistline. Burritos were great, you get two mini burritos which are grilled so the tortilla is soft and delicious. I got the bacon, my husband the chorizo, both very meaty! I also recommend the horchesso, and espresso latte with horchata flavor. Get it with almond milk, its AMAZING!

Burritos come 2 to an order and are filling as well as customizable though I recommend to get with everything. Salsa is hot and flavorful, not a wimpy version. Surprise was the croissant cream cheese and jelly pastries. Very yummy. Prices are great. During busy periods, can be a wait. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Barista Del Barrio is the perfect neighborhood coffee shop for bringing a community together. Ive visited before when they were working out of a tiny trailer in front of their existing location and enjoyed my experience. Now that they have a permanent location they have picked it up a notch in efficiency. Ariana, who works the window, was exceptionally cordial, and even yelled back and told the kitchen to make my Chorizo y Huevo Burrito extra special for the new guys! I must say that the Burrito was Tasty! Seating is limited and only outdoors, and not sure if they had wifi there. Barista Del Barrio has some of the best breakfast burritos in town. I get the bacon burrito with everything on it with 2 salsas and a large Iced Hocho (coffee with horchata... delicious) the result is Two half sized burritos wrapped in one foil package with perfectly crispy bacon, deliciously sautéed potatoes, scrambled eggs and beans. The burritos are made in a panini press to add a little extra crunch. Theyre perfect sized so one burrito tides you over till lunch and one can be lunch but its hard to stop at just one burrito in one sitting. Highly recommend!

I never usually leave reviews, but I feel like I have to after this experience: We ordered two lattes and one tamale. After watching about 10 people get there food and drinks, and waiting almost 40 mins, we asked for a refund and left. Worst customer service Ive experienced in Tucson. There no reason anyone should have wait 40 mins for coffee (especially while watching them serve coffee to other customers). I feel like they only treated us that way because of our skin color. Never coming back to this restaurant!

Ordered a 96oz coffee for a piano recital potluck and the coffee was amazing!! The burritos taste the way they would in Mexico. Fresh flour tortillas that are the perfect consistency. The beans taste like my grandma just made them. The parking lot situation was a little bit of a surprise but found a spot a couple blocks away. Waited about 20 minutes but it was worth it. Good job!!! Great experience.

Ive been coming here since 2017 and my faves are the horchata iced coffee, and green chili and corn tamales. I also really like the banana nut muffin. At todays visit I had my pup and they offered us a pup cup and water bowl so I really liked that also. I also love their breakfast burritos and anyone I know who like coffee Ive told them about it, and they all keep going back.

One of the best places for breakfast in Tucson. If there is a line, then it is definitely worth the wait.

We placed a normal order of two coffees on the menu and waited approximately 25 minutes while we were skipped by three people what ordered coffee and food. The wait was unusual, then once we received our coffee when identified that were skipped, the coffee came out in 2 minutes but the coffee tasted extremely sugary. Could not taste any coffee present. Very unsatisfied with the quality and wait time. We don’t usually comment but this is sad, we want to support local businesses but not when we get service like this. I will stick with Crave Coffee on Broadway, how disappointing. Was hoping to have a place close by home.

This place has very little parking spaces, if any, and customers find themselves blocking residents and other businesses parking lots and drive ways, including a place of worship nearby. This business should not have received a license to operate knowing the parking frustration it causes on the people who live on Delaware St.

Honestly I CANNNOOOOTTTT get enough of this ADORABLE coffee shop!!!!!!I LOVE their frappes!! Size is enormous for the size!!! I am in love with the price wise for the food they had presented me every single time I order. They NEVER disappoint me with food and drinks. Once I left my full cup of horchata espresso frappe on the top of my truck and it fell off and they gave me new one right away. If you are a regular, they will remember you! This is a great place to get breakfast. I have not tried their lunch. They have above average service. I would not have expected such great results from a walk up to the window service kind of place. The breakfast burritos were awesome. I will definitely try this place again in the future.

Incredible Breakfast burritos for an incredible price!

We got cold brew coffee and some breakfast burritos and loved them both. Their chorizo is delicious and the burritos are slightly grilled to give them a nice crisp. A burrito comes as two small ones that could be easily split with someone. Perfect for adding a pastry to your breakfast.
