Yum, yum, yum.... everything my family has eaten here is great. Sandwiches, salad, cookies, and cupcakes all delicious and fresh. I usually also get some bargain day old goods too because they are still yummy after a day. Great vegan options too!! I had the vegan rainbow sandwich on sourdough warmed up a bit and I had a taste of gluten free heaven.

I ordered GF/dairy free cupcakes and cookies for a potluck…needless to say they were a huge hit! SO yummy. Ordering was quick and seamless and they were able to accommodate my order same day (minus the cake pops. those need a day in advance). Also, staff were friendly and great! Would definitely go back!

Was traveling with my girlfriend when we found this place. Shes allergic to dairy and gluten intolerant so she has a hard time eating out and finding what she really wants.She was so excited about all of options here. Stuff she never gets to order.My problem with a lot of health/vegan food places is finding something for me to eat. That wasnt the case here. I had the breakfast sandwich that was absolutely delicious.Staff was friendly and we wish this place wasnt days away from where we live. Its worth a try. You wont regret it.

Gluten-free heaven!!Ive been gluten free for quite a few years now, and while I enjoy baking and am able to make my own gluten free treats, its always awesome to find some already made, especially on vacation.I bought a cinnamon roll, a chocolate eclair, and some day-old pumpkin bread and cupcakes. The cinnamon roll was rather dry, but I liked the fact that it didnt have a ton of frosting on it and wasnt overly sweet. The chocolate eclair, however, was absolutely amazing! The pumpkin bread was delicious and moist. My gluten-eating husband loved the eclair and pumpkin bread also, we definitely plan to return!

Such an awesome place. Im gluten sensitive and allergic to dairy. I dont feel like there bread is a substitute at all its that good.

1 Star because the girl who we first spoke to and ordered through was very kind -- missed her name.My mother ordered my wedding cake through dedicated via phone correspondence -- told the person who answered the phone what we wanted, she said no problem we can definitely do that. We were quoted $100 for the cake, which was no problem we were willing to pay that price.My mother got a call the day before the cake was due to be picked up saying that the person who took down the cake order didnt know what she was doing and wrote down the order wrong, and the baker was confused and had no idea what we wanted. My mother explained again that we wanted a chocolate cake with vanilla frosting, naked frosted with some peach colored florals on top.We sent someone to pick up the cake for us as were 2 hours away from the bakery -- and it our mistake for not having him check the cake when he picked it up because we got the cake home and opened the box and the ENTIRE THING WAS NEON ORANGE. Not even close to peach but ORANGE. I had to go out and buy supplies to salvage this cake as it was a DISASTER! -- not to mention it was completely lopsided, the layers were not level at all. Picture is attached to show (post attempt to salvage, so it is pink instead of orange)I received the cake on 10/18, and on that same day I called multiple times and got a voicemail every time I called. Finally I left a message explaining that this cake was NOT right and that something needed to be done about it. I paid $100 and tipped $20 just to go out and spend another $50 on supplies to make the cake even somewhat resemble what I had asked for.DEDICATED HAS IGNORED MY VOICEMAIL AND HAS NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME. IT IS NOW 10/22. They can post on their social media pages but cant answer an upset customers voicemail? I think that is completely unprofessional, 0/10 for customer service. I will NEVER spend my money here again!!!

Really beautiful gluten-free products! I was impressed that the coffee cake didnt have a gritty texture that can be so common in gf bakes. I also got a muffin, and two pound cakes - they were delicious! Because I was visiting from out of town, I froze the pound cakes to bring home. They froze well, and the texture stayed really great when thawed. Along with the bakes, I got the coffee cake coffee with almond milk - it tasted great and was so fun! Loved the coffee cake crumble on top.I hope to visit again next time I am in town! I will likely grab some bread to try, and a flour mix to bring home. I am really interested to see if the take home flour will produce similarly non-gritty bakes at home. Id say this is a must-visit bakery for anyone who eats gf.

We ordered the sugar free carrot bread and the lemon bread. They were both delicious !The server was friendly and helpful.Coffee was quite good.Just a minor complaint . The portions are small for the price. Other than that everything was great.

It was our first time coming in, they are still requiring masks, the server was very respectful and helpful and asked us nicely if we had one. He offered us a mask if we didn’t have one. We got a cream puff that was delicious and 2 cookies that yummy.

I often go here, the environment is so kind. The employees are absolutely amazing, definitely recommend dedicated. The food is the bomb.com, the big dipper is the best sandwich there. In my opinion, overall theres amazing food, people, and environment.

Exceptionally good! Delicious, diverse menu of pastries, sandwiches, breads, cupcakes, cookies. All gluten free. Good espresso and teas. Friendly and informed staff. Cute space with chairs, couches, and fine tables with a large communal table. The cookie pie is ridiculously good, as are the eclairs.

I was at the bakery earlier for the first time with a mask on, placed an order at the counter and sat down at the table I intended to eat at, then my order got called and I quickly went to pick it up.. the worker rudely asked me if I had a mask and commanded me to put it on as I was waiting for the water to be handed to me .. only to sit back down a couple inches away from the counter to take it back off. I understand the requirement to wear a mask, but does a requirement to be rude and aggressive about it come with it too? I ordered two entrees, I was nice to the workers and tipped them even though it was my first time and they practically did nothing for me except be rude. Youd think a better treatment towards a customer supporting their business would be given. Not to mention, I was not impressed by the overpriced vegan falafel sandwiches. I will not be coming back again!

This is the whitest place Ive ever been to in My Life so maybe thats why I didnt exactly fit in. Nevertheless, everyone was served before me and only one of the two people seem to be working or caring about the customers.

This is the best gluten-free bakery that I’ve found in Tucson so far. I love their chocolate brownies, but their baked breads, sandwiches, rolls, pastries, and quick breads are also excellent. Also, the staff is friendly, helpful, and the store is always clean and inviting.

Dedicated. is delicious! It is quickly becoming our favorite bakery in town. Having food allergies and celiax disease is tough and often leaves you feeling left out because you miss the foods you cant eat. Having to avoid gluten is a huge adjustment but with places like Dedicated that makes us feel included and satisfied. They have a variety of delicious goodies from sandwiches, hummus platter, salads, cookies, cupcakes, breads, flour mixes and on. Im truly impressed with the quality of food and the simple yet beautiful food presentation. I highly recommend this awesome place. They also offer a ton of vegan option as well. The carrot cupcake in the picture is vegan and truly amazing. Go get your GF fix!

Small, easy-to-miss place next to the Unscrewed Theater. Good service for a late Sunday afternoon. We had bulletproof coffee for one of us and iced-tea and a vegan, gluten-free chocolate cake for the other. While neither of us are V or GF, we tried the place cuz we like the adventures. Drinks were both good and correct. The chocolate-cake was amazing as stand-alone chocolate cake. Really good enough to serve to anyone who might otherwise be think that such a thing was a substitute for real cake. We were impressed.

Love the pastries here although I decided to get a sandwich from here for lunch and was very disappointed. I got the roast beef sandwich which I believe was cooked in the microwave (it shouldnt be cooked at all). The bread fell apart which I have gf bread all the time. I wont be getting any of the lunch items again, I also got a cookie on the side which was very hard. Not sure what happened this day with the food but hopefully it will be a better experience for others.

Bakeries dont have to be big in order to be good. They have a nice selection of items, including gluten free foods. The rolls we got were delicious. The bakery is right next to the Unscrewed Theater.

I love the bakery I love the fact that you can eat lunch brunch or just grab a dessert or pastry my wife is gluten-free and there isnt very many places thats 100% gluten free and we definitely feel safe from gluten allergies when eating there thank you so much for a fabulous place.

Blown away! ❤️ Visiting from Scottsdale for my hubbys birthday weekend. Wanted something small for breakfast so came here. I have been celiac for five years and havent eaten coffeecake since then. OMG! The coffee is yummy but the coffeecake is AMAZING!! They also have their own flour mix so I could make stuff at home. They sell breads, cupcakes, cookies, banana bread, pumpkin bread, and pies!! I cannot wait to come back! If I lived here I would be here everyday! Thank you so much for baking gf foods with live and passion....it shows. #gfyourself

I’ve been visiting this establishment for 3 years now, seeing as it is the only (not to mention the best) gluten free place anywhere near my house. It saddens me to think of what might happen to this place if people cease coming here during this time. Please come and support them so we can continue to enjoy their food in the coming years. The food is fantastic and quick. Even accounting for the high prices, which is expected from such specialty ingredients, it is worth every penny. The food and service were great. I had the sunrise sandwich on sourdough bread and oh how I miss sourdough. It was yummy. Im still not used to the price of my new gluten-free life so it did seem pricey but its worth the peace of mind that I can order anything and be gluten safe.

I truly appreciate having a GF bakery in town and understand the costs in producing quality gf baked goods, however Ive been disappointed more often than not. A bit pricey with some baked goods overly dense and flavorless. Again, I appreciate having this bakery available for those with stricter diet requirements but do recommend purchasing more complicated items such as pies and cakes if you visit. Go with making your own gf brownies or cookies at home by scratch or with boxed gf items from Trader Joes.

We got a cake for my wifes recent birthday and it was really good! The ordering process was fast and efficient with everything handled over the phone in five minutes. The cake was ready when promised and the staff was helpful in explaining the other things they have at this somewhat unique store. They have coffee and a variety of gluten free and vegan bakery. We didnt get to try too many things, but everything looked really good! The cake we got was a little too sweet for my wifes taste, but I thought it was good, so your mileage may vary. I bet if that is an issue you are concerned about, you can talk to them about it up front to get just what you are going for.

I have been necessarily gluten-free for many years now. I am rather adept at preparing my own breads and cakes. I was visiting Tucson last week and one of my children discovered this bakery online (while applying for employment). I reside, sadly, in Pennsylvania. The gluten-free cream puffs prepared in this facility are quite possibly the most delicious gluten-free item I have ever consumed; hands down! It should be illegal to have a cream puff taste this good! I am quite concerned I will now be spending the national debt just to have these cream puffs shipped to me. So worth it! Great job to the owners and staff!

The food here is awesome! The cakes, cookies, bread, etc. are light and fluffy like non gluten free food. Challah bread is worth driving 100 miles for (which is why I always stop when Im in town). The employees are friendly and the owners have a personal understanding of those of us who have to eat gluten free. Definitely worth a visit!

My new favorite spot. This place is super cute & the bakery along with the sandwiches that are all gluten free made my tummy happy. Love that every day of the week they do something different. Tuesday and Fridays they have family pizzas. The staff is also very welcoming and well equipped with knowledge on the products. Will definitely be coming back for more.

I cant say enough good things about Dedicated. Ive been going to Dedicated on a weekly basis (sometimes 2 or 3 times a week) and absolutely love it! Dedicated has a very warm and welcome atmosphere with amazing food and artwork from local artists that adorns the walls. Im not gluten intolerant, but Im in love with her food! I also enjoy bringing my clients here for meetings, as I prefer to support the wonderful local businesses here in Tucson. Even if youre not gluten free, gluten intolerant, or vegan, I highly recommend going to Dedicated!

The food here is high calorie, high fat, high sodium, super high sugar, and crazy over priced. It tastes good but... isn’t really good for you, even if you have allergies.My dissatisfaction lies in management being a local chef with over a decade of experience, who supports local businesses, and who worked here. This place has fast food levels of high turnover, and it doesn’t have much to do with staff as it does with a controlling and manipulative owner who can’t lead a functioning team, and undermines staff to save face. This way of restaurant management is too old and not sustainable for the modern era where customers care about food quality, sustainability, and livable wages for staff. There are plenty of local restaurants (gluten free too!) with better management and food, this isn’t one of them and never will be. Too bad.

Got cupcakes for a friends birthday, they were definitely a hit!

I love the cheesecake! We also had a donut that was very good. The lemon butter cream cake was on the dry side and the cream was hard. The flavor was nice, but the textures need work. The staff is very nice. They carry FTC kombucha. So yum! The space is well thought out, very relaxed, and has local art on the walls.

Wow! This place is WONDERFUL! The food and desserts are AMAZING... We had the quiche, BEST Ive ever had... GF or otherwise!! Their coffee (Tucson coffee roasters) and cookies were delicious!!! Today was my first time ordering from Dedicated, and I ordered half a dozen df chocolate chip cookies and brownie mix. The cookies were delicious! My mom enjoyed them as wel . I wish I would have bought a dozen . After eating 2, I didnt feel tired like I normally do after eating non gluten free desserts. Id really like to try their food and coffee.

I got 4 different kinds of cookies, two different kinds of brownies, and two different kinds of donuts that were all gluten free and vegan. I also took home a loaf of sourdough bread which was also gluten-free and vegan. I could go on and on but would never do this place justice. Its awesome.

She made 3 flavored tiers, but the cheese cake base was unbelievable! No one knew it was all GF!!!We tried the other GF bakery and did taste tests and by far hers won for freshness and moistness and you know thats tough for GF!Best GF Sandwich in town, also!

We did not have a good experience at this cafe. There were dirty tables and plates from previous customers that were never cleaned up in the 30+ minutes that we were there. The cream for coffee was sitting on the counter, not in a thermos, and almost room temperature. The chickpea salad had lots of greasy mayo yet no flavor. The baked goods looked tasty but very sugary (gluten-free doesnt always mean healthy). The sandwich and salad that we got were mediocre, definitely not worth the price, wilted lettuce, questionable oil in the oil-and-vinegar dressing, puny egg sandwich. The service was pretty good, aside from the dirty dishes and tables. This might be a good place to grab gluten-free baked goods but I wouldnt recommend it for dining.

I just visited Dedicated. I was extremely pleased with their options! I am dairy free due to allergies and I got the most delicious cinnamon roll! The cashier was extremely kind and answered all of my questions. I recommend this to anyone with or without dietary restrictions, it’s that good!

I had an amazing experience!Yesterday (Saturday the 11th) I put in a very odd request:A few years ago my brother and I asked a Safeway to make a cake and design it with the character Toothless from How to Drain Your Dragon. When they agreed they said, “no worries! I can definitely design and draw that!” (Mind you, there was no character page at the bakery and they shouldn’t have made a promise like that but were being nice and doing this special request for me)We come home and it was the WORST cake drawing I’d ever seen! We were very disappointed.Now it’s a running joke and when I called yesterday to make the request the ladies had a good laugh which is always great! My instructions were specific and easy. “Please do the worst drawing of Toothless the Dragon ever.” Now we know that they’re amazing decorators and this must have been super hard to do a job like this. But they nailed it! We are very pleased with this best “worst” drawing of Toothless.I am so absolutely pleased and thrilled with the outcome! They did such an amazing job!! The cake tasted amazing and looked beautifully awful! My mom had a good laugh and now we have that extra memory we get to talk about.Thank you for helping us with our vision! We are very happy!!!!!
